I went to Fortune Spa in Tinley Park, IL this past Sunday for the first time. I had trouble locating it due to the fact that there was no sign above the business, but luckily I found it using their "17139" S Harlem Ave address. The wonderful deep tissue massage that I received from Linda made it all VERY worth my trouble finding their door. In addition to a wonderful massage, I will add that their entire facility was very clean & fresh. I am sure that I will see Linda very often at this business. read more

I have to start by saying that I didn't notice the posted price for a deep tissue massage. I asked the lady behind the counter who was wearing a tag that said "cashier", how much for a deep tissue massage and she couldn't answer. She called another lady who proceeded to tell me it was $70. I the noticed the posted price said 59.99, and questioned it. She kept repeating its different even though the posted price said 59.99 deep tissue massage. I went ahead with the massage only because I really needed it. They ask you to pay before the service is provided which included a $3 service charge for using a credit card. I'm 5 minutes into the massage the lady walks out. A young man walks in and asks if he can massage me because the lady has to take care of an appointment. It was very awkward at first but it ended up being a good massage. If I was just rating the massage I'd give a higher rating. However, I think the whole package needs to be rated and they failed miserably. The place could use redecorating and someone who can communicate in the English language at the front desk. read more
