Good massage. Here's…read morewhat you should know: - This is an Asian massage, which is very different from a Massage Envy or Heavenly Massage. Asian massage is what they call Acupressure, meaning there is a lot of pressure. Some people find it to be too much or too painful, but if you go a couple times you'll get used to it. You can always ask them to go softer if you need. There's a lot of health benefits to getting acupressure, so keep that in mind while you're in pain. - They have semi-private rooms. They have partial walls and curtains, so no one else can see you and you get the benefits of a private room. A lot of Asian massage places are open room, meaning you could be in a room with other people you don't know. In those situations you usually don't take any clothes off, and they just use pressure over your clothes. In the private room scenario, you take your clothes off and they can use massage oils and get the knots out of tight places. - They are very clean and professional here. Overall I did like this place Here's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Every one of these places has their own technique and routine. I have been to others that are a little better, so comparatively I have to give 4 stars. The last thing you should know is that many Asian massage places will walk on your back if you want. I asked them to do that for me. In most cases the massage person is small, let's say between 100 - 120 pounds. I would never judge someone by their weight, but the person I got was probably 150 pounds. They should know that is just too much to be walking on anyone's back. I took about 5 minutes of it and gave up, it was just too much for me. So, I suggest that if you have a massage person that is going to walk on someone's back, please no more than maybe 120 pounds.

I've been 3 times now and was able to come in right when I called. This is truly a "sports" massage - lots of stretching and EXCELLENT firm massage. I think its cash only. Through an acquaintance, I entered this Fitness Spa. The place is decorated in a simple yet elegant fashion. The front desk is very friendly and courteous. I would like to make a few recommendations: Please do what you can to ensure that this place smells pleasant! This place had a stuffy unpleasant smell to it. I even heard another female customer complain about the place not smelling good. Also, there should be some type of form that customers can complete to let you know how much pressure they would like such as light, medium etc. I was not given any form to complete I just checked in and was directed to the back for the massage. This massage was a bit too deep for my liking. I was thankful when the massage was finally over, and I did not leave feeling relaxed either. I believe there may have been some communication issues as well. Good luck!

The hole that your face sits in is very hard and it was uncomfortable for my neck. The "massage therapist" comes bursting in the room and immediately starts with hard pressure of her knuckles in random places of my body. I have had so many massages, I have never had someone pull the blanket DOWN with my underwear without asking me. Even when i asked for upper back and neck massage. It was so uncomfortable and irritating that I stopped her, asked her if she was even certified and asked for a refund! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
