The next time, the polish chipped the very next day, so when I went in for my third visit I again told her I wanted a regular manicure but, again, she convinced me she had some magic method to keep my nails looking good. Now, my cuticles are irritated and bleeding and the polish is chipped and peeling and she refuses to see me to remove it. When Katy dried my hair, she asked if I wanted it styled straight or with my natural wave, and I said let's go with my natural wave. After I washed my hair the next day, I realized how uneven the cut was. There was about an inch and a half difference between the left and the right side, and it was unevenly cut throughout. Since I noticed on a Saturday evening how bad it was, I ended up going to a local hair Cuttery to get it fixed and they did a great job but did have to remove a bit more length to make it all one length. I ended up with a long bob instead of just below my shoulders. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at the salon itself, but the cut didn't live up to the experience. I might try a different stylist in the future since I did enjoy the location and general vibes, though appointment availability seems quite limited so that may just not end up being convenient or realistic with my schedule.
