Tried this place. Have mixed feelings. I had some trouble finding it. Once I found it and walked in, I was told to take my shoes off and use a pair of slippers from the area where they have slippers. this seemed odd - are the slippers disinfected? how do I know someone else doesn't have toe fungus or something? I waited like 15 minutes which was frustrating. the person who did my facial did an ok job but didn't explain anything, didn't ask me anything, etc. typically most facials they ask you regarding concerns, products, etc. the hair massage with water was a bit odd - they take you into a different area - I think they wash the hair and use jets, massage etc. it was a bit messy and not sure I would try it again. The place is a bit odd for a spa type place too. They had an offer for $99 which is one of the reasons I went. they also asked me what I was using for tip - they didn't even ask if I wanted to tip. I don't think it's ok to simply expect a tip. they also add a service fee- dont think I've ever had a service fee added for a service like this. Likely won't be back. read more

Went for the 120 mins spa package. What a day! First off, I informed them to be very gentle on my left side due to recently having cervical stenosis. Thankfully, they complied and checked with me from time to time if I was okay. From my full Swedish massage, foot massage, head massage and facial (I also told them I had a sensitive skin), the whole experience was phenomenal. I left smiling from ear to ear. The place was clean, very organized and the staff were very friendly. Look for Jason and Nancy, they did an awesome job. Highly recommended and will definitely come back - most likely a treat for my daughter's wedding in Sept. read more

We came here for a couples massage & used a groupon- such a great decision! The massage was much needed and definitely helped our muscle pain/aches. Everyone there was so friendly and made sure that we were comfortable. The music with the lyrics were a bit loud, but they changed the music to soothing sounds halfway so that added to the experience. read more

My husband surprised me with a 120-minute spa package from Groupon... and honestly, I think I owe him an apology for whatever I did to deserve this experience. Let's start with the "spa," which is located in a strip mall that looks like it hasn't been updated since dial-up internet was a thing. I walked in and wasn't greeted--just an older gentleman who communicated exclusively through grunts and vague pointing. Eventually, I realized this was his way of saying, "Take your shoes off." Charming. The vibe inside? Imagine someone's sparsely decorated living room, but make it confusing. No music, no ambiance, just... silence. The kind of silence where you start questioning your life choices. Things really took a turn when I used the bathroom and the toilet handle broke mid-flush. Nothing like a little plumbing crisis to kick off a "relaxing" spa day. Next up: the massage. I sat with my feet in lukewarm water for about 15 minutes, contemplating how I got here. Then came the massage itself--performed in near-total silence, with the door not fully closed (because privacy is apparently optional here). The technique? Let's call it... creative. At times it felt like I was being tenderized. Also, my shoulders and arms were apparently not invited to this massage. The grand finale? A foot massage followed by him picking up my legs by the toes, shaking them, dropping them back onto the table, and just... leaving the room. No words. No explanation. Just vibes. Then came the facial, which included zero questions about my skin, no discussion of products, and no concern for potential allergies. Bold strategy. The "head massage" felt more like someone absentmindedly scratching their scalp while thinking about something else. Overall, the experience was less "luxury spa day" and more "fever dream in a strip mall." Relaxing is not a word I would use. Memorable? Unfortunately, yes. Would I go back? Excellent service at Spa Hinoki from Facial to body massage, The staff was welcoming, the environment was soothing, and the massage was exactly what I needed. They paid attention to pressure preferences and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. One of the best massage experiences I've had. I wanted to love it here. I haven't had a professional massage in about seven years. I told them I wanted a deep tissue and that I had specific injuries and to be careful during the massage. They were continuously pressing on my spine. They bent my knee up and out during the massage (?!?) which is my injury. Now my knee is making a snapping noise. I said you're doing it way too hard, please lighten the pressure. But he did not lighten up. I was actually in tears for about half the massage because of the pain. Not relaxing or enjoyable at all. He was messing around with the neck, rubbing it, into my scalp....the next day I had shooting pains coming from my neck, my neck, so bad I cannot sleep on my back due to neck pain and it's 4 days later. He never touched my arms He never touch my hands He never touch my feet. Never have I had a massage so weird. Therapist is the gentleman who did mine was just way too overbearing and I was completely uncomfortable and I ended up more in pain than when I walked in. I'm assuming that they don't like to serve customers who book with them through Groupon because I called to make a appointment with my groupon ticket and the day I wanted she told me it wasn't available then I called from another number and ask for the same day without mentioning the Groupon ticket and she said it was available and just for that reason I don't and won't support at all read more

Very nice place, very clean, excellent service, excellent massage, very good value for the money. parking is right out in front easy to find. I visited here on a Groupon and it was well worth it. The regular prices are only a dollar or two above the Groupon so you really don't need it. I would visit here again. read more
