4 1/2 I have 2 large, mature camphor trees trimmed, and overall I had a very positive experience with this company. The crew was professional, courteous, and worked efficiently. They made clean cuts, showed good attention to safety, and clearly have experience working with large, established trees. I also appreciated how thoroughly they cleaned up the area afterward--it was left neat and tidy, which made a big difference. The tree still has a strong structure, and it's clear they focused on reducing weight and maintaining safety, which is important with a tree of this size. The only reason I didn't give a full five-star review is that the pruning was slightly more aggressive than expected, particularly with some of the larger limbs. I would have preferred a more gradual approach to preserve a bit more of the natural canopy and shade. Overall, this is a knowledgeable and hardworking team, and I would absolutely consider using them again with a bit more detailed communication beforehand about the extent of trimming. read more

Their service is great. The estimate was $2600 for a good size oak tree that was over my house and hanging over multiple backyards. With the military discount it drop down to $2200 which included grinding down the stump as well. They also lightly trimmed the next tree over as well. They started on Thursday and were very courteous. Since they didn't finish they came back the next day and completed the rest by 3pm each day. read more
