The owner speaks very little English, making it extremely difficult to communicate what type of massage you want or address any concerns. When customers are paying for a service, basic communication should not be this challenging. The cleanliness is unacceptable. The massage beds are not properly maintained, and the face pillows smell like old saliva, dust, and body odor. Even more concerning, the staff do not appear to wash their hands between clients. I've observed them leaving one room and immediately entering another without washing their hands. They massage your feet and toes and then use those same hands on your face. They also handle money and payment transactions and then proceed directly to touching clients. That is simply unsanitary. The massages themselves are not particularly good. During facial massages, they use an excessive amount of lotion, to the point where you feel more grease and slipperiness than actual pressure or muscle work. The entire experience feels rushed and poorly executed. The owner is also extremely pushy about payment. She insists on charging customers the moment they walk through the door, regardless of whether they are returning clients. On top of that, there is an additional surcharge for card payments, which feels excessive and unnecessary. There are far better and cleaner massage establishments in the area.
