No chip Robin's Egg Blue by Brian!
Christine P.

I haven't been to this location in awhile and was surprised to see they had redecorated the salon. It is absolutely beautiful with an elegant, clean atmosphere. Brian was my nail tech and not only was he so fast, he was incredibly detail oriented and matched the picture I brought in exactly for a no chip French manicure. This spot is definitely a recommend and ask for Brian.

I came in for a quick dip and pedicure. I was worked on by 2 different employees at the same time I had great service and Im extremely happy with both! They take card for services but you must tip in cash or venmo/cashapp.

Really? I trusted that my honeymoon mani pedi would last more than 3 days???

Really?????? A mani pedi for my honeymoon should last more than 3 days...... so so so so disappointed and upset about dropping so much $.

I always have an amazing experience here. Kevin and Mia are my favorite but everyone usually does a good job. I went to a music festival this past weekend and asked Kevin to do the Logo of the festival owner. He killed it.

Bad nail polish application

I went in to get a nail fixed because the normal nail place I go to has not done a good job because my normal nail guy is not available right now, but I have been to this location before and they have always done a good job fixing my nails so when the gentleman tonight fixed my nails, I was hoping for a good result, but I ended up getting a nail that is shorter than all my other ones and the nail polish is also poorly done on one hand. I won't be back unless proven otherwise. My nails looked better broken before I went in

One week and my no chip has chipped multiple times. It first chipped two days after I got it. Then, the more time passes, the more my nails chip. I wasn't doing any actions that would make my nails prone to chip. Pretty disappointed with the quality considering the price you pay.

Enjoyed my mani by YEN & pedi by Angie. Both lady's were very nice, worked really hard to make me look good. I would have like more color on design nail. Oh well next time. I definitely recommend this shop. They get you in and out.

The pedicure I got was fabulous and reasonable. They got us in right away and were extremely kind. Beautiful vibes too. And ample parking.

I wasted my time, money, dignity, and sanity so you don't have to…read more I booked a same-day appointment for a pedicure via ClassPass. The manager greeted me and set me up with a technician before leaving for the day. In the middle of soaking my feet the technician realized I was a ClassPass customer and immediately turned the faucet off. She stubbornly refused to continue the pedicure saying I didn't have an appointment (even though I received an email confirmation), that I would need to pay outside of ClassPass, and that she does not work with ClassPass customers. At one point she gave me a "talk to the hand" sign (who does that?!) while pacing back and forth muttering in her native language. After a frustrating phone call with the manager that left me in tears, we all agreed it's best I leave. The technician seemed to feel bad after seeing my tears and applied some polish on my toes, but the experience was extremely unpleasant to say the least. To businesses - If you're going to treat CP customers like second class citizens, please just don't partner with CP in the first place. The manager apologized and offered a free manicure next time I'm in town, which I will not be taking her up on. If this is how they treat CP clients, I cannot imagine the treatment I'd get trying to claim an on-the-house manicure. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
