Purchased a facial Groupon and didn't have any problems making the appointment, however, I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early and did not get seen until 25 minutes after my appointment was set to begin. No apology about waiting or anything. Once I was in the back, things started off great, the esthetician asked about the areas I was to focus on and we began. Once we began, it seemed as if she was not sure what steps or product to use and when. There was a lot of gaps in between the products, more than I've experienced with other estheticians. At one point a product was left on too long and had dried and she had to wet her hands in order to get it off as the warm cloth was also now cold from sitting out while she was on her phone. At another point during the appointment I thought she had left and I opened my eyes only to see that she was giving herself a facial in front of the mirror!
