I have usually gone to more bougie spas for massages, but that was the best massage I've ever gotten. In my whole life. It's not fancy. It's casual, in a strip mall, and you won't be getting complimentary tea and a foot soak, but don't let that dissuade you. Be careful when booking. I visited the Lisle location in February 2026. I booked several days ahead online for a 90 minute. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me I could only have a 60 minutes since they were busy and again asked for payment. I only found out later that they charged me twice - including one charge for the 90 minute massage that I never received. read more

To start with, you can book a massage online, which I prefer to needing to call and go back and forth over what days/times are available. It is a simple process and you can see which therapist is available and pay online with a credit card. The waiting room is very inviting and calming, clean and peaceful. There is a sheet with all of the prices and add-ons posted. Prices are very reasonable and add-ons are very inexpensive, things like hot stones and coconut oil. The first time I went I had lower back pain and neck/shoulder tightness. I had Mia and she was just amazing. She managed to give me a full body, while working out the tightness in my sore areas. I had the deep tissue massage. She always checked to make sure the pressure was not too much, which a couple times it was deep, but I knew those knots needed working out. Unlike other massage places where they keep working on certain tight areas over and over again until you feel like you are going to jump off the table, she did not do that. She only worked a few moments and then moved around, going back to the spot later, to where it was an enjoyable massage but deep enough on the spots that needed it. I went with the coconut oil and hot stones. I was concerned about how long the effects would last, but they lasted for many weeks until I brought the pain back on myself by working too much. However, the pain has never gotten to the level it was before I saw her and it's been months. I've been back 2 more times and this last time she didn't even have to go that deep to work out the knots. In fact, this last time I was so relaxed that I could have fallen asleep. I felt relaxed, pain-free and very peaceful as a result of a massage with her. I would highly recommend you give this facility a try. read more

If you don't tip enough, you'll get asked for more. You might get a shortened massage due to interruptions during your massage. My therapist was quite talented while she was in the room and this is a good setup for a spa. I read the other reviews and figured I'd score a home run booking the couples massage. ***My wife's therapist left our ninety minute couples massage room 6 times. My therapist left 3 times. *** My wife asked if we could get a discount or get back the massage time that was lost due to the interruptions. Her therapist apologized, declined any reparations and explained that there is no manager today. (My massage therapist was stepping out to answering the phone DURING the massage.) We booked 24 hours in advance and prepaid, so there was no reason for them to NOT be ready. We showed up a few minutes early, and the room was clean and well appointed and the bathroom is clean also. Our massage started and ended on time. I left my therapist a $10 tip and said thank you. I was shocked when my massage therapist balked at my tip and reminded me it was 90 minutes. I told her - "I would have left more, but you kept leaving the room." There was another couple who walked into the lobby and heard the exchanges, they walked out and said "we aren't doing that" and commented on hearing the berating my wife took for leaving her massage therapist a $10 tip. If a friend of mine was booked here, I have them ask "will you need to step out to answer the phone or greet customers during my massage?" I'd have them ask their therapist for additional time at the end of their massage if an unforeseen interruption happens. read more

I recently made my first visit to Spa Oasis, my first but definitely not my last. I've been thinking about getting a massage for months now, and am really glad I finally went! I'm an occasional runner, a newly minted inline skater and earlier this year I was diagnosed with something called adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder). My personal gauge about the quality of a massage is 1) Did the therapist follow my guidance at the start of the massage? 2) During the massage do I lose sense of time? 3) Are the effects long-lasting - in other words did the therapist actually provide therapy and not just relaxation? Spa Oasis won on all fronts. When I checked in I mentioned that what I really wanted was a combination of deep tissue and Swedish. I wanted to work out some knots, but also relax and not feel beat up after, which has happened to me with a massage in the past. Before she started, I told her that she could massage my shoulder area but not to move it. She did that, but stunningly (to me) she actually released my shoulder significantly, so I left with more mobility than I came in with. That wasn't something I thought was possible, and certainly not something I expected! During the massage, she was really, really in tune. If I moved my arm just a bit, she would ask "Is that OK?", like checking in on the technique she was doing. In every case it was OK. I was just shifting. I lost sense of time for sure, experiencing a sense of Zen. As for long-lasting effects. Yes. It's really quite incredible. About a week has passed and I still feel looser throughout my whole body, and my arm mobility continues to improve. I've had massages everywhere from fancy five star spas to independent facilities to chiropractic offices, and I would put Spa Oasis as a close tie for first place. read more

It's kind of hard to believe, but the quality of a massage is not directly correlated to the price. You can pay almost double the price (which my wife and I have done numerous times) at one of the many places in downtown Naperville, for a massage that isn't half as good. Or you can pay a very reasonable price for a seriously great massage at this place. I get a massage as a gift every year for my birthday. I've been three times now, and all three times it was good. My husband and I had been here about a month ago, and were really impressed by the massages that we received. We enjoyed them so much that we made a return visit just yesterday and were again completely impressed. I've Had Plenty of massages over the years and have had some really good ones. The first time we went I had been suspect because of the location. That being in a mini mall. I've been to a couple of foot places that once you get inside the decor is a little on the cheesy side. I happened to stumble upon this place while looking for a thai massage. They can do any massage and incorporate stretching too!!! It is very clean. The manager was warm, welcoming and accommodating. OHhhh they even have an infrared sauna to use before your massage. That is even rare in the city!!! Mina gave the most amazing massage. I loved the nature music in the background. Sooo peaceful. I went for a 1 hr deep tissue massage after running a half marathon. I got there and the room was barely ready and a tiny sheet was folder that I had to unfold and get under. I mentioned that I wanted focus on my lower back and more my legs. My legs probably got 5 minutes and just a light pass through, not even a massage. I don't think my request was understood and I felt a bit uncomfortable at the end when my legs were raised, my knees brought to my chest for a stretch.... glad I wore underwear. I don't think I'll be going back and going to another spa to get what I requested. read more
