I used to really like this place for massages but recently had a very bad experience. They ask you to pay and tip before the massage, and the person I came with said the women who worked there kept saying he should have tipped more, kept walking away during the massage to greet people at the door and did not give a good massage overall. So unfortunately I won't be coming back here and would not recommend it to others. read more

I received outstanding massages except for in one instance here. Because of my one bad experience, they gave me a 30 minute free massage. The massage therapist intuitively knew the right places to massage my back. My only constructive criticism would be for her to slow down, letting her massage movements be more soothing. read more

It had been approximately 2 months since my last massage. Was in some desperate need for some much-needed attention on some specific areas that were focused on perfectly. I carry a lot of tension in my back and by the time I left, I was so relaxed. Jeff was amazing! This had to have been the best massage I have received. I could tell he wasn't just going through the motions, but really focusing in on what he was up to. This was more than a massage. He also did what's called the scrub. Bringing the toxins to the surface. This was a super clean place too. And they are beyond friendly. Offering me water or juice while I waited for my massage. WONDERFUL full body massage!!! I was feeling SO stressed out about a lot of work and family things and really needed something to help me relax and unwind...and thought a massage would be perfect! Unfortunately it was Friday afternoon. I thought there was no way I'd be able to find a place that wasn't fully booked for the weekend. I called a few places I'd been before and yep, all full. I found Massage Lily on Yelp and called them. They are open a bit later than most places, so I asked if they had availability that Friday night, and they did! They are in a strip malI (by Blueberry Hill). The environment isn't fancy, so if you are looking for a swanky spa, this isn't the place for you. However, if you want a fantastic massage for a reasonable price, definitely check them out. I think they do a lot of foot massages along with full body. I got a wonderful, 90-minute massage from Wendy. I told her up front what areas were bothering me and she did a great job focusing on them. She was very attentive to the amount of pressure I wanted and responsive when I'd tell her that what she was doing felt really good. She was very pleasant and talked with me when I talked, but was quiet otherwise. I appreciated that. Their price for 90 minutes was $80, and I feel that I got a great deal because when I left, I felt like a new woman!!! One thing to note, if you pay with a credit card there is a small service fee. Staff here is very friendly. Massage Therapist I've had was very good. She doesn't speak English which is fantastic for a person like me! She gets down to business and works my back like magic! Specials available on certain days ($25 on Tuesday?). They work on feet for probably 40 mins... And neck, back, head etc for 20+. Pay up front... Okay massage place with okay atmosphere and okay masseuses. Went in for a couples massage but were in different rooms. When I asked for it to be corrected I was told the space they used for couples was unavailable, we were the only people there. Normally wouldn't bug me since we walked in except that we waited 30 mins with the specific request for a double massage. If we were told it was unavailable we would've come back or I would've waited while my boyfriend got a massage(as this was his idea and I live 4 mins away) The lady at the front was super nice but way too chatty, we didn't want to be rude and not converse but if I was the person that was getting massaged and people kept talking in the waiting area I wouldn't be pleased. There was no relaxing music playing in the background which just meant even hushed voices carried. While she kept talking well into the start of our sessions, the second masseuse's phone went off which really did not help with relaxation. Overall neither my boyfriend or I were completely satisfied and have gotten better massages for lesser price elsewhere I'd honestly give it a lower rating except the woman we talked to was so nice and friendly! read more

Overall one of the best massages I've had. I had the 90 min deep tissue and the therapist was very skilled at getting just the right pressure - on the verge of painful but not. They allow walk ins which is the only good thing about this place. I basically paid to have the woman put lotion on my back and play with my hair. She must have been new but there's no excuse for offering poor service. Extra disappointed, do NOT recommend... Waste of time. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This was my 3rd visit to this location and MY LAST. Tried to use my $80 gift certificate . The woman at the desk spent 5 minutes trying to get me to tip her 1st-this after asking repeatedly how much I would be tipping her. I told her I would tip after. She was Not happy with my answer. I was taken to the back- place was empty at 3:00 Friday afternoon. After she made a couple phone calls, she sent a different woman in to do my 90 minute foot massage. Before starting , the desk woman came back in the room and wanted me to agree to a 45 min instead with her doing my feet &other lady doing my upper body. I said no 5 times before she gave up & left. For the first 15 minutes of the service, she carried on a loud , disruptive conversation with the woman at my head. A walk in showed up & she finally shut up & went to work. My massage was mediocre at BEST! I've been to 8 different such facilities over the last 2 years. This is by far the WORST! I have previously gone to the Aurora/Naperville location & met the owner every time. He was regularly late for my appointments and the skill of the workers was unreliable and sessions were always interrupted when someone walked in or the phone rang. As I was leaving, I gave my $10 tip to my person (because I didn't want to shaft her) in front of the desk lady. As I was walking out, the desk lady called out to me, "How much you tip?" I turned to her & replied, "Excuse me?" I could tell my lady was embarrassed and uncomfortable. They spoke to each other- my lady showing the desk lady the wad of bills- and I left.
