What a wonderful evening! We called to make reservations and they welcomed us with no problem. I even checked prior to calling on line but my daughter's call worked perfectly! We were welcomed and they made accommodations for a large party. We stay up against the side wall but we're comfortable! The Bibb salad was delicious and had a bite! We shared two large ones and it was plenty. We ordered three pizza and one GF one (what a score they had this and make our GF eater VERY HAPPY!) the sausage pizza was the BEST! Everyone enjoyed each one of them. We enjoyed visiting and the food was great! The service was spot on. So happy we got out NYC Pizza at this place! Check and check! My daughter will be back bc we moved her to the city

Go for the pizza, stay for the food. Now in Manhattan, Ops is a great addition to the neighborhood. The food is terrific and the service is excellent as well. The wine list is a bit wonky, but you can find a few gems.

HUGE FAN. This fantastic pizza place keeps coming up on best value for wine list but the sourdough pizza crust is where IT is at. Get the square. It was the right amount of thick - nice and airy. The sauce is simple but delicious. We also had the margherita with pepperoni. Wine list is extensive and all natural. Our sever was friendly and helpful. Very chill vibes. Check it out.

This joint truly embodies Bushwick. Great ambiance, great drinks and spectacular pizza however fell short of 5 star review because our experience felt rushed. No longer than 30 seconds after sitting down without even looking at the provided drink menu we were asked if ready and 2/3 through our pizza we were asked if we like to look at a dessert menu. I understand you need to turn over each table but c'mon. Not like we sat for hours but mere 35 minutes. I sincerely hope this is an isolated incident because really dig this spot and will be back soon for that five star review.

Popped into Ops on a Sunday for a chill dinner with one other person. Cute interior and nice service -- opted for a glass of wine and split a margherita pie. The pizza was decent, not amazing. While the ingredients on the pies themselves were all delicious, I took some issue with the bread as it was thicker than my liking and touch too charred.

Ops has been on my bookmark list ever since I moved to NYC almost a decade ago - and I am mad at myself that it took me so long to make it out here. The pizzas are damn good, but what cements this place on my dining hit list is everything else. Wine list is absolutely superb, and the staff is helpful it helping you settle on bottle(s) to your liking. The space is small, cozy, intimate, and overall vibe sexy- to be honest I felt a bit out of place because everyone there just oozes a certain coolness. Ops is worth a dedicated trip to Bushwick, and can't wait to come back again!

Had a huge craving for pizza & wanted to meet my friend from the other side of Brooklyn halfway so we decided to check out Ops and see what the hype was about. Bustlin' on a Friday night, we were able to grab bar seats & ordered ourselves a pizza, calzone & panna cotta. I have to say, the dough for the pizza & calzone was baked to perfection - both had a perfect chewy texture & was soft. They were also baked enough to be charred slightly for added flavor. Aaaaand you can't forget about the panna cotta - who would've thought adding olive oil & balsamic vinaigrette would work so well with panna cotta?!

Amazing sourdough pizza! We stopped by for a weekend brunch and sat outside on the sidewalk seating with our pup. It was still pretty empty so we sat right away. Started with the bib lettuce salad. Not sure what the dressing was but it was well balanced and they didn't drown the salad in dressing. Super tasty! We shared a margherita pizza which was perfectly charred. I couldn't stop eating it, so good. We also got pops pizza which was topped with tomatoes, mozzarella, onions, guanciale, and pecorino. It was very unique and the flavors melded well together. We'll be back to try the other pizzas!

This spot has been on our list for a while, as sourdough pizza is where it's at! Finally we made....for my birthday dinner! We were there at 5:20 (they open at 5), and the place was largely empty. It is very cozy and comfortable inside! We ordered a glass of red wine to share, a margherita for the kids and a pops for us. Everything was FANTASTIC! The wine (all their wines are natural) was really good. The salad was interesting and tasty. Service was friendly. The crust is so light and fluffy. Everything was perfect for a birthday feast. It's a little out of the way for us, but I hope we can visit again soon.

My friend and her husband wanted to try this place. Overall, I liked the pizzas. We ordered the margherita and a special pizza called "pops," , which had meat in it (they allowed us to have half of it with meat and the other half without) . I did find some of the pizza a bit overpriced for what it was. The "pops" pizza was about $20 and the margherita was $16. However, both pies comfortably fed four people. I also tried a cola that was a different brand from Coca Cola. It had an interesting taste but I still prefer Coca Cola. We sat outside, which was nice (although a ' ratatouille ', was not too far from us and I don't think it was working in the restaurant. Yikes!)
