They have a lovely lounge area to rest before your service. The restrooms are private and well appointed. The check in area (check in process is easy and welcoming) has unique products that were reasonably priced (rare). I first had a massage with Reiki with Laura. Laura makes you feel so comfortable throughout the process and she is highly skilled. She is clearly intuitive and insightful regarding the physical and energetic body. I appreciated her style. They have a number of practitioners that I'm sure are just as talented, but I lucked out with Laura. I felt relaxed, grounded and peaceful afterward. I then got a facial with Brandon. Again, I was made to feel relaxed so I could enjoy the treatment. The products he selected were tailored for my particular skin, very intentional. Plus the products had wonderful natural scents. The facial included a mini-massage targeting the legs feet arms hands face. My skin looked and felt great. Again very skilled practitioner. The billing experience was even worse. At checkout, I asked for my $78 haircut to be totaled at $100 (a $22 tip). Instead, a $100 tip was added -- bringing the total to $178, which is a 128% tip. This was done without any confirmation or verification on their end. I didn't realize the mistake until I checked my receipt days later, and the amount was so unreasonable that it felt dishonest. When I contacted the owner, Julie Campbell, I was told that a $78 refund had been issued. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the error. Because of the service issues and the incorrect charge, I cannot recommend this salon. Double-check your receipt before leaving.

The next day I had a horrible allergic reaction and was victim blamed by the stylist. I paid 180 and gave a 20 dollar tip for eyelash extensions by a woman who goes by "sally." She used liquid cement for adhesive to attach the lashes to my eyes. She would not give me a refund and when I called sculpted image they were rude and blocked my number. I contacted the owners and they wouldn't get back to me and also blocked my number. They are shady and do not care about paying customers. I had to go to another salon to remove the false lashes because "Sally" refused. The other salon was so horrified with what she did to me that they did the removal for free! They told me they never saw the adhesive that "Sally" used before and commented that it was liquid cement. I had to go to the hospital due to my injuries and the nurse said I had severe scratching from whatever utensils she had used and they told me that I could have gone blind! I had to take off work because of the eye pain and medicine I had to take in order to stop an infection spreading to my cornea.
