I now have neurological issues that affect walking, balance, and I tend to fall forward easily hence the need for a rollator walker. The neurologist assigned physical therapy to help manage the balance/walking problems, pain, tingling and overall weakness in my lower back, legs and feet. Starting in May of 2025, I attended 2 to 3 days a week at this facility and enjoyed my sessions with the various trainers mainly Mark. All was going well until late June when I fell at the facility. My neurologist said I sustained yet another concussion. I also hurt my left arm and couldn't use it for a several weeks not to mention the nasty scar that I now have. Am I blaming the facility - somewhat. I do think they need specialized ceiling-mounted harness systems (overhead track and harness systems) to treat patients like me who have a history of severe falls and risks. These systems consist of a harness worn by the patient connected to a trolley on a track mounted to the ceiling, providing 100% fall protection and allowing for rehabilitation exercises without the fear or possibility of injury. This physical therapist instead tied a strap around my waist and held on to it when I walked. With my neurological and spinal condition, this clearly was not enough. The day I fell, I didn't have a strap around my waist. My therapist thought I was walking okay, so he and I walked to the front desk at the conclusion of my session. I lost my balance and fell in front of the desk. It was a horrible accident. It took me 6 months to write the review because the memory is not a good one for me. Needless to say, I have not been back. Do I recommend Athletico Physical Therapy. For a serious condition like mine, no. However, for basic physical therapy, yes.

Very tranquil., show up 15 minutes early that way she can go ahead and process you and she will take you to a room and will tell you to get comfortable and once you're comfortable, let the show begin! Man let me tell you the massage therapist asked me what type of pressure do I like gave her the instructions and she went at it! I opted out for the 60 minute experience which was shoulder and legs. Once she got that information, she put them hands on me. I was so relaxed. I fell asleep and I do apologize for falling asleep, but hey, it was so very tranquil relaxing therapeutic after the massage was done she told me to relax and let me get up when I need to. I was so amazed and awe it took at least about 15 minutes for me to get myself together had a drink of water. She told me that after the process was done I need you to do take a nice shower and continue to relax. I will definitely be back again. They were very upset with me because I didn't take no for an answer. Started speaking in their language about me. Mind you my feet are well kept I get them done every two weeks. Everyone was against me like I wasn't a paying customer. Cindy and nail tec were angry that I stood my ground and didn't take no for answer. My husband treated me to a gel manicure and pedicure. It's been more than two years so I was looking forward to it. I've been to this salon a few times in the past. When we arrived, several patrons were ahead of me, so I was told to go to the pedicure station and wait while soaking my feet in water. The chair was not comfortable at all and a bit worn. I tried adjusting it to no avail. A manicurist started working on my feet. She didn't say hello, ask me what I wanted, nor was I offered a price list. By now my lower back hurt and I wanted to get it over with. My toes are bent and sore due to my condition. She didn't have sturdy toe separators just soft spongy one's. I told her the spongy one will not work. She kept shaking her head and talking to another woman in Vietnamese. From her tone, it seemed to me like she was complaining. I became frustrated watching her struggle with the cheap sponge toe separators. She also had trouble removing cuticles and polishing my nails. I was grateful when it was over. My gel polish toes did not look professional. The manicurist who did my fingernails did a nice job; however, the chair I sat in for this service was terribly worn, low to the ground with little to no cushion. It was in bad shape. I requested gel nails with clear polish. My body couldn't take it any more. I had trouble getting out of both chairs. For $95, I didn't get the quality of service or results I paid for. Will I be back, no.
