First time I went there. Only reason is it was a snow storm and all of them were closing early due to it so I had to find a place that was still open cuz I had an event to go the next morning. Anyways they took me in which was great. She did a good job; however, they started chipping after a week. Mind you I got no chip manicure. So they should be lasting me at least 2 weeks before they start chipping. I am not sure if it's the brand or the way she did it. The place was clean and they took great care to make sure I was comfortable. I noticed that the other reviews had some issues but I didn't find any problems with my visit. Probably the worst nail salon I've ever visited. I went on the recommendation of a friend who claimed that Daniel had saved her nails after a terrible experience elsewhere, seemed legit so I went. I asked for overlay with gel polish and they talked me into dip nails... telling me they would make my nails stronger, last longer and wouldn't lift. After THREE HOURS of this process I left with bubbly, uneven nails, this dip coating is over the edge of my nail and sitting on my actual skin, five separate fingers were bleeding at the cuticle, the accent color I wanted didn't set correctly (even though the girl next to me had told me she got the same color last time) so I had to get a new color which is completely clear and the accent nails are misshapen- even from each other! My nails started lifting and getting caught in my hair after two days. The recommended stylist Daniel SCREAMED at other manicurists the entire time I was there. Customer service was great, staff was friendly, place is really nice and clean. I got a no-chip mani and pedicure 2 weeks ago. Pedicure was amazing, no-chip was not. I've been going to Twilight for the past few months and they were closed that day so I went to CT. My nails chipped within a couple days not to mention that 4 of my nails broke and I had to trim and file them down because they were so weakened. I've never had someone sand down my regular nails after taking off the no-chip polish as they usually just scrape it off and use the regular file to get off any excess. I like trying new nail salons. I came in to get a pink and white gel fill and color change. I normally get a color instead of the white tips. I'll post a picture so you can see what I'm talking about. When I walked into the salon I asked to see the colors I could choose from and unfortunately the selection was not as good as I would have liked. I understand that not many people are getting this style of nails anymore so it makes sense that they don't have lots of colors. The good thing is that the colors they if have are really nice. They have shimmery colors that look really nice. Overall I do like this salon. It cost me $35 which is what I pay at other salons. read more

This place is horrible. They are very disrespectful and their work is so sloppy. Nancy has a real bad attitude and Dan is always making sexual comments to the customers and talks about womens bootys all the time. They put too much acetone in their nail polish trying to stretch it instead of buying new polish and your no chip polish peels off. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

The reviews on here are petty. I get it there are a TON of nail salons around but this is the only one I ever go to. Not only do they fit you in if you're a regular when they are busy but they get you in and out with quality nails. The place is clean; never had an issue with infections from pulled hang nails never had an issue with a broken acrylic or sloppy paint jobs. They go above and beyond if and when you ask for a design or multi colors. My pedicures are always refreshing and clean; never had I ever had to complain or pay an extra fee for a pedicure service...this place is wonderful I've been going for 2 years now and will not go to any other nail salon! read more

I am a "regular" at CT Nails and often bring my teenage daughters. The nail salon is very clean and the pedicure chairs provide a nice massage. Most of the staff is friendly although it gets a little awkward when the employees start chatting with each other in their native language (Vietnamese, Thai?) I would recommend calling for an appointment (even though it's not required) because they're almost always busy. There have been a couple of times that we arrived at closing time (7 PM) but they were kind enough to stay open for another 30 minutes to accomodate us. Definitely my favorite nail place. read more

For $25.00 I got just as good of an experience & I was pleasantly surprised. They have some awesome massaging chairs to relax in while watching tv. They seem to have a flow of customers coming in. On multiple occasions, I have come here and sometimes they are open and sometimes they are not. Right now, it is 2:30pm, says they are open until 4pm, the place is dark. No sign, nothing. I was a first time client and when walking in one of the employees was on her phone and walked up to the enterance door at the same time as myself. She opened the door and let it close in my face. I've never been compelled to write a Yelp review, but after the crappy pedicure I had today, I logged in as soon as I got home. I've been coming to CT on and off for years for no chip manicure and pedicures. Today, I was forced to upgrade to a "special pedicure" for an extra $5. This was supposed to include a scrub and an oil massage. First of all, the scrub was the WORST. He dug into my legs with what felt like sandpaper for a few minutes, and then I never received my oil massage. When I questioned him about this, he stated "what I did was better." I said, "no, it hurt and I'm unhappy". He totally ignored me and continued painting my nails. Nice customer service. The no chip manicure, performed by a different technician, was fine. I don't care, however, because I'm never stepping foot in CT Nails again, and I spend $100 per month in nail services. I hope you enjoyed your extra $5 for the "spa" pedicure! read more

They are able to take a picture that I find on pinterest and turn it into reality :) I've tried many other places, but none compare to the talent and the care that I felt while I was here. I wish I would have read R.M.'s review before I went here. I agree, this place is horrible. The woman who did my nails was crabby and rude. She did a terrible job trimming my cuticles and was irritated when I asked her to finish correctly. She couldn't get the paint to the top of my nails, but she sure did get enough to pool in my cuticle area and the side of my fingers. Again, when I asked her to clean it, she was rude and did a terrible job. This is the worst manicure I have ever received. I was going to go back and have the polished removed and redone, but decided to write this review rather than go back to the awful shop. Don't ever get lash extensions in this place!!! Got them done Wednesday in the afternoon. I liked it...but later that same night few of them fell out. I thought it wasn't a big deal....until I took a shower and washed my face. I lost half of eyelashes!!!! Colected them all to bring to the salon the next day. In the morning I found some of eyelashes on my pilow. So Thursday I came to the salon early in the morning to get the refund...instead of the staff being nice and apologetic they yeld at me saying it was my fault I lost lashes, they kept teling me that I washed my face wrong and that I slept on my face....it is not realy posible since I'm 8.5months pregnant...but not the point. I paid for permanent lash extensions so I don't think they are supouse to fall then you wash your face or sleep. So instead of great service I got yeld by 2people who worked there...instead of getting a refund the guy told me that he has to pay the lady who did my extensions and that he is not getting me a refund, he also told me that I waited to long to come back (I don't think 20hours later is too long). Lady who did my lashes kept teling that after she was done I was touching my lashes...that's normal I think...you want to see how it feels and she didn't say a word when I did that. Also she told me I can put mascara so that lashes would look even better. And they screamed at me for washing my face wrong...I mean come on, I didn't wear any makeup and the lashed started falling out...so if I would have put mascara(like she told me) and wanted to take it off what then....????They ofered to give me a discount on another lashextension sesion...50$ instead of a 100$....I was shocked...not even one full day I had those things on and they told me to get it done again...at a half price. That was too much. Finally after me almost being in tears with no eyelashes he told me that he can give me 50$ refund...I think this is absurd!!! If they offer service they should be able to fo it. So I will make sure lots of people know about lash extension service in that place. Can't say anything about nails but the customer service is horible...yelling at a pregnant woman is not nice, yelling about something they did wrong is even worse!!!!! So if you want to have nice eyelash extensions spend a little extra $ and save your nerves. And btw I colected all lashes I lost and had them in a napkin but the guy I talked to told me that I myself pulled the lashes out and saved them...hmmm interesting why would I get lash extensions and pul them out? So my experience was minus 50$ , 3 long lashes on each eye and completely no mood for the rest of the day :( I would give it a -5 stars if there would be an option. read more
