I booked a day of spa for my husband and I. First time here for us and it was a wonderful and relaxing couple of hours. I had a pedicure and we both had massages. We were each taken into separate rooms. The dimmed room was clean and very relaxing. We had different people working on us, and they were amazing. The massages were great. The pressure was perfect. The salon is otherwise clean and staff is professional. I was offered water several times. Just a pleasant overall experience. We'll love to return. read more

Don't buy a Gift card here for a gift. I booked an appointment for them because I recieved a gift certificate of 100$ and I had canceled between the 24 hr mark because of a health condition Dr appt so I called left a voicemail saying I wouldn't be abvailable to come and they send a text message stating the lady was waiting 2 hours for me to come. And that they deducted the money off the gift certificate. Mind yall 100 DOLLARS. I will never be visiting here and is disappinted with there unproffesionalism. Came in yesterday 15 minutes early for a Brow Shaping appointment that I scheduled off ClassPass. First time there. The woman who I am assuming it was the owner asked me to take a seat. I sat and patiently waited a whopping 45 minutes - for what should have been a 15 minute service!! She was running 35 minutes late past my appointment time. I finally just left without a service because I ran out of time to pick up my kids at daycare. She didn't even care to acknowledge me as I was leaving. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they don't respect their clients time? Do not waste your time, energy, or money here. The lack of professionalism is pretty extraordinary! read more

to start, I had gone here for almost a year before everything went downhill. i used to get pedicures, and a full set, and always left feeling super happy with the level of detail and care! however recently everything has gone downhill, i asked for a full set stilettos and they put me with a new nail tech who I've never seen before.. owner told me she was new and that she is "the best in the entire salon" i asked for longer nails and they said it's too long and i should get it shorter... alright... i then asked to just get almond. when i said i didn't like the shape she refused to restart since it was "too much work" i told the owner that the nails were incredibly lumpy she was very rude and said if i didn't like it they would just remove it and I can go somewhere else... i was shocked since i had gone there quite a bit, and im surprised they would treat someone who has been a customer for a while like that... I told her what was wrong and she said "no they look great!! she's the best!!" and as someone who has gotten acrylics every month since I was 15 years old, i can tell when someone doesn't know what they are doing!! I told the nail tech again i didn't like them and she just went silent and refused to talk to me the rest of the time until I apologized and said I wasn't trying to be rude I just didn't like my nails... she gave me attitude which was insane from an older woman why are you acting like a petty high schooler? Very odd behavior. The owner said they would take them off and I could go somewhere else but the lady continued to try to fix them, and left them lumpy and weird shaped. I dont even know what you would call this shape... Owner said she would give me a discount on them since wasn't happy so i paid $60. checked the website... that's how much acrylics are already listed for... she didnt even give a discount ‍ I just paid for the set and left since I didn't even want to argue with them anymore after 3 hours of going back and forth. Until the owner can start holding her employees accountable or they start hiring better staff (age has nothing to do with how good someone is!!) I would highly recommend to stay away from this place. very disappointing since I used to LOVE going here! read more

I went in for a no chip. I had no chip on my nails already. as she removed my no chip I heard her say to charge me extra to remove my no chip. how are you to change a no chip without removing the no chip to begin with. I have never been charged for a no chip to be removed in the years that i have been going there. the no chip that she did as only last 8 days and is peeling off. she later said that because I went somewhere else and had to soak longer was the reason for the extra charge of removal. it's all done the same way. At the last minute, I called and was able to get in for a no chip manicure. Fantastic experience! The technician was friendly and gave me one of the best manicures I have had in a while.
