Simply awesome! All the big spa services, customized just for you! I almost don't want to write this review in fear that this hidden gem will be found and I'll never get an appointment! Let's start by saying that Meggan, the owner and sole proprietor of Simply Spa, is formerly from Coldwater Creek spa in downtown Naperville. So she knows her stuff and has the four licenses to prove it. It was word of a "magical" pedicure that brought me there. And boy, magical it was. This wasn't your ordinary pedicure with sharp instruments and power sanders flying at your tender tootsies as you tried to relax. This was....heaven. Heaven that often caused me and my fellow customers to fall into loud snoring slumber! -Wait...did she just say that people fell asleep during a pedicure? Yes. I. Did. Magic pedicure people. I'm talking pure relaxing snoring magic. And I religiously kept my monthly pedi/napping appointments exclusively with Meggan for more than 5 years. She's THAT good! Trust me, I've tried many others, but NO ONE comes close to applying the perfect pressure, the ability to hit those reflexology spots and the attention to detail (picking out confetti dots one-by-one to ensure your nails get enough yellow dots to mix in with the red?!?!) like Meggan does. After Coldwater's spa was sold, Meggan branched out on her own to open Simply Spa. Happy Dance!! She's a one woman show here, and that means her focus is all on you and your service. No distractions of other customers or employees. Bonus! To my great delight, the magical pedicures, amazing massages, manis and facials were the same familiar ones, with all the same offerings of Coldwater (even the same warm neck wraps accompany the services) but now, to my greater delight, it could be customized to me in a much more private setting. The spa space is limited to just two rooms, a waiting area greets you when you walk in. It has two comfy chairs to chill out while you await your service or let your tootsies dry. There's the manicure table nearby and an entire wall full of polishes that is sure to have the color you seek. Behind a door is the services room. A heated power massage bed, a power reclining pedi chair and facial table for waxes, electrolysis and facials await you. The decor is calming and an oil diffuser brings familiar relaxing spa scents. Ready to relax? Want to talk away the day's stresses with a hot cup of tea (from an ever changing selection) while she performs magic on your toes and massages your worn out legs? You won't disturb others,as she only takes one customer at a time. This is the beauty of a small spa! It's all about you and Meggan lends you a friendly ear and listens intently. Your secrets are safe and your toes will sparkle! Want to skip the chatter? No problem. Meggan's happy to turn up your choice of music. The heated massage table, pillow under your ankles and thick comforter covering your goodie bits will have you relaxed during your massage. Snore away! Or rock out! It's your time, so it's your choice of music. Meggan is all about making the experience all about you. She adjusts the treatments to your liking and continually checks in with you to ensure you're comfortable and enjoying the experience. I have been seeing Meggan for a few years now for massages, pedicures, and no chip manicures. The pedicures are absolutely the best I have ever had. You sit in a recliner like chair and you can lay back and fall asleep while you get your pedicure. It's so relaxing. Her massages are so good too. I have gone in with so much stress in my back and have come out completely relaxed. Even after my legs are so beat from my high intensity workouts she's able to work out all the tightness in my legs. I visited Simply Spa for a pedicure and while the service itself was nice, I was disappointed by a few things. The Zero Gravity chair was uncomfortable and caused my body to ache after I got up, unlike the massage chairs at other pedicure places. The service was advertised as 80 minutes for $82, but the technician finished in an hour. Despite not receiving the full time, I still felt pressured to leave a tip. Overall, the experience wasn't much different from any other pedicure service I've had, and I wouldn't recommend it based on the value or comfort. read more

My Pedicure with Meggan was the best pedicure I have ever had!! I chose the 80 min with reflexology and it was amazing and indulgent. Never before had I been so relaxed during a pedicure, I am pretty sure I fell asleep for a few minutes. My toes look great and I walked out feeling refreshed and relaxed. Meggan is fantastic! I used to see her at Me Spa and was super excited to find her at her own location now! Her pedicures are amazing! You sit back in a big comfy chair and her massage is perfection. See even spend a little extra time on a muscle that I told her was super tight. My polish lasts longer than with others and she has a huge collection of colors to choose from. I was staying in Naperville for work and was fortunate to stumble upon this hidden treasure! The pedicure was wonderful! You sit in a zero-g reclined chair with lots of blankets and a warm neck pillow. The color-selection was also extensive! The massage was amazing. I had my first Oxygen facial today with Meggan and it was fantastic! I am an oily skin type with breakouts but currently extremely dehydrated with breakouts.
