Like many others I've met, I am a victim of 90's Drew Barrymore over plucked brows that never grew back in. I've tried every brow product on the market and they're all going in the trash. I also wish they'd told me to arrive early since there was about 10 minutes of paperwork to complete. The staff was nice. Joanne did my facial and it came with some type of special hand treatment. My pores are usually really clogged, so I'm not sure I felt that there was enough time spent on extractions. I also thought I'd receive an exfoliating mask, but it seemed like a more general cleansing mask. Overall, I think the facial was good and as a first time customer I received a 15% discount. They also have a nice bag of samples. I'll try them once more before making the decision to continue there or continue my search.
