I went in after reading mixed reviews and was admittedly somewhat hesitant because of reviews about unwelcomed touching, but continued the course because my appointment was scheduled before I did so and I couldn't bring myself to cancel last minute. In gist, I'm really glad I went! For its price, my therapist, Cindy did a phenomenal job. Would absolutely return for a $29 do over for a treat myself type of experience. Given the price, I tipped a larger amount than usual but she earned every dollar. I also appreciated that Cindy wore a mask and I did too. There was a mixed bag in terms of patrons but all staff wore them, including the receptionist. On a Sunday, I called and was able to get an appointment in about 3 hours and when I arrived, I waited about 5-10 min which isn't bad, all things considered. I'd recommend calling ahead because a walk in arrived just before me and was told the wait was at least an hour and a half so he left. In terms of location, it's on par with others, in a strip mall. I've deducted a star for two reasons: 1. There are no private rooms or partitions between massage chairs and I was massaged in the first chair near the door so I heard those entering and leaving and some chatter outside. Also, as a female removing your top, it's less ideal to do so in a dimly lit place, with ppl walking by regularly with no partitions. 2. There are no instructions on what clothing to remove if you're comfortable how to adjust it. There's a slight communication barrier and it's on the fly which only worked because I have been to a similar place before but each one is slightly different. 3. They do not advertise or offer their points program which I only learned of by hearing someone checking out receive credit during my massage. For the personal checking out asked about it more than one time, the person said oh you have to put your phone number in. IMO it would incentivize someone to come back. 4. Most upgrade options are difficult to decipher. There's a theragun option for $10 more but when I asked what it does, the receptionist said I could try out the one in her desk. I've been coming here for over 7 years. The full body massage is the cheapest around and they get deep. I can honestly say in 7 years I've left once still needing more because the girl didn't go hard, she was new and I gave some grace. Wendy is my absolute favorite! I've read comments about inappropriate touching or no English, every single person I've had understands when you ask them to go harder or softer. They continually ask if that's ok. Also I'm a female and I've never experienced anything inappropriate. When I take my clothes off they hold up a bit towel for me for privacy. I was able to make an appointment easily and the staff was kind, but I left more sore than when I arrived. My masseuse either had such a light touch that it wasn't doing anything, or her finger tips were DIGGING into my skin. Additionally, she was rubbing so fast, it would've been 10x more calming if she would've just slowed down. She doesn't need to change the amount of time, just the speed at which her hands are moving (when I was leaving, it looked like all the masseuses were doing the same thing). At one point, she was rubbing so hard and quickly, I thought I would end up with a rash on my face from rubbing it into the face towel. At the end where they are supposed to pop you lightly, she was literally just hitting me. My mom got one too, and she came home to find bruises on her back from it! I've been to another Foot Massage place that I really liked and I was in the area so I figured I'd give this one a try. It made me wish I went to my usual spot! First off all, I glanced at the prices online and they seemed fine. I got there and I asked for my bank and feet to be done ONLY. The owner said that was fine and he even called someone to tell the massuse, Sophie, that I only wanted the back and feet done. Great. He told me it was $105. I could've sworn it was less online and before I could look it up, the massuse was taking me back. Although looking it up online today, it says $100 gets you a private room for 1.5 hours. I did not get a private room. She took me back into this giant dark room with the beds/ tables in used to seeing. She points to a picture and I thought she was asking where I wanted her to massage. So I pointed to my back then feet and made a gesture like "that's it." Then she holds up a towel to me and I'm confused. She signals for me to get undressed so I do. Normally there is a little more modesty when having people undress for massages and at my usual foot massage place they don't do that, so I was a little caught off guard but it was fine. The face rest was ok for a little while but got so painful and I could hardly adjust my face that it felt ok. It felt just like stuffing my face onto a couch cushion. Overall, the massage was ok. But it was not only on the feet and back like I specifically asked. I knew I couldn't say anything bc I'm not one to complain usually and she didn't speak English. Towards the end, she was rubbing my thighs so hard, it hurt a lot. I have a high pain tolerance and like pressure with a massage but this was straight up pain. One of the worst pains of my life... and I've given birth to twins! Haha. When it was over, I felt extremely rushed to get out with Sophie standing right by me. It was so dark it was hard to see all my stuff, so it was taking me a minute. She walked me up front to pay and she stayed up there waiting for a tip. Again, my other place does not do that. It's a little awkward but not terrible. I tipped her $20 and then left, wondering what just happened. I definitely left more in pain when I got there. The beds/ tables are really terrible and they messed with my back. I specifically asked for a back and foot massage and come to think of it, she never rubbed my upper back/ neck. I'm sure others have had better experiences here and maybe another time might be ok, but I'm not willing to try that. I had an excellent experience here this morning. They are running a 50% off special so it was $29 for an hour foot and body massage; a great deal! Ray was the person who worked on me and he did an excellent job- I had no complaints at all and he seemed to just know the right amount of pressure to use. It's a large place with soothing music and many massage tables/beds (very comfortable, by the way). I was the only one there at the time. They soak your feet in hot water and do a face/head and neck massage and also your arms and hands. You wear your clothes the whole time but he did use massage oil on my skin on my shoulders, neck and back. The Chinese foot massage uses lotion and was also very good. They cover you with towels and at times use hot towels which are very relaxing too. You roll over for the back massage and that was great. It's a full body massage on top of the foot soak and then foot massage. It's very thorough and productive. I wasn't sure if I wore the right clothes. I asked the owner and he said many people wear workout clothes. I'd recommend a short sleeve rather than long sleeve shirt. I'm not sure what it would be like if the place was full of other customers but they do put a towel over your eyes which might help you feel like other people aren't looking at you. It's not totally quiet- you can hear conversations in other areas but it wasn't super loud. You can't beat the price and it was a great massage. I will definitely be back! read more

I called ahead both times to check on wait. The first time I just walked in without a wait. The first massage with a woman was rough, but sometimes that's how people like it al I wanted to give another shot, but that was foolish. I called ahead of my second attempt & I was told there was no wait, so I gave my name to hold a spot as I was on my way & would be there in 10 mins. I got there & had to wait over 35 mins. I had to interrupt the guy at the front desk, with headphones on, watching a movie on his laptop when I was going to get in; he calls in back again for someone. This place is a Hidden Gem. For under $30 you get a hour full body what seems to be a Swedish massage. I was a little confused about the process but you are led to a community room with low playing zen like chimes on repeat it's somewhat annoying from the start but hey, after being asked to take off a few items (shirt watches shoes and socks) you are wrapped in a towel and feet soaking...... Now the massage was great the masseuse was professional didn't talk no questions asked applies sufficient pressure I opted for the hot stone (not my thing stones way to hot) the constant sound of flesh slapping and low moans and grunts are not to relaxing and there is no private rooms so you have to find your zone... At the end of the visit the guy who takes the appointments was not as pleasant he was very upset that he never confirmed that the appointment was set with a groupon confirmation but by the sounds of it they are not happy about groupon deals....I'm a tipper so as I was going tipping for the service the grumpy grandpa up front made sure to let me know that generous tips was the only tips!!!! I went here with my boyfriend over the weekend. I came here because of the reviews on Yelp. This place was great! Although I'm not sure why they call it Foot Magic, they focus on your whole body! We went on a Saturday and I decided to call at about 3pm just in case they were busy and they said that 4pm was a good time for 2 people. We arrived and they immediately led us into the back area where the beds were. It was very dimly lit and they had really serene music playing. Couple tips - Make sure you wear comfy clothes, they roll your pants up and they asked my boyfriend to take his shirt off (they have a little seat storage for any belongings you bring that sits right behind the bed). They massage your neck and shoulders so I would suggest wearing a tank top. Also, don't wash your hair before you go. They're going to massage your scalp and hairline with the oily stuff. Lastly, at the end they ask you to flip over and they really work your back and neck and when I mean work they WORK. So be prepared for them to really go hard and just say something if you don't want them to. All in all it was really nice! The entire price was $29 for an hour! The guy at the desk said that it was their actual price now. Also, he stamped these brochures for us (asked us if we were first timers) that had a date on it that was 7 days ahead. He said if we came back within a week he'd take $5 off, that's $24!! Also make sure you tip these guys well, they were so nice and did such a good job. read more

Lets face it... $29 for a 60 min massage is definately a great deal! This isn't your ordinary massage place. You are asked to wear loose clothing and there are no private massage rooms. It is one giant open space with mutliple people getting massages at the same time. I was asked to come in and remove a few items of clothing and then place my feet into a hot water bath and lay down... The massage is somewhat swedish but at times you will feel as if you are getting beat up. There are elements of extreme pressure and heavy pressure in the low back and shoulders... the one issue i had with this location was that hey never asked me if I have any medical conditions or areas of concern like most massage places I have been to in the past. The masseuse was very kind and for that I have still rated this place a 3. My wife was extremely sore after her massage and I doubt either one of us will go back. We bought a Groupon which was $58 for two 1 hour massages however there ongoing rate is $29/hour so don't bother with the Groupon. Unfortunately not my cup and tea and I will not be back! read more

Alright, so I bought the Groupon that went with this location and it was a great price, it was $29 but I also got a discount of $10 off from Groupon themselves. If you just walk in the door without a Groupon, the price for the full body massage is $29, so you're not really getting a deal with the Groupon. Even though most of these reviews say that the gentlemen in the front is rude or not inviting, I was a little worried but when I came in, he wasn't that way at all. Maybe I caught him on a good day. I did tell him that people think he is an ass and he chuckled and said people felt that way because he would request that they leave a tip. Which I feel is acceptable. These people that are doing the massage work off tips! They are doing the customer a service and should be paid for it. The location was very clean and had a large open seating section in the waiting area. The gentleman took my Groupon and asked for my name, he then called to the back and when he got off the phone, he told me that Lee would be doing my massage and that Lee will be right up to get me. Lee brought me to the back where there are multiple beds lined up on both sides of the walls, pretty far apart from each. There are partitions between every third or so bed. So it is NOT private, but if you are looking for privacy then you should pay $80 for full body massage at a spa. they had relaxing music playing but was very quiet. He opened the storage bin to place my purse, shoes and the hoodie that I was wearing, then showed me to where I should sit and immediately placed my feet in a bucket of warm water and I laid down. Lee gave a great full body massage. He was a little rough at times but asked a few times during the massage if what he was doing was okay. I would always say yes because he wasn't bothering me, but I know that most people probably wouldn't like it at all. I am a little sore/bruised feeling today. My friend was embarrassed to talk about it till later days. it was very good massage for me but it was extremely uncomfortable. And it's exposed space that I could see other clients everything. I give 2 stars because the first time I went there it was wonderful but the second time it was no so swell.. when I went in the back they didn't clean up previous persons towels and laid me on dirty stuff . And the guy giving the massage was extremely rough . I said stop a few times , said ouch , said more gentle , which he UNDERSTOOD , and kept asking if it was better .. which then he got rough again. I think Ouch is understood by most languages . I also had to wait 15 minutes before I started so I laid in the dirty towels for that time with I'm assuming another dirty one over my face confused wondering when they would begin . And ... after wars I was sore and felt like a car hit me .. second massage SUCKED . And the guy encouraged me to give ten bucks also . Does he pay his employees or do they only work on tips ? I only ask because I see so many people saying he forces them to tip. I personally think a tip is earned and I understand some people are probably cheap but I don't think if I left in pain and not happy , nor did my feet feel like magic , that I should tip so high. I was so confused, after reading the reviews everyone mentions that it's fully clothed, I was asked to take my top off then forced to take my under shirt off too, I was lying in a bra and in a place where everyone and their mothers could see me! Not cool! To top it off, she snapped off my bra and then lowered my pants in where my butt crack was probably showing and I could hear people passing by, I'm overweight and that for me was the most humiliating experience EVER! I had to tell her several times to not apply so much pressure, it felt like she was trying to break a bone! I did like the foot massage, but everything else was way too akward! I had a coupon for 50% off the $58 massage, which made it $29 for a one hour Chinese Massage (I thought $58 was cheap). When I arrived, I found out the $29 price is now their standard price! Nothing fancy for the entry area or front desk and was actually surprised an older man was running it - he seemed to be running the whole operation. I was walked into a large darkened room, one wall lined with several beds, separated by a linen partition half-way through. I walked passed a gentleman getting a massage by another man. I wondered if he felt uncomfortable not only by the man, but also being in an open room. I was escorted passed the partition to the center of the beds on the opposite side. I was not thrilled with the open room concept as it was more difficult to relax knowing that others could be watching and probably were as they were walking by. I also didn't like the open room because you could hear others talking and walking and it was distracting. I tried to think of it being the same as being in a nail salon with several chairs lined up for pedicures, but it was just not the same. Despite the noise, if partitions were up around each bed, I would have been more comfortable. I also did not see any female masseurs, so I was not as comfortable as I believe I could have been because only males were around. The massage began with my feet being placed in a warm tub of water while I laid down on my back. It was not the most comfortable position since I am short and felt my lower back was not supported. Then began a face/head massage as well as neck and shoulder with some oil. Once that was completed, my feet were raised and a long foot massage ensued. It seemed more time was spent on my left foot then my right, but perhaps it's what they sensed I needed. I could definitely feel the energy flowing through my body much better as the foot massage progressed. I'm assuming this means they are pretty good at knowing reflexology. After each foot, the lower leg was massaged a bit and then held and wiped with a hot towel. The towel was a tad too hot, but probably good for circulation. After the foot/leg massage I was asked to flip over. He started by massaging/pressing my lower back area with oil. When that was done he also pressed a hot towel on my lower back. The towel was covering me below the waist. After the lower back he proceeded to my upper back, shoulders and neck with oil as well and also wiped with the same hot towel. He then placed a towel over my entire back and proceeded to massage/press into my muscles throughout my legs and each side of my back and ended it with the "karate chop" moves to my back. More time was definitely spent on my feet than anything else, but it IS called Foot Magic. I would definitely say to wear comfortable clothes or workout clothes with access to arms, upper back and legs. I wish I was informed of this by the gentleman that took my appointment as my massage would have been more comfortable, although the male masseur I had did well working around my work clothes. I was offered $5 off, i.e. a $24 massage if I got another one in the next 7 days. read more

This was great. It's so much more than you would expect. For $29 you get an hour long massage. They take you to the back room that has cushioned beds all lined up. There are partitions between some of the groups of beds. They ask you to lie on your back as they put your feet in a tub to soak then the massage your face, neck and shoulders. They then take your feet out from soaking and massage your feet, ankles and legs. They then ask you to turn over and they work on your back and shoulders. It's very relaxing. We went on a Sunday night and there were only two other people there. It could be crowded at high times, they probably have about 16 to 20 beds. Staff was all very friendly. read more

The massage was great, and my masseuse was literally panting at the end of it because she was working so hard. Two tiny nit-picks. First, the guy at the front desk was somewhat cold and uninviting. He could at least smile at people when they come in. And secondly there was no privacy at all during the massage. You're in the middle of a large room and there are people to the left and right of you also getting massages. It would be nice if they would put partitions between each person.
