Emile is truly a craftsman and professional. Our initial estimate appointment was informative and pricing was very fair. We hired Marchands Tree Service to cut down a tree in our backyard and trim two others that are about 30 ft tall. The crew showed up early and got to work with haste. No mess whatsoever after everything was done. If you are need of tree work this is who you need to call! A+++ read more

Emile Marchand came to our home this morning and trimmed our backyard liquid amber trees. He did a great job and was very thorough. All in all, it took about an hour and he cleared the big branches that were growing over our awning and roof. He trimmed the rest of the trees as well and they now look fantastic. His prices were very reasonable and I would highly recommend Marchands Tree Service to anyone looking to get their trees trimmed or removed. I also have to mention that he left our backyard spotless and clean. Thank you Emile! read more

We had a tree that was starting to concern us. Mr. Emile reassured us the tree would need to come down eventually but it was perfectly safe for the time being. We felt like we had the time we needed to make an informed decision. Mr. Emile and his crew came this morning, on time and cut down our tree. He took extreme care to make sure the job was done thoroughly, safely, and wisely. His crew did an amazing job cleaning up the tree. We wanted to keep the logs which is why they neatly stacked and left them. Mr. Emile is a professional. He does a great job communicating the pricing and scheduling. We have recommended his company and will continue to do so. read more

I have lived in Vacaville for 58 years and have used many tree trimmers in the past. Marchand's tree service is better tan any of them, and I have used some big name companies in the past. Emile is by far the most efficient, reliable, friendly tree service in Solano County. He is fast, cleans everything up and most importantly his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend his company, you won't be sorry !!! read more

I would give him no stars if I could! He dropped a branch on my air conditioning compressor and also called me an asshole when I asked if he had any credentials. I do not recommend his services! read more

Great service at a very fair price. I've locked his number in my phone for any future tree/stump issues. He got rid of a bunch of very persistent root suckers in my backyard. Emile said he couldn't promise that some wouldn't come back but NONE came back. THANK YOU!!!! read more

Planted such a nice tree a few years back that was expected to get between 6-8 ft tall...Over the years, it forgot that and became totally out of control on the area it was planted. Decided it had to go, so having used Marchand's in the past, we called Emile to come give an estimate. A week later, tree gone, stump ground out and you'd never know it was there. Great job. And very competitive pricing. Highly recommend! read more

If you're looking for a tree service with knowledge AND integrity, look no further. Emile has extensive knowledge about trees: what they are, how they grow, and the way they should be trimmed properly. Emphasis on properly! He and his crew show up when he says they will, they do a great job trimming/grooming the trees, and they clean up. There are many people out there who advertise "tree-trimming", and trim they will, but do they truly understand the trees or do they just hack away? Marchands Tree Service does the job right! read more

Thank you so much it really meant a lot that there wasn't a mess left behind, other than the trees being gone you would even know they were here We'd highly recommend him read more

I am a little late with this review. One of the things I like about Marchands Tree Service is Emile. He's fair, professional and has a great disposition. All of his quotes are in writing (I had a few places give me verbal quotes). He doesn't price gauge like a lot of tree service companies I've called in the past. I highly recommend Marchands. They get the job done and they don't try to break the bank. . read more

Awesome, simply Awesome! Had a way out of control, overgrown tree that definatly needed attention. After researching Tree Services, I chose Marchand's based on prior Yelp Reviews. What a great decision! Emile the owner, called me back within the hour to set an estimate appointment for that same day. He not only gave me the estimate, he also educated me on the this type of tree, a Sumac. After accepting the bid and making an appointment, he was there 10 min early to discuss exactly what he was going to do. Emile and his son who helped him on this job, were very professional and extremely personable. When completed, not only did I have a new tree, which looks amazing, they cleaned the entire area as if they were never there. I can't say enough about this company and would highly recommend to others. Thanks Guys and great job! read more

Thank you so much Emile - what a great, fast, reasonably-priced, professional job you did on the huge 40-foot redwood you removed between my house and fence. House and fence are still in perfect condition and everything was cleaned up perfectly. You would never have guessed a tree had ever been there! Also I want to mention that Emile came out the same day as my call to give an estimate (which was very fair). I had other estimates which were what I would consider to be *gouging*. Also Emile and his crew were able to come and do the work within days after the estimate and the whole project went so smoothly, I felt that I really should put this up on Yelp because he deserves it. Again, Thanks, Emile! read more

We were referred to Marchand's by our neighbor. Emile showed up today to provide a quote on trimming cypress trees. He indicated the trees really didn't need to be trimmed. Had our 40 foot palm trees trimmed by Emile and his team today. Very professional team and extremely pleasant to talk to. My trees look awesome and will no longer rub against my home. Cleanup was just as wonderful, no mess left behind. We WILL BE USING THEM NEXT YEAR Thank you. read more

Can't say enough good things about Emile and his service, I've used him twice now! Emile is friendly and professional and he charges a very reasonable price. This latest job involved removing an old cherry tree, citrus tree, and trimming back some bottlebrush. He went above and beyond by clearing out some overgrown ivy while he was at it, and did a great job of cleaning up after! Fast, professional, friendly-- why aren't more businesses like this?? Marchand's Tree Service is the only way to go in my opinion! read more

Strong Recommendation to anyone!! Our Red Cedar tree started to come apart during a very strong wind, parts were landing next to the house and the school behind us. We called Emile Marchand for an estimate along with four others. His estimate was the most reasonable and it was clear he knew what needed to be done. He and his team arrived on time; it was clear they worked well together and knew what to do. Our 60ft tree was gone in short order with stump removed. Area was cleaned up with care around the tree base, fence, and the house. read more

The first time worked out so well that I called Marchand Tree Service when I needed a very large redwood tree that was quickly dying removed. Emil came out and gave me a good quote. I took a couple other estimates, but because of my previous good experience I called and booked the work with Marchand's. The tree was in a tight location that could've impacted our nice front garden and our neighbor's property, but Emil and his crew carefully, or should I say expertly, dropped each piece for minimal damage. We have large flowering garden shrubs directly below the tree and none of them were touched. And they did a very thorough cleanup, including sawdust that'd drifted onto my neighbor's side. All in all a very well done job! I found Marchand Tree Service through Yelp and based on all the great comments I made the call. Long story short, I met Emil the owner who gave a competitive bid, and advised less of a pruning to our tree than I thought was needed. That's fine, that's why l appreciate an experienced tree trimmer. A short while later our tree was well pruned and our yard was thoroughly raked of debris from the pruning. Easy end to end. Thanks Emil! read more

Marchand Tree Service is excellent! Very prompt, good customer relations. Great job taking down a huge tree. Good clean up, too.

I contacted Emile Marchand owner of Marchand's Tree Service located in Vacaville for an estimate to trim up a badly neglected queen palm in our front yard and a large overgrown ash in our backyard that had grown six to eight foot beyond our backyard fence into our neighbor's yard. Along with a japanese maple that needed thinning out. Emile arrived when he said he would, conducted a very thorough ground based examination of all trees and supplied me a written estimate with his insurance information on the back. We agreed on a day and time for the work to be completed. The day of, he and his crew of five young able bodied men arrived on time and commenced work. Emile was the climber and the groundsmen removed at a brisk pace the limbs that Emile had fallen for them to haul to the front where a chipper awaited. Within three hours the work was completed and all areas thoroughly raked and blown clean of all debris. Great owner, crew and company. I highly recommend! Thanks, Emile and crew! read more

These guys did a great job. Emile came out right away and provided me a quote, and he was back within a week to remove our tree. We had a huge tree! In addition to a great price in comparison to competitors in town, these guys worked quickly, professionally, and even took time to share tips on choosing the best tree/s for my property. This is the second time we've used their service and I'd highly recommend. read more

We called Marchand's Tree Service for help to grind out a large piece of stump and roots from a tree we'd had removed previously by a different company. Emile responded to our request immediately by estimating and providing a written quote the same day. He was able to schedule the work to be done in within 2 days after we accepted his quote. He did a great job of removing the stump and roots then raked and cleaned the area nicely when done. Emile is knowledgeable and personable and gets the job done quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. He made a small job like ours as important to him as a large tree removal. Highly recommend him and in the future we will call him for all our tree service needs. read more

Emile Marchand was the first of the bunch to give an estimate and also the most reasonable. He and his crew came out and did a fantastic job.
