Yesterday I visited the New Age Massage Therapy Spa for the first time. really enjoyed my full.body, hour - long massage. The room smelled wonderful with soft, tranquil music playing. I liked that they were ready for us with no delays. I don't remember my masseuse's name but she was very good and got all my tight spots. I even opted for the extra hot stones application which felt good. You can ask that they let the stones cool off a little if you prefer. I will be going back again next month. If I could give 0 stars, I would - as we had a bad experience and no massage. Booked a massage for my daughter and I for her birthday. We both took the day off work to make a day of it. We were told that we would receive a call or text the night before. When we didn't, I just thought it was an oversite. We arrived for our appointment the building was closed. I called and was told that they were closed. Rich had taken our name down for the appointment, but said it was open because I hadn't confirmed. When I called to make the appointment and it was in the books, I thought that was confirmation enough. We are both really disappointed because the Spa had high reviews on Google. Warning to people going here for the first time: call and schedule your appointment and then call to verify the day before and the day of or you just may have an experience like ours. Amendment: On 2/3, a representative from the company reached out to me personally to do their best to rectify the situation. Really good massage therapists here that get all the knots in your muscles unknotted to help get the annoying pains out. Been going here for the past two years and they're very clean and the best at what they do and aren't as expensive as so many other places I've gone to. Might look rough on the outside but definitely worth going in. Went there for a couples massage with my fiancée, now wife, and was a little skeptical at first, looking from the outside. But as My fiancée and I walked in the skepticism slowly melted away. The was Staff very friendly and the masseuses took their time and asked what spots they wanted them to focus on. I visited New Age Spa on 22JUN21 with my girlfriend for a couples massage. The hostess was extraordinary personable and friendly and had a good sense of humor as well. We had a one hour massage with hot stones. The stones were a little hot for me at first, but my masseuse manage to cool them down fairly fast for me. They were an excellent temperature for my girlfriend. They touched every area of the body from temple to the bottom of my feet. Also, the temple massage was something just spectacular. Every single kink and knot was well-worked and I felt floaty when they were finished. The price was also very much affordable. This is my second visit this year, and I will be returning. read more

MUST GO! We have gone to so many different massage places, but this one is our favorite! They took into consideration COVID precautions. The deep tissue massages were the best! I revisited for a second time after the manager spoke with me about my previous visit and was very apologetic. I did receive a refund and a complimentary 1 hour couple massage. I am glad that the owner reaches out and makes sure you have a memorable experience. When I arrived the room was ready and the masseuses were in sync with each other. I had Katie and my significant other received Lilly. Katie is great, she got all the pressure points and I felt so relaxed and my body was at ease. Wanted to give more stars, but unfortunately I didn't even get the massage I called and scheduled for. I called at night to schedule a massage for the next day. The guy had a perfect time that I needed, took my number, and said I would receive a confirmation text the next day. I was very busy at work and could not look at my phone. I left as soon as I got off of work, even though I didn't get a confirmation text, assuming it was still in the books. Seeing as the appointment was right after I got off of work, I didn't see the need to call ahead to double check (my fault). When I got to the place, a friendly receptionist greeted me. I told her I was here for a massage, but she did not see my name written in a book (not using computer systems to schedule appointments). I told her I spoke to a man yesterday night, and she called him on her cell phone (it didn't look like they actually had an office phone). After a brief conversation she came back and apologized, saying the man must have gotten a lot of phone calls and did not send out a confirmation text for me, therefore I could not get the massage at the scheduled time. She did try to find a different time that I could reschedule for, and even offered to add 10 minutes extra for free. Unfortunately my schedule for the weekend is extremely busy and I did not have availability to reschedule. I was very much looking forward to this massage, and was very disappointed that they did not have a more organized system for making appointments. The receptionist was very friendly, and I would consider booking an appointment in the future to see if I can give a better rating. read more

I live pretty far away but I used to come see Zoie at least once a month for a 90 min massage before the covid shutdown. I've gotten a lot of massages in the past and I firmly believe you get what you pay for. I always walk out of there feeling like a new person. There is nothing compares to a GOOD massage session. Mediocre at best. Went in for a 90 min couples massage and the lady who set us up in the room said they would ask what we want to focus on. They didn't. When I told the massage therapist she acknowledged but didn't focus on the areas I told her to. Shoulders still hurt but pretty cheap price for the service. You get what you pay for. read more

I called Saturday morning and was able to book an appointment for that evening. Jessica and Linda were awesome, attentive, and professional. Below is my previous review from my first experience, but my second was the complete opposite. The massage therapist wouldn't head my request to go softer, and I was in pain nearly the entire massage. She kept saying that strong is better it takes away the pain. It's been a few weeks and I'm still in pain from the tension caused by the pain she inflicted. At first I thought it might be soreness, and it got better the next day, but I'm still very much in pain, and my back and ankles are worse than when I went in. "Good Lord, Katie was phenomenal! Hands down the best massage I have ever had. The pressure was perfect and she responded well to my requests for pressure adjustments. So totally worth it! AWESOME!!! Katie is FANTASTIC and I hear Jessica is as well. Her pressure was perfect (deep tissue) and she will ask you to let her know if you need more or less. Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was great and very very clean. Bathroom is huge and has a shower. I am very picky and I HIGHLY recommend this place. I can't wait to go back. My fiance had an appointment for today at 12:30. He showed up on time but did not receive a massage because "one of the girls called off" they did not call him and notify him that he would not be able to receive a massage and did not accommodate him when he showed up for apparently no reason. I left a negative review of this place not long ago and this experience just adds to it. This is a sad spa that shouldnt even be open, to be honest. I needed a deep tissue massage and I do have to say it did hurt but she was asking me if she should be less aggressive and I insisted she didn't ease up since I sure needed it. I had the BEST sports massage with Katie today! I called around 12 PM in an effort to get a same day appointment and luckily they were able to accommodate me. I've been in pain for about 2 weeks now as I am constantly pulling muscles from weightlifting and Katie was able to effectively target each area of concern. It's only been an hour since my massage and I'm already feeling so much better!! I'm glad to see they've remedied past issues regarding appointments not being properly recorded. Kim is the best massage therapist I've ever had. I got two massages from her over the past week. I asked her to specifically work on my work for each hour, and I walked out feeling great. She was firm and worked her way into a deep tissue massage, which I appreciated. The place itself is nice, but the walls are thin. So, when people open and close doors, it's pretty loud and it woke me up mid-massage when I dozed off. The place seemed safe too - the door between the waiting area and massage rooms is always locked, and it made me feel at ease. Other than that, Kim is great and I will be back soon! read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I'm visiting family and needed a massage. I wanted an appointment on July 2nd and pretty much every other spa was booked up that day. After my experience I now understand why this company had an opening when no one else did. I have been getting massages for years and this was by far the WORST experience of my life! It was clear to me that the person providing the massage (notice I don't refer to her as a massage therapist), was not licensed and had no formal training. Not only did she do things that were harmful to areas where I have injuries, quite honestly I felt violated by her yanking my underwear down and then rubbing further down on my buttocks than ANY TRAINED MASSAGE THERAPIST would. I was extremely upset after the experience and my friend complained on my behalf. We were asked the same questions over and over again, until someone provided me with a voided receipt. However, naturally that was a hoax and the credit NEVER made it to my banking! I highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague! My guess is that the positive reviews showing here are just as FAKE as the voided receipt I received!! Oh and I would have given zero stars if that were possible. read more
