I am probably in the top 10 ranking of some of the whitest people on this earth. When the weather…read moreis cold my legs appear to be a purply blotchy nightmare and unfortunately when the weather is warm, if I try to lay out to get a tan, I fry. So, I'm either stuck super pale, or get a sunburn. I had a wedding to go to though and I looked almost sickly I was so pale. My friend David has been a tanaholoic for years and has worked at several tanning salons so I decided to give him a ring and see what he could do for me. I came up here for a spray tan and even though that is so not my thing, it was awesome. They had a special going for 3 for $30, you get to pick what shade of tan you want to be, they can add a scent to it so you don't smell like funky fake tan, and the machine is state of the art! It talks to you and shit! My tan was very even, lasted for about a week and I looked healthy for the wedding. Also note that this place is like OCD clean. They keeps the towels washed, the beds gets wiped down with cleaner (I saw some of the staff doing it as soon as customer came out), and the presentation of the store itself is just immaculate. I hear so many things about tanning salons being dirty and people catching ring worm so it's nice to see that the employees take the initiative to actively clean instead of sitting on their phones texting their friends and screwing around.

I understand that this may be a policy for safety or something, but the price needs to reflect that. I don't understand how it makes sense to pay full price for half the time? I'm feeling very regretful that I paid $35 for 7min when 14min costs the same, wish I had walked out and gone somewhere else.

The manager greeted me and set me up with a technician before leaving for the day. In the middle of soaking my feet the technician realized I was a ClassPass customer and immediately turned the faucet off. She stubbornly refused to continue the pedicure saying I didn't have an appointment (even though I received an email confirmation), that I would need to pay outside of ClassPass, and that she does not work with ClassPass customers. At one point she gave me a "talk to the hand" sign (who does that?!) while pacing back and forth muttering in her native language. After a frustrating phone call with the manager that left me in tears, we all agreed it's best I leave. The technician seemed to feel bad after seeing my tears and applied some polish on my toes, but the experience was extremely unpleasant to say the least. To businesses - If you're going to treat CP customers like second class citizens, please just don't partner with CP in the first place. The manager apologized and offered a free manicure next time I'm in town, which I will not be taking her up on. If this is how they treat CP clients, I cannot imagine the treatment I'd get trying to claim an on-the-house manicure. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I'm absolutely one of those difficult clients who comes in totally clueless- 'what bed should I do? What lotion do I need?' And I am always beyond thrilled with the advice I get. They also have a great variety of really nice beds- both stand up and lay down. Something for everybody! Clean goes without saying with that 5 star rating. I am an absolute germaphobe and totally neurotic about cleanliness! This is the cleanest tanning salon I have EVER set foot in, no comparison.

Customer service and facilities were good but the spray tan quality here is straight up awful…read more Sunday late afternoon - Before I went to get my spray tan, I showered and exfoliated and applied no skincare products. While there I bought and used the $10 primer packet all over, used the hand lotion as instructed, stood in the booth EXACTLY as the associate showed me, cleaned up after as I was instructed, wore loose clothing and did no sweaty activity for 18 hours. Monday morning - By the time I woke up the next day, my tan was crazy dark on my face compared to my body, uneven on my legs and arms, and you can see droplets all over my hands, legs, etc. I fixed with at home with a mitt and Bondi Sands on my arms and legs, and it looked as I'd hoped, except for my hands where it still has spray droplets that can't seem to be evened out. Little to no sweating and staying moisturized. Wednesday afternoon - I have orange patches in some spots, my hands are still spotty, and a square inch patch on my chest has rubbed off. Little to no sweating and staying moisturized still. I've gotten spray tans before and this has never happened elsewhere. I did *everything* I was supposed to do and this tan is crap. I've used Jergens and Bondi Sands at home that have worked better than whatever garbage LA Tan uses. I completely regret buying a 4 spray tan package. What a waste of money.
