Overall, the quality of work is great. However, I was there yesterday with an appointment time. I was waited on pretty promptly for my pedicure. During my pedicure, they had to soak off the polish. From there, I was seated at the nail station (other customers were coming into the salon). I was left sitting at the nail station for 20 minutes. I went back to the manger to see how much longer it was going to be and he advised it was going to be another 10 minutes or so. I mentioned that I had an appointment so my question was, "why were others being waited that came into the salon after me"? I received a blank stare and stated that others had appointments too. This was the second time this happened. I've been a steady and loyal customer for a couple of years but obviously there is no loyalty to customers whatsoever. read more

Got a two week no chip manicure here and it lasted a solid 3 weeks. Everyone was nice and the place seemed clean. I would definitely return.

Its taken me about three bad places to find this nail salon. And let me tell you it was worth every penny spent. I got a pink and white fill as well as a pedicure, the pedicure was in a quiet room with dim lights and soothing music the chairs were super comfortable. They give you a 20 min leg and foot massage with an actual massue first, totally worth the few extra $$ from an ordinary place. My fill was done with Trina she is amazing! The last few places I went to didnt properly file down my old nails she was able to make them look fresh and brand new. I walked in for a basic manicure. My nails are short, I just wanted them to look nice for the weekend. They said no problem they would take care of me and sat me at a nail table. Shortly after a another woman walked in to get a "no chip manicure" and her five-year-old daughter's nails polished. She also did not have an appointment. They took care of her daughter and then started working on the mom before me. I waited and simply for awhile then simply walked out. Will never go back. read more

I've been going there for a few years now. I've never been to a salon where they charge you to change your shape when you get a fill. I understand if you need to add acrylic powder or something but just to file and shape has always been a part of the service. I also asked my girlfriends who change their shapes often with their salon.. No charge. Even looked on the Internet to see if I missed something? I go here out of my way. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed here before and they ended up alright. When I went in today, I left with random stray hairs and wax still on my face. Partially my fault for not asking to see a mirror when she didn't supply one. I also had my nails done here a few months ago and it took almost three hours for him to put on acrylics and they still looked very crooked and messy - but I didn't have them corrected because I was late for work due to the nails taking so long. He also got up and left for 5/10 minutes at a time randomly - two or three times. I've tried giving more chances for a better experience but unfortunately I end up disappointed every time. read more

I normally have a good experience but past 2 visits haven't been great. my recent one today jan.4th I had the guy thats short with glasses do my nails ... and he filled them and cut them WAY TO SHORT down to my natural nail. basically wasting a fill in it looks like I just have natural nails I didnt even want to cont. so I had him put on clear polish and I left. During the apt I continually told him he was cutting too short or filling too short him and the gentleman next to him literally ignored me. During the apt I made several comments then he told me " Let me tell you something..." and basically tried telling me I was wrong and this is how its done , which us totally unprofessional and not customer service at all. He didn't ask any questions , I told him cut down normally they ask but he just grabbed a drill and drilled literally to my natural nail. Im very upset and wont return. I starting going here over a year ago and at first I would've sworn by them. Now my acrylic nails don't last more than a week and a half. When I go in with one broken nail they charge me $5 extra. Not my fault your work is shit. Their paint wears off after 2 days and for someone that uses their hands as a normal person would my nails shouldn't be this weak. I brought up my issue to the guy doing my nails and all he said was I have oily nails and I should pay for gel nails instead of acrylic, a solid $15 price difference. I came in on Tuesday for no chip. The color I chose changed color from a a lavender purple to poop brown. I'm now here on a Sunday for my appointment which was at 1 pm. It's now 2 pm. I have been going to Twilight Nails for pedicures since May 2016 and I have always had a great experience. I never have a problem getting in (although I usually go during the day) and my toes always look fantastic. There are always others getting manicures and pedicures when I am there even when I have showed up minutes after they open. I think they do a great job and I would highly recommend them. read more

This place USED to be so amazing but then new owners came in and it's now nothing like the place I once raved about. My pedicure was RUSHED and chipping in less than a week...which NEVER happens! They skipped SEVERAL important steps on both the mani and the pedi too, which seriously shocked me! I walked out completely disappointed with my service! Unbelievable! Honestly, the best pedicure I have ever had. The massage by Vladimir was fantastic, the service by the rest of the staff was great as well. I read some of the other reviews. And yes, it did take longer, but why complain? It is complete pampering. I am sure they have faster service if you choose that. I went with the Twilight. It was well worth the time and money. I even brought my husband, and it is hard to tell who enjoyed it more. I have been to many nail salons, and this is by far the best. It is a true spa experience. I rooted around on yelp and twighlight got good reviews so I decided to give it a try. Horrible! I was left sitting with my feet in water for a about 25 min. The pedicure area is very cramped and it doesn't have any TV or music it's way too quiet! The chairs are set up with 3 on wall and 3 across on the other wall and not very far apart. So the people on the other side are literally in front of you looking right at you. It's a small square area. I asked to have my heels scraped to get rid of the dry skin but he said I didn't need it. Heels feel terrible and it's only been a few days. Not worth $30.00! When my manicurist left the salon I had been going to for years, I didn't know where to turn. I had tried several places in the area and just wasn't satisfied with the way my acrylics looked. Then I remembered seeing a new salon and called Twilight. I spoke with Louis and he assured me he had just the right person. Trina not only did an excellent job but I found her to be very pleasant, friendly and courteous. I will continue to frequent their establishment on a regular basis as well as spreading the word about how wonderfully I was treated by everyone. Went here recently for a pedicure. Was greeted right away and picked out nail color. Was explained that you have two different people working on you for pedis- one does the massage, the other does the nails. Was offered complimentary drinks for a short list of options. Overall, very nice staff and good customer service. The pedis are done a little further back in the salon, they have about 6 chairs for pedis. The area is pretty dark for pedis and there is a "no interruptions" sign for the pedis as it is what they call a relaxation area. This seemed a little silly as the workers are constantly walking thru this area and behind they must have a break area for them because you could hear them behind you...someone was even playing on a video game or something because you heard the electronic music playing. I don't think they need the sign up. Otherwise it should be a VERY quiet and truly relaxing area with NO interruptions. My pedi was done well...I feel I received a lot of attention and time spent with the massage and exfoliation. The nail tech did a good job as well. Overall, it was a nice place to stop in for mani/pedis but I wouldn't say it is the best I have been to. read more

This is my new go to new salon. It's clean, and a fairly relaxing environment, for a quick stop nail salon. The spa pedicures are top notch, they have different levels of 'spa service' which you can choose. I love the extra touch of hot towels on your legs and a little leg massage during a pedicure. The hot wax treatment for your feet and legs is great as well. Technicians are nice and polite and give great services. I think this place is better than anywhere else in this category for the area, let alone where I typically go in the city. It's not a spa, but for a quick and reasonable nail service, you can't beat it. I have also been there for girls nights, where they've let us bring in our own snacks, etc to get pedicures, and take over the back area, with appointments and due notice.
