I wanted to like this service based on their strong online ratings, but the lack of communication…read moreand poor accountability made it difficult to recommend them. We had an issue with rats due to recent construction in our neighborhood. They sent out a representative. I showed him areas of concern. He was very thorough and we discussed a plan. Due to miscommunication I was under the impression the entire exposed perimeter of our home would be rat proof when in reality 3/4 was completed and some of that wasn't up to our satisfaction. We took pictures and sent them to the representative, who advised us that I misunderstood about the entire perimeter, but agreed the areas of concern were not done correctly. Three techs later and it still wasn't done correctly. A manager came out and made empty promises to fix things and to discount work. Apparently he meant a discount for additional work at a cost to us. We asked several times for an itemized bill to explain the charges, and all we received was the original statement I hope Management takes this feedback seriously to improve communication and accountability skills.

Nature Science Pest Control rocks!…read more We've only ever had to use their service for odorous house ants, which apparently are very common (and overpopulated?) in our area. We're on a semi-annual plan. They visited recently and sprayed around the perimeter of our house, and used some localized treatment in a tree where they saw ants. We appreciate their eco/friendly and pet-safe practices (we let the spray dry and then our yard is safe for our dogs again). Also appreciate their responsiveness in setting up the visit by text, and then texting again when the tech is on the way to us. Every technician we've had has been friendly and knowledgable, as well as quick and efficient.

Our backyard and front lawns have very large green spaces with lots of plants, trees and different types of foliage. Spidexx has been coming in every few days to help with keeping the 360 degrees outdoor space pest controlled and yet keeping it friendly for the deers so they don't get harmed or threatened. The service prices are quite steep, one makes that choice I guess, for maintaining a stress and pest free green space especially if it's an area size not self doable on this regular basis Thanks Spidexx team!
