For days my neck and upper back was in pain to the touch like I was bruised. I should have asked her to lay off the elbows. Also, she was sniffling through the massage which I couldn't tell if she was sick or that's how she breathes. I couldn't wait for it to end. Next to the relaxation area. Went to the hot tub. Totally packed, not a single chair. Ok, I'll try the sauna, totally packed couldn't get a seat. So got in the hot tub. Despite it being fully packed wall to wall, the front desk came and told the 4 friend groups they weren't allowed to talk to each other to maintain the relaxed environment.... Kind of hard when you are on top of each other. Finally made it into the sauna. Sitting elbow to elbow and there is a clump of hair on the floor. We were grossed out and left. Went to the other quiet relaxation area to read and again, full. How am I supposed to relax when I can't even find a chair??? Next up, my facial. She was great and totally loved it!!!! I especially like facials here with the nice bed to lay on, very comfortable. Back to the locker room, bathrooms full, showers full, no glasses at the water station.
