Very nice staff. Great massages and facials, with a cute side store of relaxing products. It's so quiet there and really helps with distressing. read more

I've been a client at Body Fountain since before they moved to their new location. I've been very happy with the massage therapists and the options offered during massage, hot stone cupping - all included in the price. I recently tried eyelash extensions by Nichelle and am thrilled. She applied shorter lashes because of my glasses and I'm so happy! I didn't lose many lashes over the first three weeks. I Just went for a fill-in, and am thoroughly pleased again. Nichelle is a perfectionist and I'm so grateful! read more

One of my favorite places to get a massage. I really enjoy the table massages. The employees there really take into consideration your stress and problem areas and implement it into the session. I also love the different color rooms really help with the vibe; It is super relaxing there. Special shout out to Carrie A, she is wonderful! read more

Body Fountain is a modern, clean, bright and inviting business. Everyone we encountered there was warm, friendly and professional. They seem to really know their craft. My girlfriend set up a couples massage for us, which was nice being together in a room. Our therapists worked hard at their craft. They offered hot stone therapy and cupping when we were back in the room and I'd never done either, so agreed. The hot stone was really nice. Now having experienced cupping, I can say the experience didn't do much for me and I wouldn't do it again. The massage portion was nice, a bit more like a sports massage than relaxing, and it did help with my neck and shoulder repetitive stress issue. I know you're supposed to tell them what you want throughout, but I usually like to experience things as they would ordinarily do them the first time. This has introduced me to some things I now enjoy that wouldn't ordinarily ask for (aromatherapy being one, and a certain kind of leg and hip stretch being another). It wasn't their fault I didn't love cupping, and I'm glad I tried it and saw it through. Overall, this is a good place to visit for massage therapy. If you already know what you like and don't, feel free to ask your therapist for things. They also have something called a vichy shower, which is basically a table shower where you lie down with several warm water nozzles above you and get an allover scrub with salt or similar. That sounds pretty cool, may check it out sometime. read more

Never ever will I go here . Disrespectful owner. Gift certificate...in the trash. Had to give 1 star to leave my thoughts. Do better.

I had my first ever massage and aroma therapy steam bath... it was AMAZING. so worth it. I recommend Tanya for a massage she was so sweet and understood what I wanted to achieve. Everybody is so nice and welcoming there, I am definitely going back best experience ever!! Sherman was the best part though :) so cute read more

Body Fountain - aroma therapy steam bath was so relaxing and the lady made me feel very comfortable - Massage Therapy Near Me - Mokena, Illinois

The entire staff at Body Fountain is professional, friendly, and courteous. From the moment you walk in the door, you immediately notice a clean, relaxing, and full service massage and skin care spa. The massage therapist assigned to me was highly skilled and a seasoned expert in the art and science of massage therapy. My 90 minute session was relaxing and therapeutic as I left feeling a total sense of well-being. They offer a variety of related services of which I'm sure are just as satisfying and fulfilling. I would not hesitate to recommend Body Fountain Spa for any of the services they provide. read more

This was the second worst massage I have ever had. The girl seemed to be pushing on my bones rather than my muscles, the table was not heated, the room was dry, there was no aromatherapy used, nor were any of the lotions/oils scented. Seemed more like a therapeutic massage than a spa massage. The reason I'm giving it three stars is that the girls were nice and my husband enjoyed his massage (we got a couples massage). I was thirsty and uncomfortable the whole time. Will not return. In fairness, the massage was not advertised as aromatherapy. I've just never had one that did not use any spa quality supplies, so I suppose I was taking it for granted. They did offer cupping and hot stones free of charge. read more

I've been working 7 days a week and took a Sunday off to get a 90 minute massage at Body Fountain that I desperately needed. One hour before my appointment, I received a call saying my appointment had to be cancelled because the therapist was sick. If I had cancelled one hour before the appointment, I would've been charged the full $130 for the service. I understand that things happen and people get sick, but that wouldn't have mattered if the cancellation had been on my end. I'm surprised that for such a large operation with so many therapists on staff, that they don't have someone on call for these situations. I'd like to know why they don't have to pay me $130 as a result of them cancelling the appointment an hour ahead of time. I took a day off work for the appointment and suffered economic loss as a result of their failure to appropriately staff or have a contingency plan in place. It's unfortunate because I've had very good experiences with Body Fountain in the past, but I won't be back again unless I'm compensated. read more

Body Fountain delivers an incredible message. Their services are amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The new location is beautiful and the Steamy Wonder is amazing. My massage therapist was Anna and this woman made time stand still. I swear I had an out of body experience. I will return soon and I will continue to request Anna for services. This experience was heavenly and I definitely recommend Body Fountain. read more

As a former athlete and pretty active person I have had some informal massage by a trainer but never anything formal. After experiencing some general soreness I reached out to a trusted friend and asked them for a massage recommendation for the southwest suburbs. This person put me in touch with Kate at Body Fountain. Thus far, I have had two sessions and definitely feel a difference in how I feel not only physically but mentally as well. Before each session, Kate gets some feed back on how my body feels, how I reacted to the last massage, and what techniques she thinks would be helpful. I plan on going to Kate regularly because I see the value in the physical and emotional investment after my first few massages. Oh, and I completely feel safe in going during COVID. Everyone has temperature checks and sanitizes prior to going inside, it is a good system that makes me feel safe. read more

This place is by far one of the best in all of the Frankfort and surrounding suburbs. I have been going here for at least 6 months now and cannot rave enough about it. I wish I would have found this place years ago versus wasting my money elsewhere. I have only had a massage done by Lydia and I have to say that her massages are absolutely A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! If you want a good deep tissue massage then this is who you need to see. My sisters and mom came down from Wisconsin and Chicago for a weekend and they loved their massages. My mom had Tracy and one of my sisters had Anna and they too had nothing but rave reviews about them. In fact, my sister is coming back in December for another massage. My other sister had Lydia and said her massage was an out-of-body experience. She will be booking another massage for January and will be driving 3 hours from Wisconsin just to get one. That right there says a lot. Everyone who works here is so sweet and kind. It is a cute, quaint and is a relaxing atmosphere and a must all for someone looking for an awesome massage. If you want an ultimate experience then I recommend getting a steam treatment done right before your massage. It really helps to loosen up your muscles. I typically get a 90 minute massage ($115). That's a great price and the perfect amount of time (if I could afford to go all day then I would). I highly recommend that you pick up the phone and book an appointment! Enjoy!! read more

The facial with Flavia was the best facial I have ever had. She was professional (skilled), careful with my skin, very quiet (calming), used excellent products with delightful or no scent at all, and had the perfect technique for applying the products. The room was peaceful with low lighting and the music was just far enough away in the hallway. All together it was a beautiful relaxing experience. Thank you so much. read more

I went to Body Fountain for the first time last night and had a massage with Lauryn. I've only had a few massages before, but this was by far the best and was most definitely the most reasonably priced. By far the best deep issue and cupping massage by Kate. I've been fortunate enough to try some very well known therpy places but Kate was amazing. I'll def be back monthly and highly recommend this business. Clean, professional and on point with my needs. Thank you. read more

My entire experience with Body Fountain has been flawless. From the easy online scheduling to the front of the house staff to my service provider, Tina, everything has been excellent. Tina communicates with you prior and her massage feels customized to your needs. I love that she is able to read your body and adjust as she sees fit. She has introduced me to cupping, which has offered additional relief. She is clear about what to expect post service (bruises, soreness) and the things to do or not do to minimize. The results are incredible! To finish, "contact-free" payment and rescheduling with ease. Love my time at Body Fountain! read more

If I could go there weekly I would!! The therapists listen to your concerns and they really take pride and love what they do and it shows. When they HAD to close for the panic I was forced to try my chiropractors message person and what a waste of money that was. If you're looking for a great massage from people who care please dont go anywhere else Body Fountain is top notch!!! read more

I have supported Body Fountain for several years. I've patronized their business at both locations and remained loyal despite other spa options in the area. Recently I was assessed a $130 cancellation fee which I disagreed with. Furthermore, I found the staff extremely rude in handling this situation. I spoke directly with the owner who seemed more focused on being justified with adhering to her company policy versus maintaining a loyal client. I requested a refund of a gift certificate that I recently purchased and was told that there was no way to provide a refund. I found the owners explanation of why my refund request was being denied disingenuous and her overall attitude exuding arrogance. As a business owner I understand the need for policies and procedures. As a consumer I don't believe that company policies and procedures should be excessively punitive and so egregiously inflexible causing a bad customer experience. I will NEVER support this business again or refer them to my colleagues. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in the manner I was treated and felt a total disregard for my business. I hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale so others can avoid the total disrespect that I experienced. read more

I wanted a massage so I found a random place nearby which happened to be Body Fountain. First, they were so flexible with my appointment. As I went to go to my appointment, I realized I had a flat tire. I had to fill my tire up, drop it off at the auto shop, then Uber to Body Fountain. They changed my appointment time so I would still be able to make it! Once I arrived, it was very calm and I was greeted by their therapy dog, Sherman (such a cutie)! Alanna was my massage therapist and she took the time to ask if I had any specific concerns/areas. It was a wonderfully relaxing massage after such a stressful car event earlier! I will definitely be going back! read more

Hands down, THE best massage I've ever received! I am 35 weeks pregnant and needed some relief/relaxation. For the first time in my entire pregnancy, I did NOT wake up with lower back pain. She catered the massage to what I explained and what she found during the massage. Her lesson after now allows me to do some at home exercise to help with the coming weeks and post natal! Krystal is fantastic! read more
