We came here with 5 x 3 year old boys and their mamas for dinner after a Christmas show and had a tasty meal! I will say, they seemed understaffed and stretched thin, but I know this is a common problem in the hospitality industry right now. We ordered a large pizza, zucchini, and multiple salads to split. It was perfect for all 10 of us! We also had to get a pizookie for the birthday boy... a win as always. The food was great as usual, we just wish the service was a little quicker since we had antsy boys! That said, we made quite a mess and were grateful for the team that took care of us! Pro tip: If you have kiddos, ask for dough for them to play with! This definitely bought us some time. read more

This restaurant is always busy so you have to planyour visits just right to avoid the crowds. The staff is always attentive and nice. The Turkey Stuffed sandwich is my favorite along with the salad. Despite the high inflation we are living through with Biden economics, the restaurant has been keeping their prices steady and the portions are nice. Feeling stress and need some distraction and a nice evening out, this is the location to go to. We purposely drive out of our way to this location because of the great staff. So disappointed to write this but this location has steadily gone downhill and I know that because I have been coming here for at least 10 if not 15 years. The stars are for the cooks because if you want a consistent meal the food is amazing. It is literally my favorite Italian resteraunt. One of the only places where you can both thin and thick crust pizza cooked to perfection. Golden wings are amazing (note if youa re not a fan of mustard (sweet/tangy) try the Buffalo. They are huge so price is proper. Alfredo the dark with chicken is great and the house dressing fornsalads is addicting. The service has progressively gotten worse. We came on Sunday and the hostess cared far more about her phone then her job. Our waiter was terrible. We came an hour before closing. I know we order the same thing right away so we can get in and out a half hour after sitting. Well if we had a waiter/tress. After sitting for 20 minutes with nobody checking on us I got up to tell her Hostess that nobody had served our table then she let me know that I need to have my food ordered in the next 10 minutes or they can't service. She went got the waiter who then I watch process about your credit cards for other people I finally came over to our table and apologize and say he didn't know that he had a table assigned to him. We shrug it off and said no worries let's just order we're okay thanks for waiting on us hoping that everything else will go smoothly. I had to get up and go find him to ask can for our drinks 10 minutes later oh, he put in the wrong order, then I had to go find them to get the check, 20 minutes after I asked him he brings me a check with no pen, and at this point the restaurants been closed for 30 minutes. This is just been the worst experience of a progressive amount of pour wait staff except for the bartenders if you eat at the bar they are amazing. read more

Oreganos is one of our favorites for value, service, and quality of food. However, the last 2 times we have been there, my all time favorite, Alfredo the Dark, which is supposed to have alfredo sauce, had little to no sauce on it. The first time I just assumed it was an off night for them. After ordering it again and receiving the same issue-NO sauce, I feel the need to express my feelings of disappointment. I got the mini pan pizza with pepperoni and bacon for my entree and it had a fantastic crust, plenty of stringy cheese, and a great flavor. The service was good. I came at a slower time so I can't speak on rush time service but while I was there I was seated immediately and the waiter was nice and helped answer any questions I had about the menu. The music was jazzy with a nice atmosphere. It wasn't too loud but made the restaurant have a nice Italian vibe. 10/10 across the board. Wish I had something like this back home. read more

Where do I start so I can to location on 12/04/2021 I'm pregos and I live far away so my husband and drove all the way here to experience a bad experience! We order two lady shrimp scampi with chicken to go! First they forgot one of shrimps after we paid to add chicken how do you forget shrimp in a shrimp scampi dish ? Ok so we waited then got our order and drove home. Once we got home my husband notice an eyelash hair in his food! So at that point we didn't eat it we had the exact same thing how do we know it wasn't cooked in the same place? However I tried to call the restaurant they were closed since we dine out right before they closed! The next morning I called to speak with a manager I believe her name was Hailey or Halley, I explained the situation and told her I was on my way to not only show her the food but request a refund! She told me throw the food away no need to come that far and they will refund me! So a couple days later I see I only received a refund for one order after I tried to bring the two orders back and they refused so I called and spoke to general manager (CYNTHIA )! I must say I never experienced such a rude unprofessional manager! We come here a lot ! Anyways she told me that once food leaves her restaurant it's not her responsibility like what ! Then she said I was being rude when I asked for corporates number! And told me I can go find it and she hung up !!! I will never return due to this treatment ! Granted I did order through ubereats, the restaurant gave the driver the complete incorrect order. Wrong name and everything. When I called to complain/inform they put me on a 10 minute wait and tried to further put me on hold which I refused. Their excuse for providing an incorrect order was having 4 orders with the same name. I think a restaurant that accepts walk-ins and allows delivery apps they should be well versed in handling multiple orders with similar names. The hostess instead of trying to be understanding and provide any help, she made the same excuse. I believe her name was CC or something beinging similarily. When she realized I would not accept the pitiful excuse, she hung up on me. This was at 8:30 pm and they close at 9:00. At this point, my order had been cancelled and I am out of my New Year's eve dinner that I had already been waiting on for over an hour. read more

I've been to different Oregano's across the valley, and most of the time am content with my dining experience. The interior of this location resembles the signature look that all their locations have. Our waitress was absolutely lovely and attentive. However, when it comes to the food, I was unfortunately disappointed. The Alfredo the Dark is said to be one of their most popular plates, and based on the description, I expected to be extremely flavorful. Once it arrived, it just tasted like a Mac and cheese with not much flavor, spice or seasoning at all. This may be a subjective take as a I enjoy lots of flavor, and this just didn't hit that for me. On the other hand, the Big Rig Pasta w/ chicken was very flavorful, with the chipotle sauce added a lot of body to it. I still wouldn't say it was extraordinary, but it's what made my experience go from a 2-star to a 3-star. So if you pay this Oregano's a visit, I definitely suggest sticking with the pizza, or if you go for the pasta, the big rig pasta or the stuffed rigatoni is the way to go. read more

What can I say? It's Oreganos!! This is a family fav and one of our go-to's if we are stuck on where to eat. We've recently tried the deep dish for the first time (a crime, I know) and oh BOY!! It was perfectly done, INCREDIBLY filling, and I like that you can choose what you want to put inside. There's regular deep dish and stuffed, and you know we had to go for the stuffed version. There was also a seasonal option for pasta called the "Hakuna Piccata" which surprised us!! It was lemony, cheesy, but nicely balanced. The chicken had a perfect breaded crust on it but was still juicy. ALSO, never had the Boom dip before either and all I have to say is BOOM BABY! Definitely try it next time if you haven't. read more

Oreganos is always a classic! Always great food and experience at this location. I've tried almost all of the pastas and they are all delicious, big servings and served with garlic bread. The meatballs and kick butt garlic bread are so good but be careful because they are so filling and delicious. I had to save my entree for the following day. It was still just as amazing! read more

I always love the food at Oregano's so I did take one star off for the amount of time it took for the food to come out. I ordered the Pablo Picasso Mexico Salad and it was delicious! The chicken is incredibly flavorful -almost so much flavor that I didn't think the salad needed much of the spicy chipotle ranch dressing (I asked for the dressing on the side). My boyfriend ordered the "The Coop de Ville jumbo chicken Parm", which is his go-to pasta dish. The chicken was very juicy and the dish came with two large pieces of pan-fried chicken topped with marinara and cheese. The fettuccine was cooked well too. A gigantic piece of garlic bread was served on the side. The bread was perfectly crisp and deliciously slathered with butter, herbs, and some garlic! Definitely come here for the food, but there could definitely be some improvement on the service. read more

Love Oreganos---generally their food is always amazing service usually is as well as ambiance---however our visit on December 16 was not so---a large party of maybe 20 people---13 of whom were children under 5 years old---on the patio which is usually nice--was horrible! We got together with our friends the other day for a fairwell dinner. We build our first house 25 years ago and became close friends with our neighbors. Both our husband's rode dirtbikes and both of us wives were pregnant at the same time. They have 10 years on us. We met when the wife came over asking my husband if his mom was home we as looked so young. She was having a Longerberger basket party. So many great years together. They are moving back to Buffalo NY now so we got together and met at this Oregano's again since it is kind of centrally located for everyone. I am kind of bummed as the two Oregano's locations we have visited often had reviews and photos I posted are now gone. Very discouraging. I like to use Yelp for memories too. It takes time to write and post photos.. Anyhoo. This visit I didn't get the delicious roasted Brussels sprouts as they no longer serve them. Boy have they stepped it up on their salads! Size does matter when a salad is your main meal and your paying $15 or more for it. Sadly many restaurants fail us in this department. Not Oregano's. Huge salads that fill your tummy. I enjoy the Pablo minus the corn and cheese. So delicious. Our girls shared a gluten free pasta dish called Alfredo in the dark with added chicken. So yummy! My husband had a hard time deciding between The Big Meatball sandwich and and The Big Rig pasta dish. Being a work night he played it safe with the pasta and really enjoyed. Again a nice portion. They have a nice selection of beer, wine and cocktails. They even made fruity little virgin cocktails for the girls and I. They felt really special. Service was good as well. I believe this location used to be a house. We sat outback at the tables under the party lights. Just a good time. This was our 3rd time here at this particular location. Our first time was 2013. Everything was perfect up until we received our Pizza Cookie, in which we had ordered with our dinner , that's how excited we where to devour it . After dinner was almost finished I let the bar server know that it was a good time to put it in and it took about 20 minutes for us to receive it... which would have been definitely worth the wait if it was what we expected and anticipated!! It had been a few years since my last visit to Oregano's. Had added my name to the waiting list online which listed wait time up to 30min. Upon arrival waitlist showed my party next in line but was told it would be another 30min. Was offered to wait at the bar so sat there only to be seated at a table 20min later that had been empty the whole time and was directly behind where we were seated at bar. We had a delicious lunch on the patio for a birthday party. The fried zucchini strips, Guacamole-Tony and Hakuna Piccata were delicious! As was the Italian sausage, meatballs, and pizza. We appreciated our attentive waitress which was truly awesome considering 3 large parties entered the outdoor patio about the same time. The only recommendation is to have the patio ready. On a lovely, warm, December afternoon the patio I was surprised to have to wait for tables to be prepared. Our waitress moved quickly to clean tables, chairs and to get us set up. Also, looking back I think things would have gone more smoothly if we had called ahead and given them a heads up for outdoors. Overall a great afternoon... we will be back! read more

The wait time was 20 minutes although all the outside tables were open. It was strange as we asked for first available. If it had to do with staffing, then we would've understood and it would've been nice to know. If it was the software or hostesses delaying a table, we'll it appears that tables were empty and we waited for no reason. The pizza was good, but not great. My wife and I split a 14 inch thin crust. I had black olives on 1/2 and it appeared they just dumped a handful in the middle of 2 slices. Bizarre! You need to spread the toppings out evenly. So two slices tasted like I had put a handful of black peppers in my mouth with a tiny bit of cheese and sauce. The server was pleasant and fast. Everyone wished us a nice day as we left.
