Yesterday, I went to the park cities location, I typically go to Plano. They discontinued half my salad ingredients!! No more sunflower seeds so I asked what nuts they had I was told pecan or almond. Told her to add pecans but then they were caramelized pecans, not regular, which she did not specify. I got a salad with sesame ginger dressing. The sweetness was so off and ruined my entire salad. Very disappointing. I don't know if these vast changes are across the board with Snappy Salads. I will try the Plano location to make sure but I assure you I will no longer visit this particular location. If the other one is the same, they've lost a longtime customer that comes often. Bring back the old items! The new bowls are better though.

Meaning, it's the kind of place I really enjoyed sitting in the restaurant with organic foliage hanging on the walls, and a sense of casualness but a level up. The people working there were very patient with me as I had never been there before and had questions. They were competent and so nice. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl with rice and loved it. The Chinese Chicken Salad also had tortilla strips instead of wonton crisps. It says it on the menu, but I wasn't prepared for how much this dialed down the joy-factor in the dish. I didn't like it. I wish I had a better experience- I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant but felt like the misses here were just sloppy planning.
