They take their time and they do a good job Tao & Sun.. the best couple ever. Sun gives the best leg rubs after you're doing your pedicure he could just sell leg rubs and people would just pay a lot of money for it. And Tao does such great nails she does fantastic gel nails I'm talking just that manicure with the gel polish never comes off never had to come off and I'm a nurse, and I wash my hands all the time but if you get the sculptures by her, she's very particular, and they will look fantastic when she's done! Do NOT go here. 3 of us got no-chip manicures & regular pedicures less than a week ago. The only person working was the owner who didn't know how to do no-chip without getting all over my cuticles so she took it off, lectured me that it was my fault & redid. We are a couple days into our vacation after pedicure and the picture shows how each of us have chipped or no nail polish remaining on our toes! David was awesome until he started to OVERCHARGE me. i always have long nails. I was used to paying 85-100 a fill with gems. He decided my last set to charge me 150. i was told 5 dollars per nail for gems. he lied and charged me 10 dollar a nail. even when i bring my own gems he still over charged. DO not go to him. once he sees you will pay he will keep increasing the price with no explanation. to make things worse. i had to go back two times to get gems replaced. but i had at least 6 more gems come off. but i won't go back. charged 150 and my nails look like complete shit 10 days later. read more

There are a lot of reviews from before that show a hit or a miss for this salon. Now, in 2020, I can tell you that this place is great. They do a great job with dip and no chip. I haven't gotten acrylic nails from them but I can say that dip is my favorite from here. Also, if you want anything changed, fixed, or detailed, let them know! They will tailor your nail experience to whatever YOU want them to focus on. The staff is kind and really understanding what you want to get out of the experience. Kelly is a nail technician I keep coming back to. I tell her what I would like to see from my nail experience and she delivers it amazingly. The review from the past may seem contradictory to mine but through time they have upgraded the pedicure chairs, the paint, the flooring, and more. Close to home so stopped in and committed to a Mani/Pedi; as Procedure started I was skeptical about cleanliness of tools and in hind-sight should have walked out. First attempt at Procedure was horribly unprofessional by Kelly; paid and left. Returned home to look over the Procedure and went back next day to have the Procedure corrected; I showed, who I assumed was a Supervisor & Kelly; Kelly took me to her Station and was visibly upset while she attempted to fix the Procedure. Tools were not sanitized as she grabbed them from a drawer, her first Cuticle adjustment cut me and then roughly completed the remaining Cuticles. I know have Cuticle Inflammation/Fungus and what looks like a Paronychia Abscess. read more

I have tried this place a couple if times because it is so close to my house and i received a gift card for christmas, but im done wasting my money. I typically get a mani pedi, the pedi are good but they leave the nails just long enough to come back in a week but the polish does last. The mani forget it! The no chip did chip on two nails the same night!! Then they all broke and i have healthy nails that i have grown out forever! Do not spend your money here it is a waste!! read more

Not only that but the prices are very reasonable and if you are lucky enough to go there when they order food they will probably offer you some. The service is terrible. We had a booking for 12:45 for 2 people. There was only one person working who lied to us stating that another person would be available to accommodate the second person. My friend went to this nail salon and she said IT WAS HORRIBLE. She went there for a birthday party and wanted a manicure. The "host" said she could, BUT she was forced to get a pedicure. She got the color she didn't want, and the polish was nasty! Then they started giving her gems but she didn't want them. The person said "too bad!" And her nails were bad and there was nail polish all over her toes. My friend said she would not recommend this salon but spend your money at a better place. read more

They have a really pretty no chip color that I come here specifically for. The service is decent and my nails last about a week and a half which is really good for me. They do have a dog there which I love, being a dog person. read more

I have been coming to Only Nails for 10 years! I love it. I've tried other places closer to home (since I moved through out that time) but no where else compairs. They have a large variety of services and nail colors available. They are quick but do a great job and don't personally rush anyone. They get to know you by name. I suggest asking for Lisa or Qwhen when coming. They (in my opinion) do the best work! If you're bringing a little girl they also have adorable hello kitty pedicure chairs! They DO have a dog (although he is the best mannered dog ever.. his name is Scrappy!) He's old now and for the most part just sleeps in his dog bed behind the counter and snores. He will walk around from time to time and if you reach to pet him he will come to you, but he won't jump up on you/bother anyone. Everyone is friendly, can be easily understood, and the prices are very very fair! I honestly can't go anywhere else.. they've spoiled me! read more

I found this place when some friends and I went there for nails and pedi for her wedding and have not gone anywhere else since. Yikes. Steer clear of this ridiculous excuse for a business. The "salon" is questionable at best when it comes to cleanliness and the woman who did my nails was beyond rude. I went in with a group of girlfriends for a nice treat to kick off an early weekend. We were essentially rushed out the door even though there was NO ONE waiting. To the point where the lady (only 15 minutes after we finished in the pedicure tubs), came over and started ripping out our toe separators at the dryers and telling us we were all done. I understand there is a language barrier, but common courtesy for people who just came in and gave you over $100 worth of business during off (read: not busy) hours should not be negotiable. To those who might argue that you get what you pay for...umm....no. My nails look worse than what I could do at home. I look forward to my first pedicure of the season to get a fresh start for spring...honestly, there are smudges everywhere and there is purple nail polish everywhere. The only positive part of this experience was the cute dog that greeted us at the door. As a person who worked in the service industry for 6 years, it takes A LOT for me to criticize others who work in this field. Save your money and go somewhere else.
