You are in a larger room with multiple stations. I always wear a pair of shorts and a tank top during the massage. It says foot massage but it is actually a full body massage. I did read a bad review about something getting stolen. I don't know how this could have even happened. They have you put your belongings on a table next to your station not in a separate room. That means someone opened my personal bag while I was receiving a service. The staff initially denied everything. We asked to see the security footage, which confirmed my hat was taken. What really worries me is that they instruct customers to place their personal belongings in an area that is a blind spot for the cameras. Your bag is not visible at all. This creates an unsafe environment where theft can happen with no accountability. The workers tried to gaslight me and tell me maybe I dropped my hat... I was disgusted and I will never return here again. She yelled at me in front of other customers and made me get up. It was very rude and embarrassing. They gave me the attached hand written note, she says it says I can go back another day, but I don't read this language so I don't even know if that's accurate.
