I called to ask about a spa day for our group and the answer was no...we don't do that. I'm not sure that the person who answered the phone even understood what I was asking. They did not ask clarifying questions and mumbled something before hanging up. I was excited to finally get someone to answer the phone. They ignored my email or it is lost in the ether. I guess we will never know how great the service is...might be why the most recent review is from may 2024...if bad reviews are being rejected. read more

My daughter and I visited in December 2025 and found the spa amazingly different. I plan to visit with all 3 daughters this month. This place is reasonably priced. Of course there is a language barrier because English is not their first language. Once you pay the entrance fee, you can do a lot of things for free except for the massages and exfoliating bath and food. You can sit in on a movie (movie are 80' and up). Lounge around in the saunas or just relax and talk in the lounge chairs. They provide T-shirt and shorts which is included in the entrance fee. I enjoyed the fresh juice most of all in the food court. It was like an Asian experience without being in Korea, Japan or China. This is not a place you can experience as a large group as the saunas are first come first serve. I highly recommend this establishment !!Fast friendly service. Recommend you start early so you can get to experience most the saunas and services. read more

Great service and amazing soothing amethyst, charcoal, gold and more environments to relax and experience as you steam your cares away. It has a movie room to relax in and you can take a complete rest and sleep in another. Amazing! I also enjoyed and paid for special services in a relaxing facial and massage. This is where one can experience a reset day or night. read more

I liked this place for what it offers. It's a shared area for massages. It's dim and fairly private. I didn't mind that. The massage was good and deep tissue. I would go back. read more

Great Korean spa!!! Spent the whole day here wish there was one in Southern California . read more

Service is fast, very friendly and you can relax. I wish more kind of massage like a king but is only basic Swedish massage.

Rub and tug establishment. I went for a massage w my boyfriend. The lady kept grabbing his balls to massage. Worst experience. They see your money and are vultures. Demanded more money for a tip and kept coming in the room after this horrible massage and experience, mind you as I was getting dressed. The lady seen my cash out, as she walked in on me and tried to take it out of my hands when I said no, I need change for one of my $20 bills. Beyond uncomfortable and a complete waste of money. Then as I was walking out stood in front of me telling me I needed to pay her $40 as a tip for a $60 massage. Thievery at its best. I will never go back there. When leaving I tried to explain how obnoxiously rude it is to demand more money for a tip as both women were standing in front of me, blocking the entrance. No one should ever go to this place. It's the worst and horrible service. read more

No wait on a Sunday afternoon w/no appointment. Both the receptionist and the masseuse did not speak any English beyond "OK" so I had to use an online translator to communicate what I wanted. I opted for a 60 minute Swedish massage, which was average. Firstly, know there is no discretion in the room. Keep your undergarments on if you don't feel comfortable naked in front of strangers, because the typical towel over the butt model did not happen at this place. She pulled the towel completely off of me when she walked in the room. Whatevs, I'm comfortable either way. Lots of pressure which I appreciated, but too much tapotement (hitting/slapping) including on my head...strange. She also promptly ended my massage 10 minutes early, but to be honest I didn't even care because it wasn't great anyway. Also when I was paying, the masseuse rang me up and handed me a pen, gesturing to write how much I wanted to pay, and like a lot of these types of places just added the tip I wanted to pay to the total amount. So for the $65 massage she rang up for $75. I wrote 0 on the tip line since I assumed that meant we were squared up, but she got frustrated and made me write "$10" in the tip line, which made no sense because my total was $75. I didn't bother arguing via translation so I just said thank you and left. Anyway, decent massage, shocking they don't have anyone on staff that can speak a lick of English. Probably won't go back. read more

I have been here several times and they always have someone available within the hour. The massages are excellent!!! That's why I always go back. Lol. They all speak very good English. They always ask how you are during the massage and they never have a problem giving a hard massage. Anytime I have a neck , back , or foot pain I go to kings spa and they fix it right away. Tonight when I went I didn't even tell her that I was having shoulder pain and she knew within the first 5 minutes and now I feel great. Give them a try when your in the area. read more

They do a great job and reasonable prices! But there is a language barrier when trying to make an appointment that can be annoying.

So I had a real estate closing next door to this place and had time to get a massage. I looked at the list of available services and saw there was a 20-minute head massage. This was perfect considering I did not have much time, plus my head was pounding from dealing with the ills of my law practice. After I requested the 20-minute head massage, I was told they only do minimum 30-minutes. I said ok, I'll take the 30 minutes. Then I was told I had to pay up front. No problem. Then I was told I would have to pay a tip before I got my massage. Even though it was a problem, I said fine, I'll pay a $5 tip. I was told no, tip is $10. I had to go after that. Not sure how this place is staying in business with these policies. I am typically a generous tipper but only after I get proof that the service is good. You just lost a potential return customer as I often do real estate closings next door. read more

Great service from great people. The ladies communicate, making sure you're comfortable with the pressure. They go above and beyond the conventional massage sometimes walking on your back or climbing up on the table for deep tissue. They are my go to and have made it convenient for me to get massages more frequently due to their location so close to home. Very satisfied! read more

I really like when they "walk" on your legs and back! Because they are able to use there body weight and address those really tight spots. It also appears much safer!! read more
