This was done without any confirmation or verification on their end. I didn't realize the mistake until I checked my receipt days later, and the amount was so unreasonable that it felt dishonest. When I contacted the owner, Julie Campbell, I was told that a $78 refund had been issued. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the error. Because of the service issues and the incorrect charge, I cannot recommend this salon. Double-check your receipt before leaving.

I have a busy schedule like many others so a heads up would have been appreciated. There are other factors that went into this rating but management never apologized or tried to correct this horrible experience. Scheduling prenatal massages has been a bit difficult but overall not bad (I was told there's only 1 person that offers prenatal massages and they book up fast). Fast forward to the end of my pregnancy and trying to cancel - it's been a nightmare. I called on 9/24 and was told the manager would need to contact me so I gave my contact info and was never contacted by a manager. I received a phone call the next day and was then told to "stop by sometime" to sign cancellation paperwork. As you may imagine, I've been super busy with working, doctors appointments, getting things ready for baby and just stopped by yesterday 10/9 to sign the paperwork, as i had thought it was just a formality. I then see it takes 10 days to "process" the cancellation from the day you sign. I was never told this so now I need to reach out and get approval to not be billed for this month even though I first called in September to cancel. I've never had a membership where I've needed to jump through more hoops to cancel... Today, I called to speak with the manager Samantha and she could not have been less caring if she tried. I told her I was disappointed in the lack of flexibility for a pregnant woman and explained my situation and that I may be having an emergency c-section tomorrow but I won't know until I have my scan tomorrow morning. She didn't care and said if I had a massage booked later that day and needed to cancel same day (even due to HAVING A BABY) that I would still get charged the cancellation fee. Then, I had asked for a little flexibility on using my services before they expire. As mentioned, I will be having a c-section and will be healing so I can't get a massage...not to mention I will have a newborn. Once again, not an ounce of empathy she just said nope, they expire 60 days after cancellation. I am a firm believer that there's always something that can be done and she could offer me a gift card for a free massage or something. I mentioned that and she refused. I am so disappointed in massage envy and how they treat pregnant women and will absolutely remember this moving forward and will get a massage literally anywhere but here. I don't understand how a place can advertise prenatal services yet be this cold and unwilling to help during a difficult time.
