About a week after my last service early this year, I was still experiencing issues around the entryway to my property, so I reached out and politely asked the technician to please respray a specific area near the garage entry. Instead of responding professionally, he became defensive and questioned why I was asking, stating that the area had already been sprayed during the initial visit. His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. After 4 1/2 years of service, it's unfortunate to say that I can no longer confidently recommend the company and would like to cancel my service.

We are still in the process of sealing up all possible entry points and removing rats but so far I've been so impressed with this service. The pricing is reasonable (for my house it was $2,100 for sealing of the entire house and placing the cages) and they are very responsive and prompt. As you can see all their sealing jobs are very neat looking. They are very detail oriented in finding every single tiny holes and openings and will keep coming back as many times as is needed so long as you are hearing/seeing evidence of rats. 10/10 recommend!
