Tried it from a living social deal. Weird thing is it was 29.00 on LS and 29.00 everyday there. You are put with other people with a bunch of beds lined up. You are fully clothed also. Massage was ok but because other people are there I had to listen to some guy moan the entire time. It was very uncomfortable. read more

Manager is unfriendly. They have you in a room with everyone, people are snoring it's disturbing. I was choking in the middle of a massage because of the way their cheap beds are. read more

There is no better remedy for my tired feet after a long night of dancing than getting a massage from Lee. While they all follow the same sequence, each one has a unique style. Lee's massage is more along the lines of a deep tissue rather than Swedish. If you'd prefer a more relaxing massage then I would recommend Susan. read more

I was very disappointed in the massage. I was given the massage as a gift from my fiance and when I arrived I notice the price we paid was not worth it. On top of it being a Groupon he paid what there asking which was half price of 29.00. The manager was sitting at the front was not too friendly. I told him I was there for my maternity massage. When I was escorted in the back I walked past a wall then there were three beds and a man getting a massage. The manager tells me put my stuff here and walks away. I stood there and he just said sit. Another man came and told me lay down and put my feet in the water which was extremely hot and he began with massage. He started rubbing oil on my fave through my hair and I felt uncomfortable. He didn't understand English and I just prayed it would be over. He then massaged my arms and then went to my feet. He spent more time on my left foot then the other. I wanted to tell him no oil seeing I have bad exzema and all it did was irritate my skin even more. He then said ok and walked away. I got my stuff and was very upset that that was the massage. I more or less went for relaxation and yo have my back massaged seeing I am 8 months pregnant. Throughout the massage I heard a man on the other side of another wall snoring and then they start talking. I was uncomfortable with having a towel over my face and hearing people moving around me but not seeing what was going on. The gentleman next to me left and another one came in and was telling them not to do something and they did not understand him. When I got to the front the guy stood there and the manager asked how it was I said it was not what I expected and was going to walk away. He asked if I was tipping. Truly I did not know I had to seeing this was a gift and thought it was included and I was not satisfied. I was going to give him 2.00 out of my pocket and He then said they only work off tips and I said here's 5.00 I'm never coming back. He said a tip is 8 or 10 dollars. I really felt like I was being told to tip this much and what to do. I would not recommend this place to friends or family. read more

Just left this place and I haven't felt this relaxed in forever. You need to try this place, grab the groupon! It's super cheap and it's an hour long! Everyone is soooo nice!!! read more

Since this place is close and the weather was so bad I decided to give it a try today and drag my sister along. I was pleasantly surprised! I was expecting mostly foot massage but I was wrong. They really massage the whole body. It was very relaxing and an excellent value for $29.00. read more

Owner Very rude. Beware. This establishment Hates Groupons. Awkward and uncomfortable, he gave us a hard time redeeming them. You don't treat customers this way no matter How they're paying. Will also notify Groupon of the bad experience. Needless to say, we will Not be going back, nor can we recommend this place to friends/family. read more

The owner was a very nice guy. I am glad I came in here. Also they are relatively cheap. I don't think it was necessarily the best massage but you get what you pay for. BUT they really did an AMAZING job on my feet. I was very happy about that. I also got a facial. I want to point out that we specifically asked the owner if they will be extracting all the black heads and cleaning out all the pores and he said yes they will. But they DID NOT do this process. I would not go back for the facial. But definitely for another foot massage. read more

So great! If you've never been to a place like this for massage, it's a little different. It's not a private room and you don't get undressed. Open room, multiple tables, low light, and you'll probably be more comfortable in workout clothes. No specific work, but addresses entire body and special attention to feet. And you can't beat the price! read more

Relaxing atmosphere with phenomenal service and prices. My go to when I need a massage. Li is the best, he is very talented with firm pressure read more

Great massage, good deal. All the staff is extremely friendly. The place isn't too busy so it's pretty easy to book am appointment.

I wasn't sure what to expect but my friend told me about this place and how much she and her husband loved it. I went in with an open mind and came out feeling incredibly loose and free from kinks! They were not particularly gentle and I had to ask them to lighten it up a couple of times as I've had back surgery, but I was really impressed at how they seem to find every knot and get rid of it. This is definitely different than a traditional "spa" style massage, but I appreciate that difference! read more

In all my life, I have never come across such poor customer service. I felt humilited when I walked out. The front desk person was a jerk. After I told him that the massage was way too rough, he criticised me and told me I didnt know what a deep tissue massage. I then told him I thought I was getting a private room and felt a little decieved. And he further criticised me. I then told him there were other massage places that cost the same price but offer a private room, to which he called me a liar. As I was walking out, he told me it was wrong of me not to leave a tip and as I tipped the kind massouse, he told me basically not to come back again. I am offended and actually feel like my organs hurt due to the severity of the massage. read more

Great deal! You can't beat a 60 min massage for $29. I felt amazing afterwards!

This was seriously the best massage I have ever had. I was skeptical because it was so much cheaper than other places I've been to and was in a strip mall. I was not disappointed. The ambiance was just right and the massage was incredible. I will be back for sure. I had Leo. He is gifted. read more

I love this place! I went right before I went Vegas & I promise you I was still feeling the effect when I got there. I use to go every off day during the week to keep the stress away but slowed down. Don't ask me why I did a foolish thing like that lol! For $29 the massage from the top of your head all the way to your toes. It last about an hour & can't be beat! I usually wear sweat pants I can roll up above my knees. I take everything off the top & wrap a towel around me so there's no break in the rub down! People fall asleep & don't be surprised to hear some grunting lol! read more

Came here with a friend and had a good massage. Full body, the foot massage was my favorite. They are rough on you and it is painful but they ask you through out if your okay and you can tell them to be more gentle. Overall good massage. The atmosphere is nice, but could be awkward if your next to a stranger, as it's an open area. read more

I am the sister of Nefertiti S. She is my best friend. I wanted to spend some quality time with her during her visit. I wanted to treat her to a well deserved massage. She takes great care of my elderly dad. I found Foot Magic and read the description of Asian massage. I thought "perfect." Ambiance was great. The massage was much too hard. I have arthritis and back issues. I have not had any flare ups until this morning (morning after massage). We were literally beat up. I do not recommend this massage on anyone, especially a woman. I apologized to my sister. She is in pain this morning. I feel horrible. read more

Yeah it's a deal but so not worth the money! The employees are under control of the white guy in the front and they are not trained at all bc it felt like I was getting beat up.( I got home and my bf found bruises on my back and legs ) very uncomfortable bc they make u take ur top off in which I completely refused and she kept trying to make me and I finally yelled no I don't want you to touch me I finally paid the chop shop massage place read more

My 91 year old mother found Foot Magic through a local advertisement. She & my 96 year old father went and they called raving about their experience. I was tempted to disregard because the price for the massage was unbelievably low as they were running a special and besides...what would they know about a good massage at their age. And I get my massages at Mario Tricoci. Well, for that price I thought I'd give it a try and WOW! We gave 4 of our physically fit adult children a Foot Magic gift certificate and they too could not believe the service. No, it is not a private room, but its' quiet ambience and towel over your eyes gives you all you need for a serene experience. The special price is still going on. Put on some work out clothes and give it a try. And tip at least $10....Believe me, there is no where you can give your body a better experience for under $50. P.S. (Always listen to your mother) read more

I would give the massage +5 cod thru pour out their hardwork and life . It was the best massage ever but the reason I gave 2 stars is coz the white guy receptionists said don't come back with Groupon anymore, coz they don't make money out of it. It was inappropriate for us to be told that coz if that was the case then he had to take it down from the website and bold print first time customers only. I even brought my sis who had her bday that day for a treat and her hearing that is awful. read more

Horrible. Went for a full body massage -- you're in one room with several cots. The owner was rude and would not return my Groupon. If you don't mind being in a room with other people, it would be okay -- I am pretty modest and was not acceptable to me. This place should be closed down. read more

I have been coming to foot magic at least twice a month for over a year. I LOVE it. I have had almost every massage therapist there, and each time I go the service is consistent. The owner is very accommodating and appreciative of feedback to better the business. If there is a specification or request, the owner will relay that to the service provider in Chinese. I am a service provider myself, and have referred many of my own clients to foot magic. If I could give 6 stars I would! read more

Absolutely fantastic. What an incredible bargain. Staff English is not great, but the fantastic massage makes up for that. Truest 'Asian' massage I have had since leaving Japan. read more

The closest location for this type of Chinese reflexology massage was in Schaumburg, so I was glad that this place opened up near me. Since then I've been going every week and it has been relieving my shoulder/back stress and helping exfoliate my feet during this cold winter. Can't beat the $29 deal for an hour full body massage. They soak your feet in hot water and the towels used are soft, it's very soothing. The massage therapists I've had are great and the owners are nice! As for the atmosphere, it is not your typical spa, it has it's own setup catered to this style/type of massage. read more

Very rude. The guy hang up on me when I tried to make an appointment. Wtf!

Am visiting the Chicago area, sister decided today was my treat day. The ambiance was fantastic. I literally felt like I was being beaten. They asked several times if I was alright, but the body message was much too hard and not relaxing at all. I guess we got what she paid for. Love the warm stones on my feet and that was it. This is nearly 24 hours later and I feel as though I have been beaten or fell off a tall building. I need a message to get over my aches and pains. My sister feels the same way. read more

I originally took my daughter as we wanted a foot massage. It was such a wonderful experience I brought my husband the next time. Again it was a fantastic experience. We have been back multiple times. The place is serene and while not 100% quiet we have experienced very few if any noises on our visits. The massage is very relaxing. For the price and the service this place can't be beat. I would highly recommend. read more

I called and made an appointment for 4pm. I get there and at first it's like they couldn't find my appointment. Then they tell me they don't have anyone available. I called and made an appointment. Then they tell me I can wait a half hour and that's because someone else came to their appointment a half hour late. Why would they accept that other appointment a half hour late and expect that I would be fine waiting for a half hour! I have a 2 year old at home napping and arranged to have someone stay with him for a couple hours so I could run my errands and get a massage. They need to get it together. That's totally not acceptable. Never coming back here again. Waste of my time. read more

First Thing you need to know about this place is they give a very deep tissue massage, which is a good thing if that is what you want and can handle. I was in pain during the massage but put up with it because of a language barrier, but again the masseur was very very nice. The man at the door is another story, very abrupt and not friendly in the least but the very nice staff makes up for that. You will be asked to remove your shirt your shoes and any accessories, I was surprised at the shirt removal but ok with it. they also will unsnap your bra and lower your pants with a towel for your back massage. a little uncomfortable at first but ok. the thing that really creep-ed me out was when we were leaving you could see the cc cameras on the computer monitor at the front desk so the creepy mean guy could watch you and everyone else being massaged and in some state of undress. for that reason alone I will never go back. Also and I cant say this enough, this is DEEP TISSUE massage , I was in agony the next day. read more

I just got home from foot magic and due to the experience I had from the moment I walked in the door, I feel compelled to write this review so as to warn those of us, like me that trust yelp reviews. First of all, the "owner" at the front desk is completely rude and very unprofessional. He knew on the phone that I just wanted a foot massage-that's it! When i walked in about 15 minutes later, he said NOTHING to me and after a minute or so, I had to tell him who I was and what I was there for. He didn't even bother to answer me or even nod. I then asked if they had an affiliate in the city and he became irate at me. A few minutes later, someone came to get me. I went in and needed the restroom. No one could understand what I needed and I am trilingual so I continued to proceed to the back of the place as someone pointed it to me. I seemed to be walking into an abyss and when I opened up the wrong door, someone immediately came back and closed the door on me. I finally found the rest room. Then, i was instructed to lie down and take off my top. I refused. Again, i was there only for a foot massage. Someone had to come over to translate and then they left and let my feet soak for almost 10 minutes until I sat up in wonderment and asked what was going on. The massage lady was nice. However, i have had many foot massage and this was one style that I am not sure if it was even a type(such as reflexology -thai, etc). Regardless, two stars because the lady was nice and because my feet were so cramped that I can only hope to feel a bit better with some work on them. As I was leaving, I went to pay with a credit card. As I handed my card to the owner, he heavily sighed as if paying with credit is verboten and then instructed me that I needed to give a 10 dollar tip on top of that. You are telling ME to tip? Who does he think he is? The only reason I went here is because I couldn't go back to work another week without my feet being attended to and my regular place was booked up. Regardless, I am a very disappointed customer and I actually feel horrible for the people that work there. Happy FEET is where you should go for wonderful service and price!! read more
