We were there with my husband, they cut the massage short by 10 min for him , mine started later , and she forgot to massage my left leg and hand, when I told her, she blamed it on being too busy. We got gift certificates there and we waited to used them. We hoped something will change there. We called and they said gift card expires in 6 months and we need to pay 40$ each on top of the 120$ gift card amount, in order to use the gift card - which is illegal. Punctuality is key They will keep you honest. If you're a minute or two late they will call you and ask where you are. I was 2 minutes late pulling into the parking lot and they called. I have several issues with this place, first off is that they don't display a sign that says they are going to charge $3 extra for using a credit card. I'm finding this very typical with non-American ran spas in the area. Hey if you want the business that's the cost of doing business. Don't penalize me for using a credit card to patronize your business. Imagine if every place did that. Also, I feel insulted that you need to get the fee upfront. Second off there was no privacy in the room as people kept coming in and out of the room or would just leave while my time is ticking off and I hear talking in their language and then the therapist comes back in. Then there are two people in the room talking in their language and laughing...very unprofessional. After reading some of the previous reviews and noticed that someone put that Cindy was good and that was two years ago. I was told that Cindy was new and make sure to give her a good tip. Lastly, men beware because they will try to get you to do more time and will ask you to give a good tip. The massage by Cindy was good but not so outstanding than massages I've had from other therapist and I've been getting massages for almost 40 years and have had much better ones. I'll have to say something about the sign on the wall about not asking for happy endings. Although I find it funny that they have to post that sign, however on the other hand since you are completely unclothed on the table with barely any covering and I found at times that the massage by the feet were grazing slightly against my sack. In addition, some of the strokes that were given by the therapist felt more of a sensual nature versus deep tissue if you know what I mean. I'm saying that to say if that is the way that you massage then no wonder men might have the perception that there is more to come especially when they turn you over and your private is barely covered and they massage very close in the inner thigh area. Which I've been told many years ago about that area is a very sensual area with nerve endings that can be easily stimulated. I know they know what they're doing. So, if that is what you are looking for then they will provide it, but without the happy ending. Even with this review I did feel a bit better a few days afterwards. So, like a previous review 4 stars for massage, 2 1/2 stars for price, 1 star for privacy. I'm not saying I won't go back although I will try others in the area and use them if I need something really quick. Recently drove to & from Tennessee (8hrs one way) & my low back was hurting. I did 60 minutes for $80 & frankly I'm not sure I got the entire 60 minutes but let me tell you, THAT GIRL DID WORK! This was NOT a gentle foofoo massage. Listen, if you want privacy and towel/sheet tucking it ain't happening here I will agree with a previous post that the door is cracked open while you are naked. I was face down, a$$ up (exposed) and apparently she walked out of the room for a minute or two. I suggest you take off every article of clothing bc underwear literally only gets in the way. She must have tugged mine down below my cheeks 15x. They do provide a towel for you to cover but it was barely ever on me. I tipped 25% and frankly I question if I should have done more with just how hard that girl worked! Will return when I cannot get into my usual place. Oh! As an active man, I am always sore and injuring myself. I have been getting massages for many years, and had dozens of therapists. I am here in Carol Stream for the week on business and searched "massage" and picked 8 Spa at random. I called and they were able to see me within the hour! I arrive to a very clean, warm and inviting establishment. I asked for 1.5 hours of deep tissue and Thai Yoga massage. Cindy was my therapist. She proceeded to give me the best massage of my life! It is amazing how much skill and strength she possesses. Do not let her small size fool you!! She used her hands, feet, knees, and elbows with care and precision. She was extremely attentive checking to make sure I was comfortable. 30 minutes into it, I asked if we could make it a 2 hour! I am deeply sad that I must now fly back home. I know a good massage and Spa 8 has great, professional, amazing massage. I have a girl I stick going to over the years but I moved recently and cant see her. Its been months since I had seen my massage girl and I haven't found a good massage place since I was hesitant to try a new place. This was definitely an interesting massage spa. More men clientele than woman.. which probably explains the signs on the wall that say "professional service, do not ask for happy ending" lol! I have never seen that inside a massage spa. I don't know the massage therapist I had, I only saw 2 ladies upon arrival, 1 short & the other tall. I had the tall lady in the room across from the counter. The massage was phenomenal. Hot stones, & hot towels were included which was a pleasant surprise. The walls are pretty thin. The gentleman in the room next to me kept laughing, which made it hard for me to relax, cause I could not tune him out. I did not have full privacy because the door was left cracked open.. & um.. while I'm undressed on the table w/barely any covers over me, left me feeling a bit uncomfortable. At the end, I was dressing & the lady just walks in and starts remaking bed while I'm standing there in my Birthday suite! Cmon! 1st my bottom is all out while the door is cracked open during the massage & now I can't even dress w/full privacy smh. The massage was $120 for 90 min. While it was a good massage.. I probably won't go back. 4 stars for massage 1 star for privacy. 3 stars for price. read more

I just had a session at 8 Spa Massage with Nancy and it was the best massage I ever had. What I liked most is that she was able to locate the area in which my muscles were tight and she worked with a good amount of pressure to work all of the knots out. Also, she put me through some stretches to loosen up some muscles in my lower back. It was not only a massage but a physical therapy session. When I left my muscles felt so loose and relaxed.
