0 out of 5 stars. I took a chance on this place after having a great experience at Happy Feet. I…read morethought I'd try another local business. This was the most unprofessional massage experience I've ever had. The older woman was all about money, up-charging everything. Okay fine. I'm so happy I left my underwear on for the full body massage because she exposed me multiple times and even left the room to get hot stones and cupping cups with the door open. I got BLISTERS from the cupping. I've had cupping for 20 years and never experienced this. I had this on Monday and today Friday I have scabbing. She tried to use Google Translate to tell me that it's normal and it's because I'm "damp". She then sat on my butt and massaged my back essentially humping me. There's no way this woman has a legitimate license for massage. When I turned over she exposed my breasts twice. She left the door open when my session was finished instead of closing it so I could get dressed comfortably. It was $75 for the 60 min massage (an up-charge for "hard" pressure which she did not follow through with) and $45 for cupping that left me disfigured. So $120. I have her $200 cash and she said thank you and took all the money!! I said you need to give me change! She did and I still tipped but I will never ever go back. Wow, I'm shocked this place is open.

Of course there is a language barrier because English is not their first language. Once you pay the entrance fee, you can do a lot of things for free except for the massages and exfoliating bath and food. You can sit in on a movie (movie are 80' and up). Lounge around in the saunas or just relax and talk in the lounge chairs. They provide T-shirt and shorts which is included in the entrance fee. I enjoyed the fresh juice most of all in the food court. It was like an Asian experience without being in Korea, Japan or China. This is not a place you can experience as a large group as the saunas are first come first serve. I highly recommend this establishment !!Fast friendly service. Recommend you start early so you can get to experience most the saunas and services.

Where do I begin?! I was turned off from the moment I came in. I selected a service and went on to…read morepay. Right then, the lady asked if I wanted to tip, before I even received any service. I chose the Acupressure massage. She did not focus on any pressure points at all. She mostly rubbed and dug her elbow into my skin. She also did the Ashiatsu technique (where they walk on your back) without asking me. It wouldn't have been a problem if she wasn't so heavy. I instantly started wheezing. It was so difficult for me to relax. Half of the massage was completed with the lights on. She wasn't playing any kind of spa music. The same Chinese love song played over and over. It was clearly on repeat. That along with the tick tock from the clock. Mid massage I heard a LOUD vibration noise. She had FARTED but kept right on massaging. I thought I had seen it all, but there's more. Her cellphone rang and she stopped to answer doing my massage. After that, the LOUD vibration noise again. ‍ The massage itself wasn't the greatest nor the worst. While my neck is still knotted the way I came in, my back is a little less tense.I didn't like the water based oil she used either. I laid there feeling like a turkey being based for the oven. The establishment was clean. I would've gave 3stars but pressuring me at the end to once again leave a tip is why I ranked 2 stars. Needless to say i will not patron this business again. Tips are OPTIONAL!
