Came to this place because my normal place was booked and a friend goes here. The place was clean, no problems with that. But within a few hours of my no Chip, my nails began to chip. I have never had this happen before. Now it is 5 days later, and multiple of my nails are chipping, especially my thumb. I have been coming here for years now, and I like that I can make an appointment online. I will say I have had a few techs I loved not return back randomly which is sad. You cannot leave tip On your card, cash or Zelle only, so keep that in mind when you plan on going. Also, they recently started racking on an extra 5$ if you do more than more color, not even a design so that's lousy. However, any issue I have had they have fixed for me without any issues. Out of all the nail places, this place by FAR does the best job!! The only issues I have is the wait time is never accurate and every single time I come in here the people who walk in after me get taken ahead of me, even without an appointment. It's very disappointing to be waiting for like 20-30 minutes and someone who walked in 20 minutes after you is taken in first without an appointment. Otherwise the nail techs do a very good job and this is the only place I go where it's absolutely painless for my acrylics. She does such a phenomenal job of making my nails look so cute. I used to love this place so much. It was the first salon to give me acrylics when I was 11 and now at 17 I still frequented this salon. They always did a nice job, but like another review said, it's gone down hill since covid hit. After covid I came here maybe 2 times to get my nails done, and I always got this one tech with one arm full of tattoos. I could tell he was new because I had genuinely never seen him before, and I could also tell because every set I got always chipped or broke. I've always gotten acrylics with no chip polish and had never had an issue before. I stopped going once I realized my sets would always break when I went to him and took a break from nails. I had a concert a month back and I knew I needed them to last and look good because I was willing to pay as much as necessary to get what I wanted, and the first thing I did was avoid Classy Nails. I went to a place highly rated on Yelp with a friend recommendation and I had never been happier with the quality, the kindness of the techs, and the cleanliness of the establishment. It was a 20 minute drive away, but well worth it for quality service. Today 3/20/22 I decide to go to Classy for my nails because I had received a gift card that would cover most of my nails. I walked in and was placed with a tech I've seen at Classy forever (or since I was 11) and was immediately relieved because I knew he was going to know what he was doing. He is a nice tech and all, but when I sat down and told him what I wanted he told me we'd have to remove the acrylic from my nail so we could start fresh. I was obviously okay with that because I didn't know I'd need a removal, but knew he knew what he was talking about. That's where the trust ended. I was waiting for him to pull out the acetone, the bowl for the warm water, the aluminum foil, and the cotton balls for the removal of my acrylics because that's how you remove them, but when none of that was pulled out I was confused. He only had two things in hand, clippers to cut down my acrylics, and a skinny plastic nail tip. After cutting my nails down he proceeds to shove the nail tip under my acrylics and pry the acrylic nail from my fragile real nail. I was immediately stunned because I know ripping off acrylics is not something that is recommended for acrylic removal. If he was pressed for time he could've maybe loosened them off then try to remove the acrylic with the nail tip, but instead he chose to pry them from my fingers feeling me wince every once in a while when it hurt. He didn't even ask if i was uncomfortable or if he was being too rough. The only time he apologized for being rough was when he made my thumb bleed after the nail didn't pop off all the way(it was hanging on my a little piece of skin and he stabbed it/picked at it with the sharp little nail tip instead of being gentle. Now here is where I begin to feel myself tear up, I also have a relatively high pain tolerance. Oh wait that's not even the worst of it! When the blood began to pool on the edge of my nail staring him in the face he put some mysterious liquid on it without clearing away the bead of blood, and kept ripping my nails off. He didn't wipe it, tell me to wash my hands, or wait for it to stop bleeding, he just let it sit there and dry into the ugly black color that is still on my nail, AND WON'T COME OFF!! He proceeds to finish my nails by covering the dried blood and my torn up nails with the powder and monomer and finished up. When Applying the monomer he was kind enough to not put it directly on top of the wound, but just around it enough where it would (hopefully) go unnoticed by me while I was sitting there watching him finish up. This was 100% the last straw for me. I don't care how long I've been coming here, I don't want to pay $65 dollars for shitty service. $65 isn't bad when you get a relaxing service with no anxieties every time the nail tech moves for another tool. I received beautiful nails from the place I went to a moth ago for only $10 more for a proper acrylic removal, nice staff, an anxiety free environment, and an overall 10/10 experience. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, and it does make me sad because they used to do a decent job. Oh yeah, reception is also a major issue here. They're rude and lazy. For the tip I walked up with a $10 bill and asked for singles so I could tip my tech, and the receptionist reaches in without a second look and hands me a stack of $1 bills. I counted it out to make sure I got the $10 because I did t trust her method of reaching in without looking, and BIG SHOCKER I only received $9 i asked for an extra bill because I was short and she hands it to me with an annoyed look on her face with(of course)no apology. This place is absolutely atrocious and I will never go again. And please, when you start looking on yelp for reviews on this place don't brush off the number of bad reviews on this salon, it truly is an awful establishment. read more

I went in on a Sunday to get dip powder and pedi. I decided against the pedi. The nail tech was drilling the powder off my nails and I asked him twice to take it easy. He wanted to quickly get the powder off instead of soaking it. The drilling was getting down to my natural nails because it was burning a bit. I prefer to safely soak off the powder so my nail beds won't get too brittle. He got mad and started speaking Vietnamese to someone else and walked out of the shop. I sat sitting there alone wondering what was happening and then someone else came and said he would finish. I was so upset and so I paid for a take off and left with bare brittle nails and tears. I come here all the time and have never experienced any problems. I'm welcomed as soon as I walk in, when I make an appointment, I'm taken care of quickly! I'm really a happy customer. The spa is clean and workers are friendly for the most part. I always see someone cleaning! Which is a good thing. I started getting a no chip which lasts around 3 weeks, if I'm lucky. I just knew there's a better manicure out there...sure enough they suggested getting a DIP manicure. And baby when I say that "polish" lasts....it lasts!!!!!! I only come here once a month now. Score. Their color selection is tops, not just the lame reds, pinks, creams you see everywhere else, and their work is solid as well. For the first time in 15 years, I had to find a new place for a pedicure. Trusting my yelp friends, my digits dialed this salon. I deducted a star because I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come and open the salon, then don't schedule an appointment for 10 if you are not going to be there. Never having been there before, I was a bit befuddled when the manicurist disappeared, but I looked around a corner and found where she went. She was in a room with about 10 pedicure chairs, softly lit, with "spa" music playing. I had read about the "massaging" chairs so I took a pass on that. Personally, I was not comfortable in the big-ass chair and found the plastic foot rest extremely uncomfortable, I am used to a softly padded one. However, the manicurist was very nice and did not do anything painful to my feet. Instruments are sterilized after use. Pricing is very reasonable. The lady who did my nails ignored my questions about the paint and did a poor job. My nails are unevenly filed, have bubbles in the paint, and I have a bunch of hangnails now as well. A man kept coming over and talking to her during the session and when I accidentally overpaid her, she didn't say anything. She only disappeared into the the back room of the salon and didn't reappear after that. Not even twenty four hours later and five nails are chipped. I went to have my acrylic set removed. The lady took a tip and ran it under the acrylics. While doing so she was distracted by people at the door and her phone. She ended up splitting my nail horizontally on my ring finger (picture below). It hurt a lot so she stopped and decided to soak them. She had to soak two nails. While they were soaking she was texting someone. I sat there for 10-15 minutes watching her text. She ran the tip under again and made the split worse. I could feel the crack get bigger. After all of it was done I pointed it out and she refused to recognize what she did and said it was the acrylic that split not my actual nail. Wow, she really took her time, she listened to how I like my nails round and not squared, and how I needed them buffed a little more than normal because of the ridges I had in my nails. Usually at other salons they do the nails so fast that I feel I didn't get my nails job done right. I really want to love this place for: 1. It's location 2. The long-lasting no chip manicures. No other nail place I've been to lasts for 2+ weeks. However there are also several reasons I don't love it 1. The wait time - I have waited over an hour before for a no-chip on a Wednesday evening 2. They now water down their gel polish?? Idk how to describe it but the tip is the correct color, so the way it was applied was extremely washed until the tips of the nail. This is supposed to be OPI Aurora Berry-alis which is a deep raspberry color... I'll take a break from this place for now. That being said, it seemed to be a very clean and professional place. I was a little displeased that at least one or two of my tips for acrylics were put on crooked. Seems hit or miss. This time I missed. The technician dug into the sides of my toe nails to the point of bringing me to tears. I cried out in pain several times and she just kept going. Then she had the audacity to push down on the red, inflamed area and ask me if it felt better! Not to mention she dug her fingernails into my toes while she was painting them...on the side, underneath, a real nightmare. Then there's the part where I'd requested a scrub to remove the rough parts of my feet. I'm training for a marathon so they're in bad shape. Yeah, no, you can still cut yourself with my calluses. Oh and she diluted nail polish with remover to make it less thick instead of saying "This is too old. Let's throw this away and have you pick a different color." Really unprofessional. The prices are good, the overall concept is efficient, they seem to have some nice amenities, so I'm floating them an extra star. This establishment is literally going down the drain. Ever since reopening from the COVID-19 shutdown there has been no improvements. The customer service is horrible. The manager is very rude and disrespectful. Every staff member at this location tries to rush your service to get to the next person.
