My friend was using Groupon for the service and was treated awfully at the end. A staff member brought another staff member out to coerce them into a tip LARGER than 20% after my friend was already putting their card down to tip 20%. They made us feel like we weren't paying for the service even though it was fully paid for! I honestly felt afraid that they would threaten to call the police. I later found out that they pulled down my friend's pants during the standard massage service? I still have questions about that! If you anyone sees this business on Groupon, do NOT buy. They do not respect Groupon customers

I've had better facials at other places, which offered more treatments, better products, and more comfort for a lower price. I booked a 90-minute men's facial, but I only got 40 minutes of service. The technician tried to persuade me to have an express facial and mentioned that she was tired. During the treatment, it was just a cleansing my pores and applying four masks, each left on for 10 minutes while she left the room or was on her phone. Everything felt rushed and lacked effort. I wish I had used my gift card on a different service.

My wife sees Rachel and couldn't say enough about how wonderful she is, so I made the appointment. The facility is very nice and SO relaxing when you walk in! Rachel was so thorough and listened so intently about the issues I was having. She had great insights into how to help me and really took her time explaining everything. She did a wonderful job and I felt so much better. She even had me get back on the table after the massage was complete to work some areas a little more just to ensure I was taken care of. I am so happy I chose to see her and I will be setting up monthly appointments with her. Highly recommend!!

To start our appointment was at 7:00pm and we felt very rushed throughout the service…read more I will say that a lot of the focus was spent on the hair and that overall was the only pleasant part experience. My hair feels soft and smelled great. The service itself was not relaxing for me and my mom, as the employees spent the majority of the session talking. I was also bothered by the fact that people were entering into the room throughout the session to chat with the employees completing our service and my mom is very modest, so this bothered her. The concentration between hair/facial/body isn't evenly split so the hands/feet were quickly completed and not given the attention or time I feel they deserved. I have gone to multiple spas and for an expensive service, I honestly expected more. Update: 05-12-2026 They reached out and offered $80 off my $400 service as a way to reconcile for issues during service. Although it doesn't alter the experience, I appreciate the business actively making strides to address issues.
