Very clean facility. Staff and owner are great at remembering clients names and very welcoming. I'm always pleased with my nails there.

I have been going to this Salon for several years and it just keeps getting better and better. Newly remodeled , it just looks classy as you walk in. My first time was great!! I got in right away, was sort of in a rush and the girl that did my nails got me in quick and did a great job and was very efficient. I tried dip powder for the first time on my nails and that is all I'll do now, I'm very impatient and this by far was Very quick!! They give you a little massage and it was very personable. I will be back and can't wait to try a pedicure!! By the way this place is the cleanest nail salon I've been too! I am in the beauty industry and cleanliness means ALOT to me. read more

This is a great nail salon. For the first time ever, I found a nail salon that does not smell like chemicals! It is very well ventilated. They have fans/vents built into the walls. They also do a GREAT job & the staff is very friendly. Greatly recommended! read more

Rude and careless service! Was rough and wounded my dad's ankle as he went in for a pedicure. When he complained, the lady took no notice and continued what she was doing. It's a busy salon, and above and beyond the wait time, I saw one of the nail techs finish working on a client, and immediately took her dirty tolls to go work on the next client. Ugh. Awful. I've been here and to other Magic Nail locations and everything has been amazing but I will NOT be coming back to this location. I don't know if the male manicurist was new or if he didn't care but my no chip was awful. He didn't use any cuticle oil when "trimming" my cuticles. I say "trimming" because he kind of passed over each nail bed with the clipper, pretending to trim. It was just weird. I mentioned it to him and he didn't understand me so another tech came over. It was just weird and I felt like I was just being a crab. He oddly dipped my hands into the bowl of water instead of soaking. Everything was just strange. I did stop him when he tried to start applying the color without cleaning the nail bed. I did not wash my hands or he did not clean the nail bed with acetone. There was file dust all over. That would've ruined the polish. Again, he called another tech over. I really wanted to just go but nails needed to be done. The lotion massage was weird. He did one hand and wrapped both hands in the warm towel. Never did the second hand. He was so distracted at that point. Talking to other techs loudly. It was just a bad experience. read more

I've been going here for several years for Pedicures. It has slowly been going downhill. A week ago I had a pedicure and will never go back. It looks like it was done by a child. The young man taking care of me after trying to get me to purchase every service they offer did the job in a very half hearted manner. All the employees there look very unhappy. Some of my toes are shiny and others are not. Very disappointed that I wasted so much money. read more

My experience was horrible. Went for dip nails and pedi. My pedicure was mediocre and she looked more entertained by everyone else. My pedi massage was a ton of pauses and honestly wasn't even a massage. She barely touched my legs or feet. The man doing my dip was new which I don't mind but no attention was given and at the end he left my hand full of the acetone and previous dip product. The nail techs here are really professional and extremely great. I came in 20 minutes to closing and they still took me. They noticed that my nails needed a real fix because the place that did them before did a poor job. I told them what had happened, and they managed to take their time and fixed all my nails. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and the quality of work they put into doing such a good job. I left extremely happy with my beautiful nails! read more

First time at the Willowbrook location and I was immediately greeted and received services from Jenny. I explained how I had broken a nail (no chip) and I was going to just start going back to manicures and bypass the no chip, but Jenny convinced me to try "the dip". Similar to no chip, but with no UV involved and more holistic for the nails. I agreed and I was impressed. Its holding very well and I like the look....its crazy, but I have a french and she never once had to apply a different polish as I'm used to with no chip and/or manicures. I also would like to add how friendly the staff is and had to communicate this to the owner that I was impressed with Jenny's suggestion, her customer service and overall the atmosphere of the salon. I will definitely be returning within 2 wks for touch up and look forward interacting with another nail technician whom I'm sure will be as wonderful as Jenny. Location is great with plenty of parking, but keep in mind its in a plaza so it can be a bit chaotic with all the local restaurants surrounding it. I am willing to fight the traffic for another fantastic experience at Magic Nails. read more

Disappointed. I was in from out of town and my cousin and I decided to go for pedicures. We made appointments the day beforehand. She had heard good things about the other Magic Nail salons so we thought let's try it. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and told to pick our Polish and then escorted back to the chairs which was nice. We waited 30 minutes until the nail techs arrived so clearly they did not seem to care about our appointment times. My tech never introduced herself barely bothered to acknowledge me and seemed completely preoccupied with other things going on in the salon. She was very distracted and rushing to get my nails done. The experience was far from relaxing which is what I love about a pedicure. She had a timer to keep track of how fast she was working and it kept going off. The tech noticed my gel Polish and started commenting and asking where I got my manicure done. She told me I should be coming to her and that she would do a better job and make my manicure last a month. She finished polishing left and asked me to sit for a few minutes, and then never returned. She did a decent job with my nails but did a very rushed was lacking in many other areas. Definitely would suggest finding another nail salon if your looking for above average services. read more

The place looks clean, nice personnel. I went there for the first time per recommendation. I don't think I am going back there. My nails were damaged after Dan did my dip nails. I know now not to trust nail specialist 100%. He was really nice, but I think he has no experience. He was using high-speed nail filler ridges and uneven nail texture for a perfectly smooth nail surface instead of soaking nails and then use nail nipper/cutter. I called the salon to speak with the manager, but she didn't even bother to come up to the phone to speak with me. The person who picked up the phone asked me to come around 5 pm to talk to her. I wen, but she wasn't there. All the technician were in defense, saying that every specialist have different techniques, and my nails will grow. I know that nails will grow, but nails were damaged by Dan's technique. I really hope that in the future he will be trained. Too bad that the manager didn't even bother to fix the issue. $30 for a pedi. my pedi was ok. she definitely spent time on my toes but they weren't finished well. I had to go home and file them so that they were smooth - they were left a bit rough which is what you get when you use a coarse nail file and don't go over it with a smaller grit file. read more

I went to get my no chip manicure and no chip pedicure - 90$ And I got just a RUDE attitude - only because I asked to bring me to see second color that I also liked - she made a rude face and started making noises with her mouth... and started talking in Vietnamese and laughing!!! Omg - it's definitely not a 90$ nail service I expected!! I asked for a different technician of course which was ok, but nobody apologized , NO MANAGER came up to me , I was just IGNORED!!!
