Side note - You don't have to buy the groupon, if you just mention the groupon they will give it to you for that price. Any way, this is a no frill salon with a communal area of 5/6 chairs. No clothes are removed so it's like getting a pedicure foot massage with other people but WAY better than those massages. They really work out your whole body. It really is a deep tissue full body massage with a little extra attention to your feet. They really massage everything - like your butt cheeks - but I did not feel uncomfortable at all. My massage therapist kept pulling my shirt down so my lower back wasn't exposed and I thought that was a courteous gesture. I will definitely be back again and soon! Highly recommended! Tip - drink a lot of water/fluids afterwards to prevent soreness!

I couldn't have said 5 because I know I'm working at that time. I understand that they possibly misunderstood via phone. However when I went in they redeemed my Groupon sat me down in the massage chair, then when she went to check her appointment book she yelled at me and said my app was for 5. She yelled at me in front of other customers and made me get up. It was very rude and embarrassing. They gave me the attached hand written note, she says it says I can go back another day, but I don't read this language so I don't even know if that's accurate.

Her massages are amazing -- she always finds those tiny spots that need that little bit of extra attention, which makes all the difference in the world to me. I highly recommend Katie and Lotus Touch Massage to not only breast cancer patients, but to anyone who is looking for the perfect massage.

I inquired one more time to confirm I could get what I requested, she barked at me and said "I'm here everyday, you come in" in a nasty tone. You are in a larger room with multiple stations. I always wear a pair of shorts and a tank top during the massage. It says foot massage but it is actually a full body massage. I did read a bad review about something getting stolen. I don't know how this could have even happened. They have you put your belongings on a table next to your station not in a separate room. I highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced massage that always leaves me feeling refreshed!

That means someone opened my personal bag while I was receiving a service. The staff initially denied everything. We asked to see the security footage, which confirmed my hat was taken. Only after the police were called did they finally return it. What really worries me is that they instruct customers to place their personal belongings in an area that is a blind spot for the cameras. Your bag is not visible at all. This creates an unsafe environment where theft can happen with no accountability. The workers tried to gaslight me and tell me maybe I dropped my hat... I was disgusted and I will never return here again. This place should be shut down and put out of business! 0/10 I would not recommend coming here and if you do try to bring as little stuff in as possible because they are disgusting thieves and will lie straight to your face. The staff was screaming at me as if i was in the wrong... If i could rate this place -10000 i would! This incident occurred 2/21/2026

I would like to make a few recommendations: Please do what you can to ensure that this place smells pleasant! This place had a stuffy unpleasant smell to it. I even heard another female customer complain about the place not smelling good. Also, there should be some type of form that customers can complete to let you know how much pressure they would like such as light, medium etc. I was not given any form to complete I just checked in and was directed to the back for the massage. This massage was a bit too deep for my liking. I was thankful when the massage was finally over, and I did not leave feeling relaxed either. I believe there may have been some communication issues as well. Good luck!
