I was looking for a place to get a good deep tissue massage, my friend recommended Allure, and it was great! The staff were incredibly kind, and I feel like jelly in the best possible way. Definitely recommend! read more

I wasted my time, money, dignity, and sanity so you don't have to. I booked a same-day appointment for a pedicure via ClassPass. The manager greeted me and set me up with a technician before leaving for the day. In the middle of soaking my feet the technician realized I was a ClassPass customer and immediately turned the faucet off. She stubbornly refused to continue the pedicure saying I didn't have an appointment (even though I received an email confirmation), that I would need to pay outside of ClassPass, and that she does not work with ClassPass customers. At one point she gave me a "talk to the hand" sign (who does that?!) while pacing back and forth muttering in her native language. After a frustrating phone call with the manager that left me in tears, we all agreed it's best I leave. The technician seemed to feel bad after seeing my tears and applied some polish on my toes, but the experience was extremely unpleasant to say the least. To businesses - If you're going to treat CP customers like second class citizens, please just don't partner with CP in the first place. The manager apologized and offered a free manicure next time I'm in town, which I will not be taking her up on. If this is how they treat CP clients, I cannot imagine the treatment I'd get trying to claim an on-the-house manicure. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I highly recommend Allure, I had the best facial ever, it was an amazing experience. Monika is amazing. My face and mind are renewed. You need to treat yourself! I also had a great mani pefi with Camile, she is so kind and patient read more

I booked a day of spa for my husband and I. First time here for us and it was a wonderful and relaxing couple of hours. I had a pedicure and we both had massages. We were each taken into separate rooms. The dimmed room was clean and very relaxing. We had different people working on us, and they were amazing. The massages were great. The pressure was perfect. The salon is otherwise clean and staff is professional. I was offered water several times. Just a pleasant overall experience. We'll love to return. read more

Went there with a few friends and the staff was so wonderful. When you first entered the environment is so warming and inviting. As you speak with the receptionist to the end of the service provided each person has amazing customer experience and has such kindness! From experience, atmosphere, and service, I give Allure a 10/10! Would come again! read more

excellent place to get a massage. I've been there four times and each time was the best time.

On time, clean technique, relaxing, precision nail color application, and Oksana was very pleasant.

Made an appointment online for 2 pedicures for my friend and I. A birthday present and they cancelled with no explanation.

Don't buy a Gift card here for a gift. I booked an appointment for them because I recieved a gift certificate of 100$ and I had canceled between the 24 hr mark because of a health condition Dr appt so I called left a voicemail saying I wouldn't be abvailable to come and they send a text message stating the lady was waiting 2 hours for me to come. And that they deducted the money off the gift certificate. Mind yall 100 DOLLARS. I will never be visiting here and is disappinted with there unproffesionalism. The gin/or sin lady is very rude and has lots of attitude. read more

Had a 2 hr massage with Chrystal.....absolutely incredible! She now has a new customer.

Came in yesterday 15 minutes early for a Brow Shaping appointment that I scheduled off ClassPass. First time there. The woman who I am assuming it was the owner asked me to take a seat. I sat and patiently waited a whopping 45 minutes - for what should have been a 15 minute service!! She was running 35 minutes late past my appointment time. I finally just left without a service because I ran out of time to pick up my kids at daycare. She didn't even care to acknowledge me as I was leaving. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they don't respect their clients time? Do not waste your time, energy, or money here. The lack of professionalism is pretty extraordinary! read more

I had a great facial with Shay. While I don't get one often, this was my first at Allure Spa. Some of the techniques were new to me, and Shay explained the purpose of these. I was given one suggestion to add to my routine. The time was very relaxing. My skin feels and looks great. read more

Reply to your lie left on my review. You tried to make it right ONCE by leaving me a text about July 15th and asked me to confirm. This was 3 weeks later and not a word from you before that. I obviously went somewhere else. I did not feel the need to confirm since I only heard from you weeks later. I wish I could post our text exchange so that others knew what I say is true. However, anyone can reply to this post if they want to see it, I would be happy to send it to them. Not only did you let me show up without a word for a girls day that would not be happening you are dishonest. Shame on you! read more

to start, I had gone here for almost a year before everything went downhill. i used to get pedicures, and a full set, and always left feeling super happy with the level of detail and care! however recently everything has gone downhill, i asked for a full set stilettos and they put me with a new nail tech who I've never seen before.. owner told me she was new and that she is "the best in the entire salon" i asked for longer nails and they said it's too long and i should get it shorter... alright... i then asked to just get almond. when i said i didn't like the shape she refused to restart since it was "too much work" i told the owner that the nails were incredibly lumpy she was very rude and said if i didn't like it they would just remove it and I can go somewhere else... i was shocked since i had gone there quite a bit, and im surprised they would treat someone who has been a customer for a while like that... I told her what was wrong and she said "no they look great!! she's the best!!" and as someone who has gotten acrylics every month since I was 15 years old, i can tell when someone doesn't know what they are doing!! I told the nail tech again i didn't like them and she just went silent and refused to talk to me the rest of the time until I apologized and said I wasn't trying to be rude I just didn't like my nails... she gave me attitude which was insane from an older woman why are you acting like a petty high schooler? Very odd behavior. The owner said they would take them off and I could go somewhere else but the lady continued to try to fix them, and left them lumpy and weird shaped. I dont even know what you would call this shape... Owner said she would give me a discount on them since wasn't happy so i paid $60. checked the website... that's how much acrylics are already listed for... she didnt even give a discount ‍ I just paid for the set and left since I didn't even want to argue with them anymore after 3 hours of going back and forth. Until the owner can start holding her employees accountable or they start hiring better staff (age has nothing to do with how good someone is!!) I would highly recommend to stay away from this place. very disappointing since I used to LOVE going here! read more

I went in for a no chip. I had no chip on my nails already. as she removed my no chip I heard her say to charge me extra to remove my no chip. how are you to change a no chip without removing the no chip to begin with. I have never been charged for a no chip to be removed in the years that i have been going there. the no chip that she did as only last 8 days and is peeling off. she later said that because I went somewhere else and had to soak longer was the reason for the extra charge of removal. it's all done the same way. I will not be going back. read more

Great service, quality amazing Very clean and professional. I have been a customer since they opened their door's around 10 years ago

They take a lot of time not your in and out nail salon. I suggest asking how many coats of polish they are going to apply.

I decided I needed a little day to myself after a crazy 2022. Self care is the best care, ya know? I booked a lymphatic drainage massage, facial, dermaplane and added the oxygen infusion, and a pedicure. Everyone I interacted with was absolutely welcoming, caring, and damn good at what they do. I tried the dazzle dry nail base with an OPI color and there are NO CHIPS or peeling almost a month later!! All and all it was a great and hospitable experience and I can't wait to go back! read more

Very pleasant experience. Staff very nice and knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing too.

Loved my experience at Allure! Crystal was an incredible massage therapist, and was so communicative and ensured that I got everything I was expecting out of the experience. The setting was very relaxing and I came right after work, and I was instantly relaxed after arriving and starting my massage. I booked a (60) min Swedish, and will definitely be looking forward to my next visit. Thank you again, Crystal! read more

absolutely amazing service! one of the best facial treatments I have received. highly recommend! will definitely be returning.

I attended as a bachelorette party. Although services were communicated in writing to the spa, they did not provide the services without a reminder that others had planned services after waiting for hours, met with a rude response. The morning after my dip manicure, the entire polish came off of one of my nails. read more
