Tbh, the picture says it all. Can you believe I paid $80 for those ugly nails? I have never left a salon feeling so irritated and uncomfortable. Usually, getting my nails done is a soothing and pleasant experience but not today. I am not confrontational, but I do try to stand up for myself, especially when I'm paying $80 for a service. But I was given attitude by the so-called manager when I did so. The first issue is with the base color, I tried to tell the initial tech that she could just pick out a natural nude dip color because she probably knows their color selection a lot better than me, but I don't think she understood me. Usually, for designs that require a nude base (in my experience), the tech just picks out a color that will look natural based on someone's skin tone. I was having difficulty understanding her too, so after much confusion on both our parts, I picked a shade on a whim, hoping it would look good. The nail tech who applied the dip was obviously inexperienced because I have had dip nails done before and never had my nails look lumpy or uneven during the dipping process. Obviously, something was wrong because she kept trying to smooth the lumps with her finger or a file. So the shaping was completely off, very uneven, and very wide in places, which is not at all flattering. I also mentioned to the tech that I wanted almond nails like in the picture (more than once), but she didn't seem to understand me and continued to make them round. I am very particular about the shape of my nails, BUT I didn't want to seem too pushy, so I just went along with it. Now for the base shade, I was hoping that the color would work out after she finished curing my nails, but they did not turn out to be the natural nude shade I was expecting. The colors shown in a sample book may look different than how they could appear on a person's nails. And this is why I tried to ask the nail tech if she could pick a nude dip powder color that would work for my skin tone since I trusted her knowledge of the salon's available colors. I tried communicating this issue to the manager, and I asked if she could just put a nude gel polish over the dip or if there was another remedy. So this is when I started getting attitude, and she started acting abrasive towards me. At this point, I just wanted it to be over so I could leave since I was so uncomfortable. After finally paying, I wanted to immediately get into my car and drive to another salon to have these horrible nails removed, but tragically, I have to wait till tomorrow. All in all, I would not recommend this salon at all and will never be returning. Those nails were in no way worth $80. read more

I've went here 3 times so far and the service has been great! The appointment times are pretty flexible. The ladies are very kind and caring. They would check up on me to make sure I wasn't too tired or that my hands weren't hurting from the utensils. They are also very meticulous in making the designs/nails look neat, and will ask if you want any changes made. This place has now become my go-to nail salon! read more

Since my regular salon is closed this week for spring break, I called to make an appointment and check pricing was quoted $50 for pink and white and asked about the 20% discount, which I was assured I would also get. The manicurist used acetone to remove the previous set. In over 10 years, I've never had this process done (it's generally for no-chip). An electric file has been used EVERY TIME, and I told her this. She did not let me know this too would be an extra charge. This took forever, generally my appointment is 45 min. this was double. My manicurist was very nice, but did not seem to have a procedure for pink and white, tho' they did have many options for the powder and she did a nice job. Now for the "surprise" I was expecting a $40 plus tip The charge was $56 with no explanation a) I know I should have asked but, I'm not confrontational b) I was in a hurry as I'd already rescheduled another appointment as this ran double the time.
