When I got there, I felt really comfortable, and Beth was completely genuine and friendly which is a big deal when you are with someone for long periods of time. Not only did I love the color she gave me, but I loved her and her partner. I got a really good vibe there. Some are were darker some lighter , but it came time to putting on the toner I saw this yellow warm brass color , but I still didn't question it I thought it's wet it will change once is dry to my surprise she was busy with other client and she dry one little part and it turn Brite Yellow and she send me on my way she did offer to put me under the dryer I said no thx I have to go I was ready to cry I needed to leave , I go to pay and I never ever mind paying for something I want and I get results but I couldn't belive that I pay over 400$ and that's what I got I called back and hang up the phone I didn't want to get anyone introuble but I was really upset I called off work and then I called the salon again to try to set appointment for a toner but I lie and said I will call back finally ,few mins later the manager called me and said are you okay they told me you called twice is everything okay I said no finally spoke up she was super understanding right away she set me up with an appointment for the next day at no charge with a hair cut included to correct my look I was super touch that they notice I called I didn't say much but they notice something was wrong I was super impressed they care so April 2 I went for my appointment I notice some of the girls that they were there my first day looked at me very strange they couldn't help but to roll there eyes but my stylist CELINA got to work on me we agreed on a color she cut my hair she made it so worth it the ugly looks I was getting from the few stylist there and here's is my results absolutely happy and very great full with the receptionist 1st and Lisa manager for return call and Celina who corrected a mess . Thank you so much I will definitely be back For Celina and Lisa and receptionist. Despite the nasty looks from the other girls I was not asking for anything free I pay for a job I just wanted to be proud of my new look my birthday is 5 April that was my gift to my self . I stumbled upon this place when in the area to meet a friend for lunch. I went right in and had the nicest quickest service ever. My eye brows were perfect. The place was brand new and cheaper than where I get it back home. I wish I could have taken this eye brow place back home with me on the plane. They are wonderful!

I scheduled an appointment with KellyAnn for my daughter, It was her 1st time going to her. The…read moreappointment was for a haircut, to clean up her dead ends...not a new style. When I made the appointment, I asked if she was experienced with ethnic hair. I was told yes, she was trained in textured hair. Once at the salon, daughter in the chair, I asked KellyAnn how much experience she has with this type of hair while holding my daughter's long hair. She looked at me and said "I am VERY experienced." I thought great and continued to discuss what we were looking for in a haircut. I wanted her ends cut off (cut was to go from middle of the back to middle of the shoulder blades). The horror begins...I am waiting in the sitting area for 2.5 HOURS! Remember, IT"S ONLY A CUT/TRIM!!! I finally take peek and notice my daughter under the dryer with 2-strand twists. (KellyAnn was trying to make her curls come in.) Once done, my daughter comes from around the corner, hair is now shoulder length. My initial thought was "okay, shorter than we discussed" I was not impressed. I asked if layers were put in because I could see different lengths. Couldn't really gauge the cut because the 2-strand twists made everything lay different. Once home and daughters hair washed I could truly see the cut, her hair was completely JACKED up!!! OMG!! HORRENDOUS! I sent an email and the owner responded with an apology and he told me he would look into it the next day and get back to me. That was 4 days ago and I still haven't heard back. I even sent a second email requesting a refund for the srvice...no response. I had a great experience with one of their stylists on my curly hair, Tennille. But, I would not recommend KellyAnn for "textured hair". My daughter's hair looks like an overgrown mullet. Her hair has 2 distinct levels opposed layers. The salon owner apologized but without following up on his initial email, I have determined that customer satisfaction is not his priority being he has not resolved this complaint. I requested a refund for service and tip $44.85 ...crickets. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience there. I liked that they were ready for us with no delays. I don't remember my masseuse's name but she was very good and got all my tight spots. I even opted for the extra hot stones application which felt good. You can ask that they let the stones cool off a little if you prefer. I will be going back again next month.
