I have had six trips to The Now - Naperville and have always had really good results! At the risk of having him booked the next time I need him, Mario, in particular, is fantastic!!! He does excellent work! read more

The ambience is amazing - you can't NOT relax. It's basically a hallway full of rooms, instead of doors there's curtains. There's loud wave/ocean sounds and only whispering so you don't disturb others. I went in for an 80 min prenatal massage and it was great! Robert made sure to focus on the areas I was having soreness and really got into some of the pressure points I needed worked out. I would go back again! read more

The Bali-inspired massage was accompanied by the soothing sound of beach waves, replacing the usual spa music, though at times it sounded like a loud air filter. Inside lighting was quite dim for me, given my aging eyes. Had a somewhat difficult time walking from the powder room with bright lights to the massage room. My eyes didn't adjust well with the dark ambiance. The staff and massage therapists were friendly. Mine did a great job with her massage techniques. I opted not for a deep tissue, but just a chill one. The massage oil had an amazing scent! This place had an organic, minimalist decor that I absolutely love! read more

I will admit I was skeptical. I saw this place all over social media and I was skeptical. It seemed very aesthetic online and so I questioned how good it was going to be. BOY did they prove me wrong! I had such an amazing experience!! 1. The front office staff was incredible! Super friendly, personable, and just overall so welcoming! 2. The massage itself, DANG! They are hiring amazing therapists. Donna was absolutely wonderful and really took time on my focus areas, leaving me feeling my absolute best 3. The space itself is warm, peaceful, and inviting. I will 100% be going back! read more

Sonya is the best! She is always very professional and kind. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I had another incredible experience at The NOW! Aaron at the front desk was welcoming, thoroughly explained the process, and offered me water to ensure I was comfortable. Jessica provided a fantastic and thorough massage, and I still felt relaxed and refreshed days later. Afterward, Aaron checked in with me on my experience and helped get me rebooked for the next two months, which I really appreciated. The entire experience was exceptional, as always, and I'll definitely be back! Thank you Now Naperville! read more

Recently booked a quick 25 minute session with Sonya, and let me say I will definitely be booking a longer session with her again! She is exceptionally skilled and applies different techniques while targeting the areas you request focus on. If you enjoy specific tissue massage and want to walk out of your session feeling lighter and renewed, I recommend booking with Sonya! read more

Amazing experiences, I'm so happy that I'm a member here! The MTs really find and focus on what my body needs when I come in. I've seen both Yarely and Lexi, and they've done amazing job working into my problem areas. It's also a very calm, quiet, and clean environment, dim lights and wave sounds, and it smells amazing. The front desk ladies are also always so sweet, I truly feel welcome each time. Glad I found my massage home here! read more

The NOW Massage Naperville - Calm and quiet - Massage Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

I had a wonderful experience. Yarely was one of the best massage therapists I have had recently. Would highly recommended NOW and her!

I had an 80min with Joe, and added on hemp lotion to a deep tissue stretch massage. It was ahhhhmazing. Joe was professional, kind, skillful and courteous. I was worried I'd be distracted by the goings on around us since the tables are separated by canvas curtains but I actually had no reason to be concerned. It was private, quiet and serene with ocean sounds playing on the background. read more

I was in need of a massage due to some back pain. Made an appointment at The Now Massage to get some relaxation. I have to say I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The smell was amazing as soon as I walked inside. I was introduced to my masseuse Jasmine. She was very polite and explained the process to me. I had a full body massage with heat therapy. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and Jasmine used the right amount of pressure as I had asked. My experience was great and I would highly recommend The Now Massage. read more

Love the location and the interiors. Very relaxing and Donna is great. Being a member is really the way to go! Thanks, Donna!

It took a very long time for me to find a massage therapist in my area who I synced well with. and believe me, I went through A LOT of places and massage therapists- I am very picky! . When I found Janel, I was able to breath a little bit better because I had not had such a great massage in many years. She listens, works on the areas that you need, and when you leave, you are basically in a zen like state for a while. She is SO good. I would highly recommend The Now. The atmosphere is very relaxing and serene, and every single staff member I have encountered for the past year has been very nice going above and beyond. 110% would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for relaxation and stress relief. I look forward to going every month if not more times if I can. read more

Lexi and the rest of the staff was incredible! My wife and I scheduled appointments while we were visiting from out of town. We usually go to the spa at Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton, but we both left saying it might be the best massage we've ever received. We'll definitely schedule appointments anytime we're back in Naperville. Thank you, Lexi!!! read more

I just recently relocated from LA and I love been getting massages regularly for close to 20 years . I've tried the Now in Los Angeles and now here in Naperville multiple times but its all the same . They are overpriced back rubs . They have beautiful athletics inside but If you are looking for a deep tissue massage or any kind of actually recovery or relief from pain , then this is NOT the place for you . I continually try to give them A shot but I always leave in the same amount of discomfort I arrived in . read more

I recommend Jade she's very attentive to detail. Location is very nice and convenient. 10/10 won't disappoint .

The NOW is seriously one of the best and most relaxing places in the state of Illinois. I have been a member here for years and they only continue to impress! I've seen several massage therapists but my most recent has been Jade and she is absolutely AMAZING. Besides doing the typical speech on what's bothering you/areas that need attention, she actually follows up to make sure things actually felt good. Not only does she have magic hands, she also just brings such warm friendly energy that makes you want to keep coming back. Every time I have seen her, I end up dozing off multiple times because everything feels so relaxing and you can feel the demons leave your body ! The NOW and all of its staff is absolutely incredible but I gotta give the big shout-out to Jade for being an awesome massage therapist. if you are thinking of coming here, stop thinking and just do it. You won't regret it read more

Massage therapists are great! They are all experts in their field. Atmosphere is very calming.

I absolutely look forward to my monthly massage. Jess is hands down the best. therapist. She always goes the extra mile to workout the tension. read more

At my latest visit, I had Max as my massage therapist. He was amazing and really worked on my stress areas. Not to discount the other therapists, every one I have tried brings a uniqueness to their massage techniques. I recommend trying different therapists as they are all great. What I like about The NOW Massage is you aren't in a secluded room which can make people uncomfortable. Here, everyone shares a large room, where each person's space is sectioned off. Nobody can see you and it's very relaxing with a low lit, very quiet atmosphere, which brings a perfect mood setting for a massage. I would highly recommend a massage here. read more

Everything was wonderful! The whole experience from reservation, to great customer service, beautiful facility and the best hands of Jaclyn which was absolutely the BEST!! I one hundred percent recommend her! And surely will be coming back! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME (&& money). READ THE FULL REVIEW!! My mom got me a massage that I waited years for. I'm a mom to twin toddlers and haven't taken any time for myself since having them. My massage was booked the day before a trip to visit family. Upon walking in the staff was all nice enough but it doesnt makeup for the experience. To start, 3 clients and 3 massueses all have consultations in one tiny room where it's really loud and awkward with everyone talking over eachother. The massage I got was called the Stretch and there was literally no stretching? I paid for deep tissue which was only done painfully on my back with the rest of the massage being so gentle I barely felt anything it was underwhelming. The girl doing my massage was sniffling the whole time which kept me anxious the whole time wondering if this girl was sick. I have little kids so my worry was for them. I asked her after the massage and she said it was her allergies but still what?? It was every 30 seconds. I didn't have the guts to complain when I checked out but things GOT WORSE. Over the next few hours my face developed a weird rash including a couple of cysts that lasted my entire trip visiting my family!! So embarrassing. I did reach out to the soa after my trip because it was bothering me that my experience was so had for over $200! The manager confirmed I didn't have a cover over my face cradle it was just the cotton which is so unsanitary!! I just wanted a refund honestly the girl can keep her tip of course but things got EVEN WORSE!! It took almost 3 weeks of back and forths with multiple people for the manager Aaliyah to finally let me know that her boss will not talk to me will not refund me and essentially doesn't care. The owner is 110% unwilling to budge what so ever and wont even talk to me himself. The owner only cares about $$$$$$$$$$ of course what a piece of work. They really needed my moms $200 that badly. We wanted a refund so we can go to a reputable place and review a clean, professional massage. This place isnt what the facebook hype shows. The beds are just divided by curtains its weird. Also the manager did apologize that they hired a lot of new people recently so the girl I had was probably new.. all together this has been the most unpleasant and stressful massage experience I could've ever imagined. read more

Incredible service all around. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, the masseuse listened to my needs and showed great experience, the environment was soothing and relaxing. Would definitely go back. read more

I experienced my first massage at Now and had Emma. She asked all the right questions to make sure I receive the best massage. It was so relaxing and her touch was amazing. I'd highly recommend Emma! read more

The NOW Massage Naperville - Reception area - Massage Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

It's gotten TOO EXPENSIVE! I bought $100 gift cards for both my husband and myself at Christmas, which came with promotional $20 cards. Which I was really happy to have since they raised their prices. We have been so busy that we just finally got around to using them, but NOW wouldn't honor the promotional cards because they apparently were only good for 3 months. So instead of feeling like we were using a Christmas gift, we felt like we had to spend quite a bit more money to even use our gift cards. And the suggested tip amount is A LOT. I really don't like systems where I have to state out loud the amount I want to tip rather than discretely enter it myself. Makes you feel bad if you don't want to tip their suggested amount. We will be finding another place to treat ourselves - it is just too expensive. I'm not sure how a place with curtains rather than individual rooms can charge that much. The sounds of the chairs being used by massage therapists in the other massage areas were very distracting. read more

Jaclyn was fantastic! I did a deep tissue massage with her and I would 100% recommend her to everyone. My shoulders and neck have not felt this loose in years. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. The establishment itself was wonderful as well. Such a calm environment, loved it. read more

Javi is absolutely amazing! He listens to your massage needs and designs the experience to exactly what you need. Highly recommend!

Jaclyn is amazing for the pre natal glow massages. I definitely recommend it for all those moms to be.

I was a regular at the LA Silverlake location for years, so was happy to find this new midwestern location when I moved here. The front desk staff was blasting songs from children's musicals (like Frozen) while I was kept waiting for 35 minutes; I can't think of anything more excruciating in a spa environment. The massage therapist's skill level was mediocre at best. The "deep tissue" massage didn't release much muscle tension, if at all. read more

I recently was at your Naperville location for an 80min massage. I had a very nice lady named Donna as my masseuse. She was excellent! I purchased 3 add-ons which the 2 girls at the front desk explained well and were very nice. Donna did a much better job than any other massage I've ever had. I've already booked my next session! read more

Jennifer is awesome and the pain relief I experienced was hands down the best treatment I have ever had.

Incredible massage. I dislocated my shoulder a while back leaving me with constant shoulder, neck and upper back pain. I also have a bulging disc in my lower back that causes pain to shoot down my leg. I explained to Joe Pignato and he was able to provide relief that I did not get from physical therapy or Chiro. He knows his stuff and was able to relieve tension/naughts allowing for better mobility and much needed pain relief. Definitely will be coming back. He also gave me great recommendations on how I can improve core strength and general stretches. Thanks Joe! Side note: oils smell nice and kept warm : blankets are heated : they play a white noise which is calming :massage rooms are quiet and comfortable read more

I had my first massage ever at The NOW and it was wonderful! I booked online and the website made it easy. The facility was beautiful- at first I wasn't super comfortable with just curtains between the tables but the loud ocean sounds made you feel like you were in your own world! Since it was my first time I did not realize I could tailor my massage preferences - I will say my masseur was strong! So in the future I now know I can ask for less pressure. It felt incredible though - I booked a 90 min massage and I swear I dozed off several times it was so relaxing! He was incredibly professional. I did use the website promo which was $30 off if you're a first time customer but I had to remind the front desk at check out, I'm sure it was an honest mistake just pointing out in case you have to mention it. Overall, I would definitely recommend and hope to be back next year! read more

Jessica is amazing! She is professional and personable, and I am so glad she is my therapist!

The service here was great! The waiting room was peaceful. I booked the Now 50 with gliding cupping. I only waited less than 10 minutes before I was taken back for my massage. My massage therapist and the service itself were great. I had only ever done fixed cupping before, so I wasn't sure what to expect with gliding cupping. Gliding cupping was a bit uncomfy for me, but I feel that the results were well worth it. I slept so well following my massage and my upper body feels so relaxed and comfortable. I would say my experience was half relaxing and half "body work." The only thing I did not like was that all of the massage beds are in one large room, divided by curtains. The room is dark with a loud sound machine so it does feel private, until the people next to you start moving/working. read more

My masseuse Josie was amazing, made feel comfortable and was very good at her job. The women at the front desk were very nice and helpful

Amazing place with great massage therapists! I love the ocean and beach vibe here! The staff is always very friendly and helpful and let me relax after my massage in the lounge. I love this place and will definitely be coming back often!! read more

Even though I sometimes have a hectic schedule, I frequently visit The NOW Massage Boutique in Naperville for their Signature massage experience. Many times I have tightness in my shoulders, neck, and lower back. While I have experienced many of The NOW's therapists and have loved them all, Yarely was simply masterful at relieving my neck and shoulder pain most recently. I had her again after traveling and experiencing a different massage space at a high end spa out of state. The comparison wasn't even close. The uniqueness of the ocean sound, the upscale quality of the MT's, and the overall ambiance of The NOW's fresh approach to relaxation deserves the highest of praise. I'm truly grateful!! read more
