I've been getting a massage just about every Sunday since 2018, I'm addicted! I've visited 4 other local spas and never felt comfortable, so I never went back. I decided to give it one more shot, this time treating myself to a facial and a massage, and I was in heaven! Lily gives the best deep tissue massage and remembers the problem areas to focus on each time. You will not find a better massage therapist or spa - affordable and friendly! You won't be disappointed. read more

I went to this massage based on some reviews I saw randomly. I called for the same day appointment but they were fully booked. So i got my appointment for next day. I have this foot medical condition and they told me they can provide me a plantar fasciitis massage to ease the pain. Wow, I felt so relieved afterward. The pain was gone and I am so pleased with the result. The massage was well worth the money. read more

Love it here. we do a monthly massage with my friend and we come out very relaxed and satisfied.

I went to So Feet Relax long time ago. I went back last night and I'm so glad I did. Amazing foot and back massage. My feet always hurt, Lily had the perfect pressure and I was so relaxed. I will be back in 2 weeks! read more

Great service!!! Can't wait too go back ! Family owned clean nice professional trained.

My experience was great. Really worth the money. I tipped big 15.00 for excellent service. They really take their time on your feet back neck and legs. I brought my aunt Sheila. She had a great experience also. When we paid they slightly pressured her on the tip. She had already given a 10.00 cash tip but I think the guy was looking for another 5. For a 30.00 treatment a 10 spot from a senior citizen should suffice. All and all a good experience. read more

I want to come here every day! Had a 60minute foot & back massage, it was heaven! Will get a 90minute next time. Ladies were friendly & massage was out of this world. Prices are very fair so be sure to tip accordingly (in cash). read more

Check it out! It was one of those days - a massage wasn't planned, but much needed. I didnt want to drive too far or pay an arm and a leg for this service - found SoFeetRelax (its up the street). They had one opening with enough time for me to arrive comfortably - so, I booked it. Pleasantly suprised when i arrived there the place was noticeably clean and ambiance very tranquil. Got right into the business of why I was there - they set me up - best 60min full body medium pressure massage in a while. The whole experience from phone start to finish was professional and I will be going back. So happy this business is 5min away from where reside. JMGSchultz read more

Been coming here for years because they're the best and they've improved the space for even more of a relaxed setting!!

Today went for my free one . I filled my card and paid my dues to get this free one. Well it got interrupted not once but twice at 5 minutes piece. At the end my time was not replaced for the 2 intrusion during my massage. So I got jipped on 10 minutes. Well because it was my free one I didn't bring my wallet in and had cash on me . Well it was only 5$. Crappy yea kind of but my mistake. But the last made a huge deal about it. Pointing to the sign that says recommend tips. I said look normally I abide by this but I didn't have enough cash and then you jipped me 10 minutes. And I told her it's a recommended tip not that I "HAVE" to tip that. I also said if you don't want my $5 I will take it back. So I am a lil pissed that she would do that. I go here enough and excuse me for lack of tip but maybe next time give me my full hour. And maybe apologize for the interruption. Super bummed out read more

My husband just got home from our 60-minute foot massages and simply don't know what to do with ourselves. We didn't want to leave there. We tried to book next appointments for a month from now but they told us to call first. It was an amazing experience and I'm so glad that I have them a try. Steven has kept in constant contact with me since yesterday when I booked the appointments for today. He even called to let me know they were running behind so he would reschedule us for 30 minutes later. Can't wait to go back there. TIP: They don't accept Groupons on the weekends. And they provide sandals for your feet, but you might want to bring your own if that makes you more comfortable. read more

This is the best foot massage around. Reasonable prices and nice combo packages. They are usually able to get you in with a reasonable notice. After long days of working on my feet being in excruciating pain So Feet has been a tremendous help read more

This place used to be my favorite to go get a massage however I was told that I am no longer welcome; they will not be able to provide me any more services in the future because I wasn't able to make my appointment on time due to an inconvenient situation that I had no control over. I've only ever canceled once out of all the years I've been coming here. It's very disappointing and I'm very hurt because I am a loyal customer. They quickly turned me down as a loyal customer of years. I am no longer telling everyone to go here, I will find somewhere that will offer me better services and treat me like a human being! Thanks. You don't refuse service to someone forever because they aren't able to make an appointment on time? That's nuts. #DISAPPOINTED read more

This place is amazing! I come here every week for a reset before I start my work week. The owners are nice and accommodating. I have referred many of my friends and family! You have to check out this place, it's a GEM! read more

Amazing. So glad I finally had chance to come here today. Coco was great. Strong hands and she worked it too. Felt so good. I would definitely come back. I guess the only criticism if I'm being overly picky would be that they might want to consider maybe a screen by the front desk to shield the clients from the outside noises and other patrons as they enter and leave, completing their transactions. There was a a gentleman that just came in that doesn't know how to whisper or use inside voice so it takes away from the serenity. Nice background and soothing music. I'm definitely giving them a thumbs up and I will recommend to others. read more

Dear Manager!!! At the time of my appointment there were no "redemption instructions" on the voucher. Nor did you have signs in your store stating such policy, regarding Groupon vouchers or any other policy for that matter, besides talking quietly. How about an apology instead of referencing instructions that didn't exist. Please note that before my bank issued a refund they reviewed the voucher (from online) to ensure my claim was valid. The refund was issue without hesitation due to false advertisement. read more

This is by far my favorite place to get a massage! No where can beat the price. I usually do the "So Feet Relax Special", which is $30 for a 60 minute massage. It includes hot stones and putting your feet in warm water. The masseuse always asks if the pressure is okay as well. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. They give you a bottle of water after every massage too. Also, I've seen a lot of reviews about the workers not being fluent in English... who cares? When I get a massage, the last thing I care about is making conversation. The workers are always polite with a smile. I've been here plenty of times and will keep returning! read more

BEWARE! This place is wack if you have a Groupon! No where in the fine print for their Groupon does it say 'limit 2 people using a Groupon at one time regardless if you know the other people using one or not'. They took the reservation a few days before the appointment, never asked if a Groupon was being used and then when called today to confirm the appointment, they cancelled because 2 other people at the time were using a Groupon as well and they didn't want to bring more staff. But if you were paying full price then they could apparently take you. Ridiculous! There are better options for a better massage that don't treat customers this way. read more

I love going here for foot massages I've yet to go for a full body massage I can't wait. I've been here for like more than 3 foot massages and they do more than just your feet they do your head and other parts your body I feel so relaxed when I get out of there and they are really good at what they do prices are good too read more

Called for an appointment and they said they could take me same day with no problem. When I told her I had a groupon she said no they have no availability's anymore, only if I had cash or credit card. Then when I was trying to clarify the situation she hung up on me. The language barrier wasn't there until I said Groupon. When I went on their website the groupon deal is the same as the regular price. No deal whatsoever. Also, if they don't like Groupon then why participate in the first place? Very frustrating. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They have very poor customer service and they do not want to honor their Groupon customers! The owner sucks rude, and disrespectful and the groupon requires you to make an appointment & the owner asks that you provide your groupon voucher code in order to confirm an appointment just to pretty much scam you out of the groupon! I will keep telling people about this horrible place & I will never come back read more

DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FOR THIS BUSINESS! I used a groupon for this place last year(it was a gift), I enjoyed it so much I waited for another groupon opportunity which I purchased for $27.00, when I went to make an appointment today, I was told I could not use the groupon I purchased because I had used a different groupon last year. They will not honor this groupon so I am out 27.00 but I was told for $25.00 I could get a massage which I have already paid! No where on the groupon does it state that a customer may only use a groupon as a one time thing. My next step is to alert the Chamber of Commerce for this deceptive practice read more

I love this place. I've gone several times with my daughter (bought the pack of four massages for $100). Recently brought my fiancé and he loved it as well. Staff asks if pressure is right. It's just so relaxing and peaceful. Glad a friend turned me on to this place! read more

Came here to relieve some sinus pressure... did the head, neck and shoulders...very quiet and relaxing. I opted for only a 30 minute massage, they do charge by the minute. Very very very much worth it. I literally felt my congestion breaking up and left breathing clearly. Hidden gem, highly recommend! read more

I went here for the first time today and it was so good! I have a membership at Massage Envy but they are always booked and you can't just call last minute to get in. I really needed a massage bad today and decided to give this place a try. I'm sold. I will definitely be back. I'm going to use up all my massages at Massage Envy and cancel. This is way better. If you have a busy schedule like me and can't make appointments way in advance, this is the place. They take you on the same day. read more

Definitely recommend this place! Me and my mom used a groupon to try it out since I am pregnant and have had very swollen feet and this is exactly what i needed!!! They were very accommodating to my belly... I wasnt able to get full back massage due to my belly but the lady that did my massage made sure to still do the full 60 mins by using more time on my legs and feet. My mom really liked this place as well and shes not one to like ppl touching her but she enjoyed it so much she fell asleep lol I will definitely be coming back! read more

I just left this place!!! It has to be the greatest massage that I have ever had in my life! The price is amazing and Nina is an absolute hidden gem. Get the foot and hand scrub and mask when you get your massage. I see a bunch of reviews about the groupon. Don't even use it. The price is the same. 30$ for a total body massage and I paid 15$ more for the hand and foot scrub and mask. I left feeling like jelly and I'm picky with my massage picks. Will continue to go her. Definitely read more

WHAT A TRULY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! First of all I bought a Groupon which made it seem like a good deal, when I got there I found out my "Groupon Deal" was the same price as their every day price, NOT A DEAL! I had called to make the reservation (for my birthday) and there was no mention of needing the voucher printed out when I made the reservation. I get there and pulled Groupon up on my app on my cell phone and the voucher is no where to be viewed?!?! I have the email saying I purchased this Groupon so I know I've paid for it. The employee spoke ZERO English and had no Idea how to help me at all. Told me to call Groupon for help. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! I highly encourage people to stay away from this place! read more

Bed was very comfortable. Massage was ok. Not the best that have had. The massage area is too close to the entrance and you hear the door opening and since there is no receptionist someone has to stop working on their client and tend to the person who enters. Ruins the massage experience for the client who is being worked on. read more

We went here today for the 60 minute foot massage. It was awesome! Great service for a great price ($29) and we will be returning!

Very nice staff, and the massage was great! I made an appointment because they seem to be pretty busy. The place was very clean.

One of the best massages I've ever gotten. I did just the foot massage for one hour and it was fantastic. (They did offer to include head and shoulders etc as well but I just wanted feet). The foot massage included hot stones at the end which felt so good. Professional, clean, quiet and we got same day appointments. They made sure we were comfortable. Husband got the full body oil massage and he was equally impressed. Great price too!! Will definitely be back. read more

This was a very clean place, with a relaxing atmosphere. The massage was so good and made my body feel better almost instantly. The only thing I would change would be for the workers to be a little more relaxed and not so serious. read more

Got one hour $29.99 foot massage after ice-cream at Plush Horse. Place is clean. Massage is good. Will come back.

I love foot massage especially after a long walk. I gave a try this place today because of the good reviews from couple sites. Friendly staff and great service. read more

Wow, that was all me and my friend could say after we had our messages. We were blown away. The hour foot massage comes with a head, arms, hands and awesome back massage. I feel terrific and the staff was so warm and friendly. Can't wait to go back. Very relaxing. read more

I love this place! They always take good care of you. I like that they try their best to keep the place quite and serene except when people come in and talk really loud on their phone or with each other. I mean you're in the middle of your massage and some customer started talking so loudly while waiting for their turn. They should put up a sign to tell people to keep it down. There's really nothing blocking the noise besides the curtains. But other than that, this place is amazing! I've been here a few times and always love it. I've had Jamie and Lillie and they're both awesome at what they do! You can't beat the price!!! They're so welcoming and tending for your needs! And I think it's easier if you bring your own flip flops before hopping on to the bed. I love that the lighting is dark inside and they cover your eyes once they start the massage. They always put a great effort into the massage and leaving you satisfied!!! read more

I visited yesterday. I wasn't sure what to expect. Lilly worked on me. She is terrific! The music was soft and relaxing. The atmosphere was soothing. I bought the 30 minute foot massage. Wish I had bought a longer session. Next time. Try it! read more

If they had zero stars I would rate it at that. DO NOT buy a Groupon and try to use it here. I made a reservation for 3 of us and when I called to reconfirm my 7pm appointment, the gentleman that answered this time asked right away if I had a coupon. I was not asked that when I made the reservation 2 days ago. When I told him I did, he asked which one. I told him we all had Groupon vouchers and he said he wouldn't accept them for 3 people. I asked why and he said it's 1 voucher per customer which is what we have. He then said he only has 2 people working and he wouldn't bring another one to work if it was for a Groupon. I have used Groupons for other spas like VIP salon on Clark St and Relax Feet on Clybourn (both are exceptional) and have gone with 3-4 people each time and NEVER been turned away. I will be asking Groupon for a refund. If you want to have a girls night out, go somewhere else where they treat you well. read more
