The mac & cheese is some of the best I've ever had! I also feel like it's a little healthier than some other spots. We went for lunch around 12:30p so it was pretty busy but they did a really good job at seating us. Usually you take a table number after you order and sit down but since it was so busy, they made sure there was seating available before ordering since the food comes out so quickly. Always really friendly staff. Some of the seating is a little close, especially in the middle of the restaurant where the smaller 2 person tables are but there are plenty of other seats, as well as outdoor seating.

Food was good, although it seemed like they gave me the smallest piece and the only reason I didn't take a picture was because they gave a decent amount of mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese, and it was cooked medium like I asked. I went to dessert - ate a bite and thought the muffin was tasty so took another bite and felt a crunch and pulled out a small piece of stringy plastic. I looked at the muffin and there was a piece sticking out so I pulled it out and was deterred in eating the muffin. Today is my birthday so it's obnoxious I wasted it here. I noticed the price on the entree meal went up from like 15 to 18, so that's dumb too - not worth it. Why do I come back? Because by now I'd hope y'all would get your shit together but y'all consistently mess up.

I'd classify them as a casual lunch restaurant, although they are open for dinner as well. The menu is pretty small, which is okay; it consists of salad/bowl options, pizzas, and sandwiches. I've had a couple of their salads and while the ingredients were fresh, they were lacking flavor. The chopped salad needed more dressing, and in adding shrimp (for an extra $9), I was surprised to see only 3 pieces. The farrow bowl was a bit better with additional ingredients. Maybe their pizzas and sandwiches are more filling / fulfilling. Overall though, I'm not sure when and if we'll be back given the many other restaurant options that have come up around the same area.

The server and hostess were very nice and the atmosphere was quiet. I'll be back for lunch :)

This place was surprisingly bad about accommodating my soy intolerance. I called in advance and was…read moretold they cook most things in a canola/olive oil blend, which is good for me. When I got there and ordered, I told the waitress about my intolerance and ordered a salad with chicken. When my food came out, I was told my salad didn't have chicken because I couldn't eat the chicken, or any other meat in the restaurant, because they coat it in Pam spray (soybean oil). For a place that prides itself on making their own dressings, etc., you'd think they could've figured out how to cook chicken in an oil that they use for everything else. Perhaps if they'd communicated better about my intolerance instead of not thinking about it until immediately when my food was ready (which was quite a while after we ordered), they could've found someone in the restaurant who was capable of making non-vegetarian food with something other than soy spray, but I may be giving them too much credit. They also didn't offer us a high chair for our toddler, which was strange. He wound up doing fine in the booth, which was for the best because a high chair probably wouldn't have fit well where we were sitting anyway. The waitress was apologetic and nice about my food screw up and offered to make me something else, but there wasn't much that could be done given that apparently no one in the restaurant knows how to cook meat without soy spray, plus we'd already waited quite a while for our food. The beet salad was tasty, as was the bread with honey butter and the Chai latte, but I would've left feeling more full if I could've added meat to my salad.

When you enter the Gilbert Gateway Towne Center, you have to maneuver through tricky shared parking to find a space. We dined half past 6pm on Memorial Day, so thankfully parking was easier as I believe some businesses were closed for the holiday. Though parking is tight, there is no shortage of seating in this establishment. Some bench-style seating as well as chairs to accommodate whichever you prefer. What We Ordered: ~ The Great Greek Gyro (no onions) x2: My boyfriend remarked that the gyro meat tastes like it was reheated, which I also noticed it slightly tougher than a more authentic one I've had previously. Still a very solid gyro given this is a chain and fast service place with a generous portion. ~ Sides with our meals: French fries and lemon potatoes Personally, the lemon potatoes are a pass next time as very buttery and heavy. The French fries however, were fantastic! They appear to be twice fried to have an extra crunchiness. Overall, if I'm in the area and in the mood for Mediterranean, then I'd pop in to The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. P.s. Don't forget to add your number for rewards via Toast!

When my husband asked where I wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary, I really wanted a casual place where we could bring the kids, and I was really in the mood for some good, old-fashioned American food. I wanted a delicious burger, french fries, and a milkshake! We decided to get there on an early Friday evening after we finished work and we got a parking spot right out front. We walked right up to order our food, no line. It appeared that we had beat the Rush because the place definitely filled in by the time we got our food. I was surprised at the prices, but I was happy to pay it because we had such an enjoyable experience with such delicious food. Our food took about 20 minutes and we each got burgers, fries, and milkshakes. We ordered the farm and grill burger with cheddar cheese and french fries. We all shared the fries sampler that included garlic/Parmesan fries, sweet potato fries, and regular fries. My son and husband shared the strawberry milkshake and my daughter and I shared the vanilla bean milkshake. The service was amazing, the environment was so fun, the food was delicious, the milkshakes were the best I've ever tasted, and the entire experience was perfect. I already cannot wait to go back. I'll be dreaming about those milkshakes for a while. Also, the garlic/Parmesan fries and sweet potato fries were delicious. The beet salad is amazing and fresh.

This is a walk up and order restaurant. You order, you pay, and they deliver your food and drinks to you. There are tables inside within the restaurant, and they have a nice outside area with generous picnic tables, shade, misters and smaller tables for the younger guests. We had a party of five adults and two children. It was literally 100° outside, but we sat outside anyway, and it was fairly comfortable with the shade and the misters. We moved over one of the smaller tables and our grandson enjoyed his breakfast and his very own table. I enjoyed a side of Belgian waffle ( for a side it was still really big ) and two over medium eggs. Our daughter shared the regular Belgian waffle and eggs with her son. My son and my son-in-law both got the big breakfast with everything you could imagine on them- eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, biscuits and hashbrowns. The gluten-free hubby had a vegetable omelette. All the food tasted amazing, came out hot and satiated our hunger. The staff was friendly and made sure we had our drinks, our silverware and napkins, and overall were happy. When we come back, we'll definitely come back here for a breakfast again!

I order the exact same thing regardless of which Salad and Go I visit, yet this location somehow charges me a different amount almost every time. Customer service is practically nonexistent. No greeting, no friendly tone, no review of the order before payment, and no confirmation after the order is placed. They don't mention the survey or make any effort to create a positive experience. It feels like they're just trying to get customers out of the drive-thru as fast as possible. Order accuracy is another issue. My orders are consistently wrong at this location, which has become so common that I almost expect it now. I also noticed today that the employee preparing my drink had very long nails with nail polish and no gloves. Very alarming. On top of everything else, they're almost always out of at least one menu item. It's become normal to hear, "We're out of that today." Salad and Go has raised its prices over the past few years so if customers are paying more, the experience should improve, not get worse.

My son had ordered food from here as takeout last year. The food taste was interesting, though, I really like the cheese dip for the pretzel bites. The bites were pretty big. Lots of tables at this location, a bit warm. But our party of 14 was easily accommodated. Our daughter chose this place and it was quite loud. My husband and I are quiet people, so if we were to choose again, probably not here because of the loudness and all the TVs all over the place. But for those who like it loud, TVs and do not mind the prices on the menu, have at it. I don't remember our server's name. If she told us, I couldn't hear what she said. She was alright. Honestly, I had a hard time hearing even my son who sat next to me, and hearing my sister who sat one seat over in front of me, I couldn't hear what she was saying. Loudness is an issue for me and I do not have hearing issues. Our bill with tip came to over $700+. That was the most expensive lunch we've ever spent for our party of 14. Typically we're in the $400-500 range. But it was a special occasion. My husband and son got the 36 hr ribs. My husband really loved them. My son said it was okay. I didn't ask my brother and BIL who also got the same dish. I know my BIL was unhappy that he didn't get the side he requested and when they gave it to him (asparagus, I think), it was cold and he wasn't pleased about this. I got the hub burger and it was okay. There was a lot on the burger, but the patty itself, didn't have that much flavor. Some of the "Starters" or appetizers things were salted too much, but the burger did not taste like it had any salt. I had eaten too many starters so when my food came, I wasn't very hungry and took most of it home and ate for dinner another night. My husband and son do not like coleslaw and I ate theirs. THIS I really liked and tasted much better than KFC. I loved the sweetness and that the cabbage was shredded bigger than KFC. The pretzel bites were good. We got wings, and they were so-so. The roasted brussel sprouts were too salty. The deviled eggs were okay, but pricey for 2.5 eggs, which I do pay at Trader Joe's for organic free range pasturized eggs I could've gotten over 2 dozens. But, yes, I pay for the service and ambiance. I really thought there would be more than 5 halves for the deviled eggs. We got the nachos and they were okay. The melted cheese sauce was the best part. My mom got the fish and chips and she seemed to pick at it. She didn't want to take home, so it must not have been that good because she almost always takes a doggy bag home. My sister had the salmon and it was in a huge bowl and didn't look to be that much food. It was pricey. One of my SILs got something I didn't recognize and she said it was okay. No one I could tell was over the moon with the taste of the food and I heard the word "interesting" quite a bit. It's not that it tasted bad, but it didn't really taste good good. You know what I mean? I did bring a special order cake I got at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Gilbert. I asked Culinary Dropout if we could borrow a cake cutter. They didn't have one. Weird. This was a Red Velvet cake and this was absolutely divine. It was moist. The frosting was some sort of yummy cream cheese frosting. The cake was perfectly sized for our party of 14. The cake was the best part of our meal and it didn't come from Culinary Dropout. I would pay this much for a meal at Roy's for lunch for this sized party, but alas, all the Roy's in the valley are closed down. So sad. I'm not saying this place is bad or the food tastes bad. It's okay and pricey. If the food was great or amazing, we don't mind pricey. We have paid over $1K for meals for our big party, and happily do so when the food is equivalent to the price.
