Beth took the time to discuss what I wanted to do before my first appointment. I sent her pictures and ideas and we went over options. When I got there, I felt really comfortable, and Beth was completely genuine and friendly which is a big deal when you are with someone for long periods of time. Not only did I love the color she gave me, but I loved her and her partner. I got a really good vibe there. I am not a huge people person, so for me to so quickly like someone and feel comfortable is really saying a lot. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

I had the oldest gentleman (onlydoing my pedi and it was horrible: 1) he cut me badly on the side of my big toe trying to trim my dead skin on the side of the nail. I yelped when he did it 2) the paint job was messy and I had to ask him to touch up 3 toes when he was done 3) he forgot to put a clear top coat on. Luckily the mani guy (Danny -would recommend him) realized it and did it himself.

I am a longtime client (12+ years) and have been exceptionally loyal to stylist Amanda for my hair. Her attention to detail is spot-on and she has always been eager to fix or adjust the very few times that my color has not come out exactly how I wanted. (There was a time they had changed color lines and we were having trouble getting my grays covered.) I joked that Amanda was booked before I even got engaged because I couldn't imagine anyone else doing my hair on my wedding day!! My entire bridal party got ready at the salon with me as well, and it just made for a special day. I have recommended many people to the salon over the years....so for anyone wanting to give them a try, I would suggest: Amanda, Carla, and Jen for sure. But honestly, the entire staff is super talented. One thing to add....if you're worried about price, I would say that NR is very comparable to similar salons. You can certainly get services at a lower price elsewhere....but I am personally okay with paying a little extra when I know the stylists are well trained and will actually stand behind their work. Also, if cost is a factor for you, instead of breaking the bank on a full head of highlights, I opt for a partial highlight job to be more cost efficient when it comes to touch-ups.

Hi everyone let me tell you about my experience at this salon I been coming here for years but this…read moretime was very different here goes I schedule an appointment on April 1 2022 when I called I said give me a stylist that knows how to listen very well so I can have a good consultation and they did , I told my stylist I wanted the top of my head one color and bottom dark but to tone the redness I don't like warm colors at all ash is the color that I prefer , it seem we were on the same page I felt very confortable she did a great job bleeding all the Lightner . Some are were darker some lighter , but it came time to putting on the toner I saw this yellow warm brass color , but I still didn't question it I thought it's wet it will change once is dry to my surprise she was busy with other client and she dry one little part and it turn Brite Yellow and she send me on my way she did offer to put me under the dryer I said no thx I have to go I was ready to cry I needed to leave , I go to pay and I never ever mind paying for something I want and I get results but I couldn't belive that I pay over 400$ and that's what I got I called back and hang up the phone I didn't want to get anyone introuble but I was really upset I called off work and then I called the salon again to try to set appointment for a toner but I lie and said I will call back finally ,few mins later the manager called me and said are you okay they told me you called twice is everything okay I said no finally spoke up she was super understanding right away she set me up with an appointment for the next day at no charge with a hair cut included to correct my look I was super touch that they notice I called I didn't say much but they notice something was wrong I was super impressed they care so April 2 I went for my appointment I notice some of the girls that they were there my first day looked at me very strange they couldn't help but to roll there eyes but my stylist CELINA got to work on me we agreed on a color she cut my hair she made it so worth it the ugly looks I was getting from the few stylist there and here's is my results absolutely happy and very great full with the receptionist 1st and Lisa manager for return call and Celina who corrected a mess . Despite the nasty looks from the other girls I was not asking for anything free I pay for a job I just wanted to be proud of my new look my birthday is 5 April that was my gift to my self . I went back to get a refund the next day but they do not offer satisfaction guarantee of course, so I tried the full lash, it started to pull away the next morning, lucky that I had some eye glue that got me through my granddaughters bridal shower still no water or oil was used on my face the next I had to remove the one week lash. I almost gave up and was going to buy my box of color at Walgreens, until I stepped into JK and had a consultation with Sam. She assured me that she can fix a black mess on my hair and she did!
