The head spa service was not relaxing at all the lady that did my service was very rough , it was my first time having this service done and it was awful. The 2 ladies in the room were talking to each other during the service and they were making so much noise with whatever items that were using on our heads that it was hard to relax. I also noticed that were using water from the bathroom sink, and bringing it back to our room. My daughter had a facial right after the head spa treatment and I saw the technician bringing in water from the bathroom sink, my daughter said she was wringing a towel from the bucket and putting it on her face. I waited in the lobby for my daughter to come out and saw a little girl sitting at the desk answering the phone. She was definitely under 14, she saw me come out and asked me "did you pay?" As if I was going to walk out without paying. There is a bit of a language barrier with the ladies so maybe that's why the kid was at the desk. When I was ready to pay, the lady said there would be a $3 charge to use my credit card for the facial, but then said I could just zelle her to avoid the charge, which I thought was odd. I would absolutely not go back to this establishment it appears they have good reviews for massage, but I would never get any other services here.
