The staff here are truly wonderful and highly skilled, the front desk is extremely kind and accommodating. I have mild scoliosis and couldn't figure out the best approach to a pain-free massage, but leave it to the staff to recommend a "pregnancy massage" - works like a charm for me since I can't lay on my stomach comfortably! Marissa gives - hands down - THE BEST facials. Having never enjoyed someone touching my face (EVER), this is honestly my favorite service each and every time. Marissa customized my facials each time depending on what my skin needs. She's such a sweet person too! Kathy gives the best pedicures and honestly is just a wonderful human being. I lost my mom recently and she just showered me with love - thank you for always being amazing. I've had a few masseuses but Claudia takes the cake and I won't go to anyone else now. Sometimes I feel like when I say I'm there to relax, not everyone takes it as a request for minimal talking. Holly did! She checked in with me half way through to make sure it was going well and then also asked about the pressure from time to time. I really appreciated the attention and effort that Holly gave during my experience there. I highly recommend scheduling with Holly for your next massage! I also would recommend George! The billing experience was even worse. At checkout, I asked for my $78 haircut to be totaled at $100 (a $22 tip). Instead, a $100 tip was added -- bringing the total to $178, which is a 128% tip. This was done without any confirmation or verification on their end. I didn't realize the mistake until I checked my receipt days later, and the amount was so unreasonable that it felt dishonest. When I contacted the owner, Julie Campbell, I was told that a $78 refund had been issued. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the error. Because of the service issues and the incorrect charge, I cannot recommend this salon. Double-check your receipt before leaving.

The next day I had a horrible allergic reaction and was victim blamed by the stylist. I paid 180 and gave a 20 dollar tip for eyelash extensions by a woman who goes by "sally." She used liquid cement for adhesive to attach the lashes to my eyes. She would not give me a refund and when I called sculpted image they were rude and blocked my number. I contacted the owners and they wouldn't get back to me and also blocked my number. They are shady and do not care about paying customers. I had to go to another salon to remove the false lashes because "Sally" refused. The other salon was so horrified with what she did to me that they did the removal for free! They told me they never saw the adhesive that "Sally" used before and commented that it was liquid cement. I had to go to the hospital due to my injuries and the nurse said I had severe scratching from whatever utensils she had used and they told me that I could have gone blind! I had to take off work because of the eye pain and medicine I had to take in order to stop an infection spreading to my cornea. Do not go here unless you want the worst service and lasting physical damage.

My massage therapist was Trina. She is new to the spa but has vast work experience in massage therapy. She was amazing, very professional and a great listener, with a smile on her face. Throughout my massage she asked me how I was doing which I appreciated. Her massage technique was impressive.
