BUT here I must take a star away: Scheduling for 2 or more people has been impossible over the past year and a half; even with two different spa services (one mani & one pedi; or one pedi, one hair appt). Front desk staff has not tried to work with me in figuring something else out; no advising on options like reconfiguring services, add an extra tech for a day or anything else--and I've been going there for 15-20 years! Many out-of-towners have been disappointed; as have I. Waxing: I have always been pleased with their waxing services. Especially my bikini area being extra sensitive. Actually, my skin is very sensitive and I never had an issue with pain during or after waxing. No rashes or ingrowns--from brows to underarms! I've tried waxing at home without success so FG is my go to. Sanitary conditions, skilled waxers--quite good. Manicure: I used to get a regular manicure weekly. I could bring my own polish and get a perfect result each time. I've been trying to save money and do it at home, with poor results, so I need to go back for weeklys. They offer many kinds of manis! Two weeks later and a few days before surgery was scheduled the care team called to reschedule the surgery due to maintenance at the surgical center. The proposed rescheduled date three weeks later was too close to a bucket list travel experience and a refund was requested. It took 6 weeks after the cancelation to get a refund check from Pryor Health after significant follow-up. The John Bull Center operates as part of the Pryor Health network and group. The most disappointing aspect was when a refund check was promised to be available at the Naperville office after 5 weeks, no one called to confirm and then when several follow-up messages were left there was no return calls. An email communication was the only contact for the refund. Pryor Health is not an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, but has other refund issues listed on the BBB website.

They were kind at first and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. I had my reduction in March of 2024. Almost immediately I felt I had an infection on my right breast incision. I kept doctor Bull's assistant Tiffany updated with multiple pictures daily and I was brushed off. Eventually my infection got so bad I went to the ER and my breast quite literally OPENED up and seeped infection. I didn't hear back from Dr. Bulls office for 3 days. I had to go to an infectious disease doctor who then prescribed me an antibiotic but told me I would have to go in for a SECOND surgery to debris the infection. Before my second surgery when I was visibly upset going in for my pre op appointment that I scheduled with their office, per them reaching out, Tiffany and Dr Bull told me I had no appointment, that we would just proceed without any pre lab visits. Oh, he also told me that he had to be careful with how he spoke to me because I get emotional. This is just skimming the surface of my experience. 0/10 would NOT recommend. I'd share pictures but just take my word that my right breast is mangled.
