I waited to write my review until I saw how my nails held up. I went in on a weekday as soon as they opened. I was promptly greeted and told to pick out color. They do have a large selection of colors. First technician assigned to me was great. She was really good at the leg massage and scrub. However, then I was assigned someone else to finish my services. (Apparently she had an appointment). My nail painting for pedicure felt a little rough. Next, for my no chip manicure they didn't soak off previous polish that long. I scheduled an appointment for 2:30 on a Thursday. It was busy! I was greeted promptly and taken back to get my pedicure started. I did the 24 karat gold pedicure which was the top of the top options. I haven't gotten my nails done since having a baby, and wanted them to look good for his first birthday celebration. Fiona took extra special care of me. I decided to do gel-x dark blue chrome for my nails and toes. I got tons of compliments and a week later everything still looks fresh which is saying a lot given with a one year old how much I'm washing my hands or toys or dishes. Manager is rude with aggressive behavior. Paid for dip manicure, gel pedicure, & face wax. 4-days later nails started breaking. Returned for repair & Mgr sat down to repair. This is HANDS DOWN the best manicure I have ever gotten all thanks to Kris! She is absolutely incredible, I got a fill-in on my acrylics that I had gotten done somewhere else and told her how much I did not like the look of them - they were very thick and lumpy. Kris listened to what I did not like about my nails prior and took that and tan with it. These nails look like my own, natural nails. They are not at all thick, the polish is so precisely neat and clean, no lumps at all! Smoothest set of acrylics ever! She also entertained my idea of some crazy, fun designs (I showed her pictures of my ideas) and she was confident and ready to do any design I had in mind - ill be back for that appointment with her in a few weeks - really looking forward to it! Honestly my nails have never looked better in my life. I didn't even know my nails can look like this! I've come to see Mia for a couple of pedicures and no-chip manis and she is the most gentle, friendly, and thorough nail artist I've ever had. My nails have lasted longer than two weeks and looked amazing the whole time. I do feel like this place might be a little more expensive then others I've been to around here (just moved from the city), but it's also the cleanest and nicest of all the salons I've been to. I've visited this salon about 5 times since they've opened for pedicures. Each time I've gone the service is good. I would consider this salon "high end". They've provided me with a bottle of water each service. I get the standard pedicure, however they have all kinds of options that range in price. Note: they charge additional for French tips. This last visit I requested a french pedicure however I wanted a nude/natural base underneath. I think the woman who did my pedicure this time didn't know how to do it with regular polish. She told me I had to get no chip in order for her to do it. Which didn't make since since I've had it here before without no chip. My normal girl wasn't there today. Nonetheless, she was able to make it work with regular polish after some "problem solving "and they turned out great. I will continue to go here unless the prices increase. read more

only giving one star because there is no way to give zero! went to this salon yesterday for a pedicure. Technician (Crystal) was very nice but she was far too aggressive when doing callus removal. She cut my foot so deeply it is still bleeding today. I was offered an antiseptic and a bandaid. I was charged full price for my service even though I was leaving a trail of blood behind when I left. Just to add more aggravation to my experience she must have had nail polish on her glove when she pulled my pant leg down. I didn't notice this till I got home. Ruined and expensive pair of slacks. I have been to different nail salons but this tops the cake with a cherry on top. Not the normal walk in and ok front desk person .... I walked in very polite people greet you and got me started on the pedicure which was awesome and the best I have ever had. To then doing my gel fill in and once again really nice and awesome job. Another lady by accident bump her nail they were on it for her and fixed it right away no bad talking in a different language. Super super wonderful experience. My technician was experienced and spent alot of time helping me figure out what would work best for me as I wanted a french style with lighter color on the tip. She tested several colors to make sure they would look good. I'm very pleased with her patience, knowledge and dedication. I will definitely go back there again.
