I've now been to Me Spa 3 times in the last few months and can say with full confidence that this is a 5 star spot. Every time I go, I am warmly welcomed and everyone I interact with has been helpful and kind. They explain everything clearly, so if you (like me) had never been to a spa before, you always know what the expectations are. I've had 2 custom facials with Nicole & have now signed up for the membership, I plan on going every month. Nicole is incredibly sweet and kind & does a fantastic job. I feel like a new person walking out and my skin is always so glowy and hydrated. I was dealing with some nasty acne breakouts and she has helped tremendously! I also booked a pedicure with Christina and I loved my experience with that as well. From the zero gravity chair reclining to the warm blanket and neck wrap, I felt fully relaxed while she did the service. I am very happy with how the pedicure came out as well, my feet are so soft and my nails are so cute! Self-care is all anyone seems to talk about, but real talk, it works and it's important! I've made it a point to get a full spa experience every 3 months because... LIFE. The staff here are truly wonderful and highly skilled, the front desk is extremely kind and accommodating. I have mild scoliosis and couldn't figure out the best approach to a pain-free massage, but leave it to the staff to recommend a "pregnancy massage" - works like a charm for me since I can't lay on my stomach comfortably! Marissa gives - hands down - THE BEST facials. Having never enjoyed someone touching my face (EVER), this is honestly my favorite service each and every time. Marissa customized my facials each time depending on what my skin needs. She's such a sweet person too! Kathy gives the best pedicures and honestly is just a wonderful human being. I lost my mom recently and she just showered me with love - thank you for always being amazing. I've had a few masseuses but Claudia takes the cake and I won't go to anyone else now. I have been to Me Spa one time for a pedicure. That experience was elevated from other pedicures I've had,but I'm reviewing my most recent visit last week. I opted for an anti-aging facial and booked with Nicole based on review recommendations. I loved her! I only had one facial in my lifetime and that was in April at the Cosmopolitan's spa in Vegas. That facial couldn't even compare to the anti-aging facial I received at Me Spa. After my experience with Nicole, I know what an excellent facial should be. Nicole started by meeting me in the relaxation room and wrapping a warm towel around my neck and brought in a basin and filled it with warm sudsy water to soak my feet. I stayed there for about 15 minutes. Nicole came back to dry my feet and then escorted me to her room. The anti-aging facial comprised of cleansing, applying serums and lotions, exfoliation, vitamin C peel and cupping. Yes, cupping on my face. Everything that Nicole pampered me with was gentle to my face, hydrating and refreshing. Not only did I get a facial, but I got an upper body massage and a foot massage and moisturizing treatment. It was so much more than just a facial. I highly recommend the anti-aging facial. And not only do I recommend that, but I highly recommend Nicole as well. I can't wait to go back Me Spa. Julie greeted me in the relaxation room, poured a warm foot soak for me, and offered hot or cold beverages. After a bit she took me into the treatment room where I had the signature Swedish massage. This is my third time visiting ME SPA and I had a rather disappointing experience. I had a reservation for an 80 minute pedicure and arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time. The confirmation email asked for the guests to come 15 minute earlier in order to take advantage of the relaxation room. I wasn't offered to visit the relaxation room prior to my appointment which was a bummer because I was really looking forward to it. My nail technician was really nice and friendly, one star for that but my pedicure was below average which was extremely disappointing. The nail polish coverage was uneven and a bit sloppy. Even though the technician spent a good amount of time working on the soles of my feet they remained rough. I was really looking forward to silky soft heels but she definitely didn't deliver. The woman next to me spend a part of her appointment snoring in her chair which took away from the relaxation part of my experience. Nobody was saying a word as she was snoring away for good 10 minutes until I fake coughed to wake her up. I don't think that should have been my responsibility though. Overall, this experience wasn't worth the $160 that I paid (with the tip). I am extremely disappointed and will not be coming back there for a pedicure any time soon. read more

Paid $65 for a manicure only to have 5 nails chipped in less than 24 hrs. They did have me come in 2 days later for a touch up for no charge which I appreciated. Less than 48 hrs later I had to have 7 nails repainted. Now the same day my pinky nail just chipped off. It's just not worth the price honestly. The quality is the same as any salon who charges $25-30. read more

They provide services from mani-pedis, facials, massages, waxing and more. One's experience is elevated by the hospitality of the robes, slippers, relaxation room, and small details throughout the space. I've come here for many of years and note now that some spaces like the relaxation room could use some updating but have noticed they have updated the massage beds to be heated and powered. The prices did go up pretty dramatically at the end of last year which makes it harder to come as often. However, I still love the experience I get when visiting and always leaving feeling relaxed with a few less knots. I've had manicures, pedicures, and now a massage at Me Spa. This is my favorite spa. I tell all new move-ins to come here when they ask where to go. All are wonderful services, but it's the extra details that I love. Be sure to arrive with some time to spare before your massage or facial so that you can spend some time in the Relaxation Room. They'll bring you a bowl of hot water to soak your feet and a cup of hot tea. Pedicures are out of this world. The zero gravity chairs, hot neck rolls, warm blankets, and nearly silent room, makes for a dreamy experience. You will never want to step foot in a basic nail salon again. No TVs on the walls or bustling crowd. Just bliss I had a full body massage + a scalp and face massage. After an incredibly stressful life as of late, feeling all of my stress melt away was truly a needed experience. The hot towels on a cold, rainy morning were appreciated even more. Definitely pay the extra for the scalp and face massage. Totally worth it Sitting in the relaxation room in my robe while I drank hibiscus tea was the perfect way to end my spa experience. Amy introduced me to The quiet / napping pedicure room low light, warm neck pad and a cozy blanket in a reclining chair and then she gave me excellent pedicure. Also, the silver bowls that your feet are soaking in very nice. Then, I was introduced to Jazmin. I haven't had a massage in a very long time. There is nothing like a massage that relaxes you to the point you're going to drift off to sleep. Excellent massage The atmosphere is quiet, soothing and clean. There are plenty of items for purchase and everyone was welcoming. Pricing is a bit expensive and the robes are nice and soft and the sandals are comfortable. I recently had the opportunity to return to the Me Spa. Unfortunately things did not go well. We scheduled time at the spa to celebrate and when we arrived we were told that the appoitments did not go through the system correctly. Leaving only one of us having a service scheduled. Instead of recognizing that the system utilized on line can be difficult to use the individual at the front desk simply pointed out that we did something wrong and thus one of the individuals would have to pay 50% of the cost of the service due to late cancellation. I was completely shocked and disappointed with this response. This employee also continued to explain the problem and how we made a mistake. To be honest, I fully understood what she was saying but in no way was she empathetic or attempting to solve the issue. I have been coming to the Me Spa for years. I love the services and have always had a good experience. I understand there can always be problems or issues that people will encounter. My concern and experience this time while disappointing was only made worse by the encounter, blame and lack of understanding the client experience. This is some of the best treatment l've ever gotten! All hail to Sarah for making some amazing recommendations that have dramatically improved my skin and confidence!! I've been here 4 times and have done the following treatments. Signature Facial, Advanced Corrective Facial, Detox Facial followed with a Blueberry Peel, and Hydradermabrasion. I had the most effect with Hydradermabrasion. It's like a water straw with many effective ingredients to clean EVERY pore in your face. I highly recommend this service if you are looking for clear skin. (Always ask the esthetician for recommendations tho) I will say this just a littttttlille pricey. Not too much to the point where I would never return but it's up there. Yes; they are luxurious, but not SOO luxurious. With any facial, they do bring you to a relaxation room with a couple couches where you chill out with a scented rice neck pillow, and a nice soothing foot bath with a great quality robe. My personal 2 cents, if the manager/owner reads this. Regarding the price, I would LOVE for each service purchased, maybe offer a couple free sample product from your store. Nevertheless, I will never stop going here. I'm way too satisfied by my results. I will definitely consider signing up to be a member and get discounted services and products.
