I love lucky foot! I've been there a number of times and they always provide a relaxing experience. The staff is friendly and consistent. It's not a typical massage. You are in a larger room with multiple stations. I always wear a pair of shorts and a tank top during the massage. It says foot massage but it is actually a full body massage. I did read a bad review about something getting stolen. I don't know how this could have even happened. They have you put your belongings on a table next to your station not in a separate room. I highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced massage that always leaves me feeling refreshed! read more

I came here for a massage and left with a police report. I arrived wearing a polo hat, placed it in my purse before the massage, and when I woke up it was gone. That means someone opened my personal bag while I was receiving a service. The staff initially denied everything. We asked to see the security footage, which confirmed my hat was taken. Only after the police were called did they finally return it. What really worries me is that they instruct customers to place their personal belongings in an area that is a blind spot for the cameras. Your bag is not visible at all. This creates an unsafe environment where theft can happen with no accountability. The workers tried to gaslight me and tell me maybe I dropped my hat... I was disgusted and I will never return here again. This place should be shut down and put out of business! 0/10 I would not recommend coming here and if you do try to bring as little stuff in as possible because they are disgusting thieves and will lie straight to your face. The staff was screaming at me as if i was in the wrong... If i could rate this place -10000 i would! This incident occurred 2/21/2026 read more

Great place for a massage with options from just feet to whole body with hot stones and varying durations depending on how long you'd like. It's clean and the staff is friendly. There are a few room options as well and it's nice and quite and relaxing. You might be able to walk in without a reservation, but it's best to give them a call beforehand to ensure they will have someone available. If you are going with other people, definitely call ahead for an appointment. read more

I actually had a great massage. Sometimes the massage was aggressive but I was tight and needed those spots worked on. So I stayed quiet. I wish I knew who gave me my massage as I felt they really dug into tough spots and was gentle where it was needed as well. If there is a way to request a person, I would love to figure out how. read more

This used to be my favorite massage place but recently they have gone down hill. The massages are still good but the service and appointment making is terrible. They have dialed to write down my appointment the last 2 times I've been which is disappointing because I drove 30 minutes to get there only for them to say they couldn't accommodate me and didn't even offer another time. Also the previous time there were 4 of us and they didn't write down the appointment when I called and we had to come back an hour later. I don't know what's going on but the service needs to get better! read more

Great massage for the price, was pleasantly surprised and will be back. If you need a mid-week pick me up, this is your place.

I've been coming here for several years now but hadn't been in a while. But my boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to a foot massage on a rainy night and so we trekked over. The days of walk-ins seem to be over! Even on a night with crappy weather this place was hopping and we had to wait for 40 minutes for availability (we left and came back after putting in our names). It's still $28 for an hour which includes a long foot soak, extensive foot massage, and massage of the hands, arms, legs, back, and head. I learned something in going with a male companion: I had told him that you remain clothed, and for me (a female) this is true, though they will unhook your bra and protect your shirt with towels. So he was a little surprised when his massage therapist told him to take off his shirt. (Everyone retains their pants, and as you are massaged they will cover you with towels and move them as needed to access the parts of you that are necessary. I will say that even with the towels I was a bit chilly this time, though he said he was fine.) Our massage therapists were whispering to each other frequently, which was slightly distracting. Everything else is the same as it's ever been, from the music on loop to the guava hard candies when you check out :) Overall, still enjoy this place for an enjoyable yet affordable massage experience, but make sure you book an appointment! read more

I've been going here for years but today I went and the place is going down hill, it needs a deep cleaning, the massage therapists always smell like cigarette smoke and today 30 minutes into massage my therapist fell asleep!! he kept stopping and snoring , it was so awkward I don't have words for it. I also do not like how they stand and wait for a tip when you check out at the desk. after 10 years i won't be going back! read more

Let me start by saying I've NEVER had a bad experience here...until yesterday. I even took a coworker because I kept telling her how great it was. In a nutshell, my masseuse fell asleep several times while massaging me! It was the oddest experience. He was a bigger man so at first I thought maybe it was just his breathing. He would start to massage my leg and then begin to make smaller, slower movements, and then he would start snoring and wake himself up! And then the cycle would start all over again! I wasn't going to say anything, but i said, NO...I'm paying for this service and I'm basically paying for someone to take a nap! So, I finally said, can someone else finish my massage please? This is not relaxing! After some convincing because the other masseuse and the woman that walked in all tried to deny that's what was occurring. The lady that finished my massage was OK, but not great. No discount was offered, and I only tipped half of the actual bill and I told them that tip goes to the woman who finished my massage, not the man that started it-if you even want to call it that! I think they've lost a couple customers, it's a shame because used to enjoy going there. The quality of the massages were great and the prices were good too, although I did notice the prices on site were slightly higher than online. read more

My husband and I went here for a couples massage on December 31, 2022. It was our wedding anniversary... The massage we BOTH received was terrible. "Half-assed" and the two people massaging kept talking and laugh... They were not speaking English (which is fine), but it was inconsiderate and unprofessional. They didn't say thank you or ask how the massage was when it was time to pay. Poor service. Not worth the money at all! We will not be back. read more

Excellent service. This place is clean and professional. I felt fantastic after my massage.

Nice location, clean place, and wonderful staff. HIGHLY recommend. Went in with my boyfriend and we got the 60 min massage (30 min feet, 15 min head arm, 15 min back) all for a good price and quality massage. We both had sore bodies, but the masseuses relieved most tension and left our skins moisturized. The atmosphere is relaxing and calm with soothing music. Will definitely be returning. read more

Honestly a great spot for when you want to relieve some aches and pains. This is a traditional foot spa so you may have someone being worked on in the room with you. I did not have anyone with me but the therapist was still very discrete and made sure to make sure I was comfortable. read more

Excellent hidden spa. I wish it was closer to my home! Dark, fairly quiet atmosphere. Fair price. Massage with your clothes on....most of the time. This last time the message person asked me to pull my shirt over my head so that he could work on my back and I was so relaxed at that point he could have ask me to strip naked and get under the blanket and I would have done it in 60 seconds! Anyway he worked my back intensely, like I needed, I walk out of there feeling like a new woman. Thank you! read more

I needed a good foot massage and this place didn't disappoint. The prices are very reasonable.

$30 for one hour is the main reason I'd go here again. I've gone twice. Each time I had masseur the first was better than the second. The second guy was way too rough. Felt like I was getting a massage from a strong 6 year old. No pattern, no technique, just rough rubbing. Not to mention hearing him breathe through his nose sounding like he was trying to start a lawn mower ever time he inhaled. Long story short Pros: Professional ambiance, Comfortable tables, Foot soak Cons: Cold room, Rough massages or too light, Harassing about tipping, Not using enough oil/lubricants. read more

Not bad for $28.00 with a mandate $5.00 tip if you get the right person. I bought a coupon for buy 10 get 1 free coupon, so it reduced the price to $25.00 per use. I came here 4 times and was disappointment 1 time thus far. The time I came, it was a guy masseuse, which was a uncomfortable for me when he had to massage my back. The 2nd time I was there, I got a lady who was not bad, but I needed her to massage me with harder pressure. So, the 3rd time I requested the same lady to massage with harder pressure, which was perfect. The 4th time I was here was the only time I was disappointed. I got this lady who basically massaged me for 30 minutes. The rest of time, I have no idea where she was at. She would massage me for 5 minutes and leave for 10 minutes. And, at the end, she demanded me for $5.00 tip =( I still have a few more coupon to use, so I need to make sure I request the right lady to massage me. read more

I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for years, with my feet hurting all day long, everyday. I came in to Lucky Foot to get a 60-minute foot-only massage, and it was the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. My feet felt great as I walked out of the salon, and when I woke up the next morning, I did not have the nagging pain in my feet! Totally recommend. read more

Lovely, relaxing, professional, clean and affordable. We saw Tony and Lisa and they did a great job for our hour massage. We got the head and foot massage. So relaxing and restorative. I highly recommend. They often have Groupons. Otherwise very affordable. Great experience. Thank you! read more

Lucky Foot - Massage Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

Had a great massage today there. I dont think people understand what kind of massage these are. They are pressure point, reflexology and Shiatsu. Yes they will hurt at times. It's more of a working and healing muscles than a just feel good swedish massage. These people DO know what they are doing. WE are the ones that dont understand. read more

I recommend not purchasing gift certificates from Lucky Foot. I purchased a bunch prior to the pandemic and chose not to use the certificates until I was fully vaccinated. Several of the gift certificates expired Nov. 16, 2020. There was a change of management a few months ago and the new manager made the business decision to not honor gift certificates that expire prior to Jan. 1, 2021. I am now out $168 because I missed the arbitrary cutoff date by 6 weeks and the manager refused to consider an exception even when it was related to the pandemic . The reason given was because I bought the gift certificates from previous management. I consider this poor customer service. Lucky Foot has now lost a client who had been paying for regular massages at their facility for many years. read more

Hello everyone, I call this place to ask a question and make appointment ,lady told me she don't know English. I told her why she work there if she don't know English, how we're supposed to communicate there's nothing wrong working in a place if you don't know English, but when it comes that you're working the front desk and you're answering phones ,you should be able to answer questions and communicate with the customer. I'll give you one star and I give you a very bad review so you'll try to fix that, because I imagine how many people were trying to make an appointment and communicate different things with you and you tell them you don't know English. it don't make no sense she shouldn't be on the phone. read more

Rude and loud environment. Filthy towels and sheets. Very Unhygienic environment. They don't know how to do massage. I wish I could give ZERO stars. read more

I had theeeeeeeee best massage. I called the business about an hour before their close and asked for anything, I just needed a stress release. She said come on down. I showed up and she must have taken pity on me. 35 min until close and she asked what would O like. I asked what can I get. She offered me a 45 min session, full body. I didn't care and just nodded. I was quickly brought to a cute room. Very clean and put together. She kept her mask in as I did. I began face down with clothes on. She found all the snap-crackle-pops my body was willing to unveil. It took me a minute to realize she was kneeling in my back and hamstrings with her full body. Heaven! Soon she told me to take off my shirt. After draping a light sheet over me, She then used a warm oil and hot rocks to melt my soul into the bed. She used a hot towel to wipe off the oil and quickly got me together (bra refastened) prior to flipping over. After flipping over she ended on my feet. I slithered back into my shirt and goofy smiled all back to the front. I was handed a water and went along my way. Thank you! read more

First time at this place. I actually found this place here on Yelp. I went in without appointment first thing on a Sunday. Was not that busy and was lucky enough to have a room to myself. You will be massaged next to strangers. Just a heads up if that's not your thing. Room is very dim with soft soothing Asian music playing in the background. Chair is comfortable. I chose the basic 1hr massage. I loved it. My masseuse had the right pressure. After running 16 miles (Chicago Marathon Training) the day before you bet it all felt great. This place is clean, soothing, professional and prices are reasonable. Bring cash for tip. Will definitely be back. read more

Went for my very first massage. Chose this place based on family recommendations. I was not disappointed. The therapist i had was not the best at deep tissue but at everything else she was great. I did the 1 hour back and shoulder and my wife chose the back, neck and shoulder. The place is clean and soothing Will definitely go back. P.s. Bring cash for tips. read more

I'm not really sure why this place has such great reviews. The woman giving me my "massage" was falling asleep (literally head nodding off), and my friend's "therapist" had hands that smelled like cigarette smoke. This was even more evident when he "massaged" her face. The atmosphere was fine and the chairs were comfortable, but onto the "massage." Maybe we didn't get the same high quality "therapists" that everyone else on here got. Maybe I'm just extra picky because my mom is a licensed massage therapist and so I've been getting massage regularly for my entire life. Either way, my entire experience could best be described as alternating between teasing (way too light touch) and torture (read: incredibly painful pressure), interspersed with brief moments of pleasure. There were times when this woman, at least two times my size, had her entire body weight resting on her elbow, which was planted firmly in my back, and moving. Ouch. OUCH! The entire time I kept wondering if my friend's experience was better than mine. Come to find out it was exactly like mine. I definitely won't come back here. In fact, I'm not sure I will try another "foot massage" like this ever again, and will instead splurge on the real deal. read more

There are much better Chinese style massage places around. The first time I went it was hard to enjoy the massage because her arm kept bumping me in the head. She also kept punching my arm and I had a bruise when I left. I decided to go back a second time and give it a shot. Had a reservation and they walked me back on time. They brought out a tub of water to soak my feet. The 2 other people I was with had their massages start on time. I waited 10 minutes and no one came for me, so I got up and walked out. read more

Wow! I was not expecting all of that! I purchased a 60 minute on groupon and let me say well worth it. I have had foot reflexology once in Hong Kong and it was amazing so I took the chance. It started with a head scalp massage, then shoulders, then my arms and hands, as my feet soaked in warm water. You are fully clothed the entire time (suggest to wear comfortable loose clothing or woman yoga pants too) then the feet were massaged, along with my legs, you flip over and then my back was massaged. Full body massage and fully clothed, fully relaxed. It felt more therapeutic and it was definitely worth it! I will be back again and you cannot beat the price. Do not tip on percentage- I work in the hair industry and well worth a minimum of a $15-$20 tip! read more

Before going here, I really didn't think you could get a better value than Happy Feet. BUT..for $28 you get a fantastic 60 minute full body massage. I went here with two friends this weekend and we all left raving about the place. The rooms are very nice and the chairs are super comfortable. I am 9 months pregnant, so my massage therapist went very light on the foot massage and i wasn't able to lay on my stomach to get the full back massage. It was still great and they were very accommodating to me. The rest of the massage was very heavy pressure, which I enjoy. Do not go here if you don't like heavy pressure. Or, be prepared to speak up!Otherwise, a GREAT value for a massage. read more

I'm a frequent visitor for foot massages and have tried a variety of different places. At $28 for an hour, Lucky Foot was probably the cleanest and best value option I've been to in the Chicagoland area. They only offer 1 service but focus on your whole body. The experience always highly depends on who you get but I made a reservation for 3 people and we all had the same high quality masseuses with the same technique. The facility is fairly large with 4 rooms that can hold a total of 12-15 at a time. You definitely need to make a reservation since there seemed to be a constant waiting room full of people. I was concerned that you could hear the constant chatter of people coming/leaving but it remained relatively quiet throughout the hour. I had been stressed and in need of a massage for the past 2 weeks so thanks to Lucky Foot for helping loosen up the knots and tension in my back! read more

Wow. Let me start by saying that my sisters and I went to this place because Happy Feet had cancelled our appointments, after we called and notified them we would be late 10 minutes because we were stuck in a snowstorm. We saw Lucky Foot and thought we would give it a try. We were greeted with a smile and immediately got brought back. The rooms were relaxing and clean. Everyone was so nice and barely uttered more than a few words the entire hour. Yes, my feet got pampered....but so did EVERYTHING else... was this a dream??!! I am a mother of 3 small kids and never do anything for myself. This was the best $28 ever spent and the most relaxing hour I have had in a long time. I will ABSOLUTELY return. Was given given a water bottle on the way out. read more

I come here once in three weeks and it looks like they recently changed the host. He is extremely rude which is now making me change my mind about this place . I tipped 20% and he tells me the tip is very low!! And then I had a free massage pass since I come frequently and he is like such low tip for free time!? I earned the free massage as part of the frequent visitor card. Terrible customer service, the masseuse was very good though read more

My hubby and I made an appointment and when we walked in waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to the lobby to meet us. The guy I had was not pleased to be there giving a massage. When I rolled on my stomach I was wearing a sports bra and the woman who was giving my husband the massage came over and literally ripped it off of me. The guy rubbed my back so hard (and I enjoy a firm massage) that I am in pain today. I would skip this place and not recommend as they just don't know what they are doing and could really end up hurting you. Stay away and beware. read more

One hour of reflexology, wow. I've got that relaxed sore feeling going on now. The masseuse started with my head and ears, then went to my shoulders and arms, before getting to my feet in the middle of the massage. When she pulled on my toes and fingers, I could hear the bones cracking and loosening up. She finished off by working on my back. I must admit I didn't expect to have her elbow grinding into my butt cheeks. It was a good experience and I'd consider going back. The main issue is that getting there is a little tough with all the traffic on Rt 59 right now. read more

I just had my first visit here, but NOT my last. I opted for the 1 hour reflexology, rather than a full-body massage. It was incredible! My reflexology guy was Jet (adorable name). He wasn't at all rushed and was great with the pressure. Frankly, I'm the type of person who wants to feel the massage for a day or two after it happens, and Jet was up for the challenge. Just as other yelpers stated, it's very quiet and peaceful. No one talks to each other, and there is soft music playing. It couldn't have been more relaxing. I had planned to do a bit of work from my phone, (which they said was fine) but Jet must know of the secret 'get the hell off the phone' pressure point because about 20 seconds into it, I turned my phone off, closed my eyes and found my zen. I may opt for a full-body massage down the road, but an hour of reflexology is a true treat. I can't wait to go back soon. read more

Actually It is my first time here, but I love this place! As for me, it is my favorite place to get a Chinese foot massage after I have done there. Went here for the first time. It's a huge place and clean. You can't beat the price for a full body massage. I came in sore all over and felt great leaving. Pan did a great job.
