Thursday morning, still bleeding on and off. Pedicure on Tuesday.

TL;DR -AVOID, improper tool use, injury, no customer support. The tech used the mechanical grating thing that they use to smooth the nail bed and remove no-chip on my cuticle bed. She had been painting my nails red with no chip and it spread onto the skin, so she used the mechanical grating thing to try to remove it and took the whole top layer of my toes flesh with it. It bled after she treated it numerous times with their liquid disinfectant. She finished my toe no chip and told me to put on my shoes but I refused- I wore the flip flops they provide while finishing my manicure. During the manicure my toe bled all over the floor and the flip flop. It's been hurting and stinging every day. I had this done on Tuesday. It's now Thursday- it is STILL opening and oozing blood and hurting. They charged me $70 for a no chip pedi and no color basic mani. I had to ask for a discount due to the injury- no one even offered it! The manager couldn't feel bothered to come out of his office, despite being next to us when I was injured. They knocked $7 off my bill, grand total of $63 for a painful, oozing bleeding wound on my toe that won't heal, and a crappy customer treatment experience. The tech needs to be re-certified- she had no idea how to use her tools, and the manager doesn't care.

Just got my pedicure and full set 6 days ago and as you can see from the pictures it did not last and I have even went anywhere. Very dissatisfied with is place and will never return!

Not what I expected from a salon for my pedicure! it wasn't the best job. As you can see from the picture, the nail polish is over edges... :(

Chipped nails after a couple of days

I checked this place out after reading the awesome reviews of my fellow Yelpers. I was greeted with a friendly "hello. What can we help you with?" I said I wanted a regular manicure. The entire time the manicure technician did my nails, he kept pushing the pedicure services and no chip manicures. I told him I just wanted a regular manicure. I wanted to tell him to shut up about the pedicure treatments. He also reeked of alcohol. Now, this was late afternoon on a Sunday. Another technician kept coming over talking to him about how much they partied the night before(yeah, I know, you smell of booze still dude). Not very professional. Oh, and my nail polish chipped within a couple of days of getting my $20 manicure. Save your time and money. There are nail places on just about every corner, and this is one to avoid. Unless you appreciate pigs doing your nails and talking about partying the entire time.

I removed most of the polish on the cuticle myself but it was very messy, unprofessional work!

I'm only adding an extra star to the one star because of the people that work there are pleasant and nice. I got a pedicure today and a polish change on my hands. My foot "massage" was a slight touch and the polish was messy and I could've done a better job myself at home. Also, I had asked to shorten the big toe a little bit and now I have a stubby looking toe. I had to clean off the edges of the cuticle area when I got home and then realized to take a picture. The picture that I'm adding already has some polished removed from the cuticle area and it's still messy looking. Now when I get my pedicure done I will have to inspect it before leaving. I'm so mad that not only did I pay for this service but also tipped too generously before inspecting and leaving

This place is amazing. Definitely call ahead because they get very busy but the staff is incredibly nice and SO accommodating. I had a unique style I was looking for with a set of gel nails and my nail technician Bao did an AMAZING job. My nails have never looked so beautiful!! Remember cash for a tip, you'll want it!!

Inexpensive salon. Good experience. I asked for my acrylics to be soaked off which was done, just wish he used a spatula tool to scrub off the residue acrylics instead of drilling the acrylic off since that's damaging. They didn't have the gold I wanted but we improvised with another gold. At the end nails look cute. But he didn't clean my nails after (polish on skin, one nail not painted at side fully)..in the future I'll come back.

No chip manicure. Looks good!

I got a no chip. The woman did a great job- even went over the nail 3 times with the color so it looked great. Hopefully will last a couple weeks

Gel nails, with no chip.  Index finger is matte finish, with a simple design- to show it's intentional.

A family member had an appointment with the stylist Maureen. The front desk apparently booked the appointment incorrectly, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the stylist appeared frustrated. The service felt rushed, shortcuts were taken, and she was physically rough, pulling on my family member's hair and face in ways that made her uncomfortable. The end result was uneven and not what we expected, and my sister's hair was left noticeably botched. I contacted the manager, Dominic, who initially said he would help arrange a makeup appointment. Instead, he later told my family member he did not believe her concerns and informed her she would no longer be accepted as a client. Only a partial refund was offered for a service that cost nearly $300. UPDATE: the owner, Ron Rocco, called me. He said he was reaching out to help schedule a new appointment, but the call quickly shifted to him saying he did not want to do my family member's hair. Throughout the call, he repeatedly raised his voice and spoke over me, not allowing me to speak. As a younger woman speaking with an older male business owner, the interaction felt intimidating, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. During the call, he also mentioned that he had checked with the stylist to confirm whether my family member had tipped. She had tipped generously, and the comment felt completely unnecessary and out of place. He also stated that he is at the salon every day, which differs from what staff members had previously told us. He mentioned that he was "not threatend of a Yelp review," and I want to be clear: reviews are not threats. They are honest accounts of customer experiences. Everything in this review is truthful and based entirely on firsthand interactions. I also received a notice from Yelp that the business attempted to have my review removed. Key points: --I personally do not feel safe or comfortable returning to this salon. -I do not recommend booking with Maureen based on how she handled this situation. -In my experience, the business did not prioritize customer satisfaction or take accountability. -Management made me feel that customer concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. -The service felt overpriced for the rushed quality delivered. -Several interactions with the front desk staff felt unprofessional and unfriendly. -As a young woman, my interactions with both management and ownership felt uncomfortable and intimidating. -My sister's hair was left uneven and poorly done, which added to the frustration. -The salon seemed willing to tolerate the behaviors and issues we experienced rather than fixing them. -To quote Ron Rocco "Yelp reviews don't threaten me"! So I highly recommend you listen to the ones that are on here. -Because of the stylist's behavior, management's response, and my interaction with the owner, I cannot recommend this salon, especially to other young women or anyone who expects professionalism, respect, and consistency.
